Not the name I came up with for it. =P But it makes an interesting title, no?
So, I was thinking it'd be awesome to have another roleplay place, but not in the big CITY. Not all clean cut and orderly and what not. I mean... not exactly another town, but maybe a subdivision a couple of miles away from the city, kind of its own town, but still dubbed part of the labs by proximity. This would be an odd little place; very... loud, aggressive, spiritual, and spooky. The kind of place shrunken heads might be in a store window, or voodoo dolls. Where you'll find more than a few palm readers. A place full of culture. Not to say it's a depressing place, no... It can be happy, festive, even (induced by drunkeness or not). Laid back. But when it comes down to it, the people here aren't as clean as those in the labs. They also have more belief in the paranormal, mystical, etc. The people here aren't mighty smart on paper, but they got a spooky sort of sense, most of them. They can tell you about that ghost naggin' your mind.
Those in the C-box named it the ghetto. x3; Maybe. I don't know.
Maybe sacrificed creature parts could be found here- it is, after all, that sort of place.
Since I'm proposing it, I'd be more than happy to type up the descriptions needed and what not.
And maybe any creature you take in there has to have a loyalty of like, five or seven to ensure it won't get spooked and run- which is a POSSIBILITY otherwise.

The caged bird sings with a fearful trill, Of things unknown, but longed for still; And his tune is heard on the distant hill, for The caged bird sings of freedom.
