OKAY.

So it's been a few months.

As we are all very aware, Ren and I simply cannot keep this site running while we're at school. It clearly isn't happening.

Even though we've taken Obsidion on as a third admin (hooray!).

So here's the deal.

We are currently in the process of re-coding the WHOLE THING. We're upgrading the entire system.

By the end of the summer, you will see a brand new website (complete with log-in) that is linked seamlessly to forums that we might be building from the ground up ourselves. There will be a cash system so that user trades can happen more efficiently. Pets will be linked to your account. This means that when a monster retires, it'll be impossible for someone to go in and grab the code on their own. ;) They will also auto-grow. That way I don't have to go in and grow them myself when the time comes. =)

By automating the system a little bit, it ensures that the whole place doesn't die entirely when we can't focus all of our attention on it.

That having been said:

I will be finishing up the orders we've had sitting in the to-do list since last year (I am SO sorry), BUT no new orders will be accepted. No new pets will be released, and the ones that are out may not grow for some time. Also, the Wilds are closing. We're trying to get this new site done ASAP (we did sort of tell Spirit we'd be off these forums almost a year ago, so y'know...).

At some point in the near future, we will be switching from our Yahoo! host over to a new hosting agent. For an hour or so, your images will disappear. DO NOT WORRY. THEY WILL BE BACK. It'll just be a hiccup as we move everything over. But I'll post an announcement about this before we make the actual transfer.

Again, I apologize tremendously (and I know all of you are getting so sick of these apologies), but I promise you this is not a project I'm willing to see die.

**NOTE** - We will still need colorists. If you're a colorist working for me, let me know if you're interested in continuing in that position. We'd definitely love to keep you (but I also understand if you're a little hesitant to do so).

Avr - I'll let Ren know ^^ He's in charge of all of that, 'cus I have exactly 0 experience with PHP and MySQL and all that fancy stuff.

Vix - Nope =( We were supposed to move off last summer, so this is long overdue.
Edit - Although Spirit and I have talked (albeit some time ago, so I'd need to get his more recent opinion) about continuing interactions between our websites. Cross-site crossbreedings, joint events, etc.
