As you already know, Inkrum are dead. Dead and gone. Extinct.
And of course - people want them. Badly.
Our inkrum photoshop file is crap.

SO! We're making a (or several) NEW photoshop files for the Inkrums! They will not be v.2... they'll be... more like the orbaru with their potions.


See, the inkrum as a species is extinct. People that currently have inkrums will be able to "purchase" (probably with credits) a potion that will alter thier inkrum into the newer version(s) if they so desire. Of course, you could just always leave them as-is.

What about NEW customs and NEW breedings..?
That photoshop file that is bad? I'm scrapping it. All inkrum customs will be this new file (which you guys are voting on). All inkrum breedings will result in this new file.

Same species... kinda'... new file.

I bet you noticed they don't all have wings, right? Yeah...


Inkrum A: Angel Inkrum - the most basic inkrum that's (almost) just like the old version.. durable, useless, cowardly, and can fly.

Inkrum B: Thorny Inkrum - a more battle-ready inkrum. No wings you may notice.. this is... well... it's just plain cool.

Inkrum C: Kung Fu Inkrum - Whooooaaa-haiya! No.. just joking. This inkrum is actually based more on the "adult" inkrum, rather than the old. It's sorta' a mixture between the "angel" and "thorny" inkrum, a well-rounded mixture of the two. And of course, cannot fly.

What happens if I feed an (upgrade) potion to my old inkrum that has wings..? Does it loose it's ability to fly? Does it get new stats?

SO! As this is the FIRST (and hopefully last) revamp of a species (which happens to be extinct) that MML will see... Vote away! :D

I personally like them all. I think though there should be a battle one with thorns and stuff, that can fly as well. So, sorta like C, except with wings. ^^
But, I like them all. Is there a way to purchase a new one without having a previous one or using money?

A. To me, wings are just PART of the inkrum species. D= It's part of their charm. But I DO like the other two as well.. A is just totally the 'inkrum' in my mind.

I really like that C pose... XD It looks so cute, but threatening at the same time.

I like C best.

I can't see wings as part of an inkrum.. that is to say - it's already a mesh of creatures that don't go together..

So - on these inkrum (in light of the inkrum on the no-shell), they still have fuzzy pink fox ears.. they're just inside the shell, not poking out like some useless extremity ready to take damage and get torn to shreds ('cause the rest of the creature is hiding, god knows, let's stick something delicate out there to get munched on, right?)...

Their shells are more "pill bug" and less turtle, to match the crab legs a bit better.. after all - if it's got crab legs, let's make it all exo-skelleton, yeah?

I added a tail (sort of) for balance, which fits in fairly nicely with the rest of the exo it has.

Wings? Yeah... how do we fit those on there? Not sure - but I made sure to add wings to at least one choice, to make sure you could have that option.

I could only think of maybe some protrusions from the shell, maybe to help it glide down from said clifs?

But then again, there's This and it has feather wings. XD

You make a point, Spirit. xD I can see your view, I can. It does make a lot of sense. But at the same time, they don't TECHNICALLY have to make COMPLETE sense. It's not like they're natural critters... they're just so frinkin' cute.

I actually like the thought of having all of them. =0 For choice, you know? Or at least two of them.

Pose C is adorable. X3 ...The ninja sounds maaay have influenced me to pick it though. *shifty eyes*

I think you should release all three...maybe. One brown potion, one grey, one green?

A- because it keeps the docile charm that the Inkrum always possesed. ^^ No need to change them THAT dramatically.

I think that...one of these, one that's not chosen by popular vote or whatever you decide, should become a fully feral Inkrum, or something, and just live in the Beyond.

...Upon reading the info on them on the site, the image of coming out of the jungle onto the beach, and seeing Inkrum playing leapfrog just stuck with me.
