Lifestream. That is the source of the Realm of Twelve Kingdoms' life force. It is the origin of everything. It is where all magic is drawn from and how the tales of this realm came to be.

There are several worlds, worlds of magic and mysteries. Of familiar and fae things. Each one of them spun out from the hopes and dreams and imaginings of those, young and old. Well, what happens when they all stop? Where do those worlds go? All of the dreams can't just fade away, right? It all depends, really: Which ones are remembered?

Which stories can grip onto the hopes and dreams and desperate desires for escape of those left? That's what this story is about. Something has happened to the Real World and now, all those fairy tales and storybook fantasies are trying their best to keep afloat. Out of all of them, only a few of the characters within have any connection to the real world and any knowledge of what's going on. Peter Pan. Alice. Aladdin. Sinbad. Snow White. The heroes. They know that they're stories and what they are will fade away if they don't stop whatever is going on.

However... There's a small problem. Namely, Maleficent, Captain Hook, and the Queen of Hearts, The Sorcerer, the villains of each story have a real vested interest in seeing the heroes fail. Because horrors and villainy are part of the stories too, but they thrive when the story is gone from the mind of the creator. And they feel that it's their turn to win. But, to make things worse, the villains are corrupting as many fairy tales as they can get their hands on, to forge a kingdom of their own

Mankind will always have it's fears. It doesn't always have its hopes and dreams. It all lies in the Heart of Hearts
