These are the rules and regulations for all Official roleplay sections.

1. All of the Core rules of HxR apply in the roleplay areas too, of course.

2. Each person much have a character. You cannot roleplay anywhere on the site unless your character has been approved and moved to the approved characters section.

3. You may have up to 3 pets with you in any particular roleplay.

In all "official" areas, any pet/creature you have with you will gain 1 level per 5 posts you make with it. So, if you post 5 times with your pet, it is level one. If you post 10 times, it is level 2. Etc.

Note: For each aditional pet you have in an official roleplay, you have to add to 75 the minimum (150) word requirement. This means 225 for 2 pets, and 300 for the maximum of 3 pets

4. You may be in only one place at a time.

What does this mean to your roleplay character?

Each pet may be in only one place at once (with the exception of City Properties, and Alternate Minds).

Your character is more flexible, and is available for many roleplays at once (we assume they're taking place at different times in character). However, in the following areas, you may only be in one roleplay at a time: Training Gym, Contest Hall, Gardens, The River Below, and the Mines.

Example: Jane has two pets, a Wiurn, and a Vulticus. Jane and her Wiurn can be together in the Public park, and Jane and her Vulticus can be togather at the fighting pit. But her Vulticus cannot be in the fighting pit and the park, just one.

5. Stick to the general species concept. Spirit wrote a wonderful Species encyclopedia for us. Use it! You are required to keep your personal pets within the bounds of the species!
