Administrator Group: Admin Posts: 27 Member No.: 1 Joined: 4-September 07	In honor of Ciara Alice Brady's first birthday, I'm holding a 'Happy Birthday' contest Timeline December 1st-December 20th: Make your creations (see below) December 21st-December 28th: Vote for your favorites December 29th: On Ciara's birthday, the winners will be revealed Instructions The contest will be to pick the best Ciara birthday banner and best Ciara music video. You are free to submit an entry in both categories or just one Plus submit your submissions to me via PMs on this board. That way no one else will see your creations until voting Rules Banners: Please make the banners no bigger than 500x175 pixels. This is so those with dial-up will not be waiting forever for the page to load. The banners, of course, have to have Ciara featured in them. They can be just of Ciara or with Ciara and her family. Text, brushes, etc are allowed. Please submit no more than two Videos: Please make the videos no longer than five minutes. This is so when your video is being watched by others for voting, it doesn't take a long time to go through all the videos. The videos, of course, have to have Ciara featured in them.
