Ice Wall and Gates
You first see high walls of ice and an ice gate and canal lock system passable only by the use of Waterbending. Powerful benders move great areas of ice so that you may enter. Along the topmost edges of the walls are designs carved into the ice to resemble the waves below.

Capitol City
Here is the palace where is cheif, family, and advisors live. The homes of the people of the Northern Water Tribe are here. Healing huts where the girls learn are nearby as well as the school where boys learn the offensive styles.
