So right. I've got a chronic/recurring leg pain. Have had it for about 5 or 6 years. I've had the doc look at it, and I've had an ultrasound. Last week I had an MRI. All the results are completely normal. This is NOT COOL. If my leg's been hurting for 6 years, sometimes bad enough to make me collapse, there can't be 'nothing wrong.' I'm pissed off at the doctors/ techs, mainly-- I mean, it took them over a week to get me my MRI results, and they'd said it would take 24 hrs. They had to repeat the final set of images, too, which to me says they either messed up or there was something abnormal on the MRI. The doctor probably didn't even look at it thoroughly-- and even if he did, it's the radiology techs that are trained to read MRIs. GPs don't know the first thing about MRIs. So I just spent $1200 and a half hour in a cold plastic tube for no reason.
