He is very protective of what he considers His. However, there are times that he manages to become quite a different dragon entirely when it comes to dealing with others who are intending to harm His. Rider: A'irStatus: Healthy 6 month old weyrling.
Hatching Scene: A large egg perched near the queen egg shook gently in the sands. For some time, all it did was rock gently back and forth in rhythm, no cracks or small holes visbile on the creamy surface of the shell. The egg suddenly grew still, the sunlight gleaming off the un-scratched surface. No sound could be heard coming from the egg. Perhaps the dragonnet had died? Then, a large, lateral split appeared on the shell, running completely from top to bottom. Cracking sounds could be heard quite audibly as the split slowly widened, until finally, the egg split completely in half, the two halves sent skidding across the sands by the powerful wings of a pale bronze dragonnet.
He stood proudly on the sands, sunlight gleaming off his pale brown-bronze hide, eyes holding a determined, yet gentle glare. His large wings were flared wide from his rather impressive hatching entrance. The dragonnet took powerful steps forward, folding his wings tightly against his back, head held high, hide rippling underneath with powerful muscles that marked this fresh bronze as healthy and powerful.
The bronze stopped, though, at the keening of the weakened green lying in the sands, struggling to stand on her feet. His eyes whirled in great concern and he walked towards her, lowering his head to rest the tip of his nose gently against his sister's side. She was calling out to her bonded, asking for help. He stood there with her, protecting her until her bonded stepped forward and helped her to her feet.

Once Lyeeth was with her bonded, the bronze turned his attention back to the assembled candidates, studying them as he walked closer to them. The first boy he came to, he sized him up, looking him straight in the eyes, then moved on. The bronze repeated this with every boy present on the sands, then went back to the first, looking up at him seriously.
I am your Rhakimeth, A'ir. I'm concerned about Lyeeth, she is weak. May we go help her's make sure she will be alright? I can wait for food until later, I want to make sure everyone is going to be ok first.
