Mac has put it as NSD's aim to get as many members and possible and reach down to the people. And, well, NSD is reaching down now. But in the end, it might better for all, since at least TPM's and DMG's designs will get filtering even there. Or it might not, as they'll be "NSD approved", including older ones by extension.
