I urge all of you to buy this film IMMEDIATELY!!!
I watched it three times in two days. It's simply amazing. It was written by Kenneth Branaugh, and is starring him, Hugh, Stephen Fry, and Emma Thompson (among others). It's a drama about 6 friends who haven't seen each other in about 10 years, and get back together for New Year. Okay, sounds boring but it's amazing. Stellar performances by all the cast, and there are some really funny bits and great music as well. I won't give away the ending, of course, but I will tell you it's a tearjerker. So BUY IT!!! You probably won't be able to find it in stores, but there are copies available on Amazon.com and usually on Ebay as well. -------------------- |
