Actually, I just posted the screenshots together with paint. The picture itself was made using Shi-Painter Normal oekaki.

It's an online program. An example of a site with the program would be someplace like Oekaki Central.

Very nicely done! I have been working on anime drawings for a good year and I could never post something great like that. This must have taken quite a while to make and required quite a bit of skill with a pencil.
