Here are the rules and regulations of the Hang Out Spot.
General Rules
Here, at the Hang Out Spot, all members must follow the rules listed below unless given permission to do otherwise by an administrator. If you break them, you will recieve a warning. If your warning level reaches 100%, you will be suspended for a while. If your warning level reaches 100% for a second time, you will be banned from the site for good.
-Stay On Topic
All posts must be on topic. We want people to enjoy posting on the forums. However, off topic posts ruin it for everyone else. For example, do not try to change a topic about weapons in San Andreas to music. All members must follow this rule, except in the spam board.
-Flaming
Flaming, AKA "insulting" outside of the Rants and Raves section is not allowed under any circumstances. Flaming too many times in a non-flaming topic will result in a consiquence, decided by the Admins and Mods. Flaming an Administrator will result in automatic suspension followed by automatic banning.
-Spaming
Members are not allowed to spam in the forums. This basically means making lots of pointless, repetitive posts for no reason at all or to be pestering. This includes double posting repeatedly. The spam board is the only place spamming is allowed.
-Media Legality
All posters are responsible for the content of their posts. GTA Ultra Boards and it's administrators are not responsible for any material posted unless stated otherwise. If anyone has a problem with the content that has been posted, they should contact an admin, however it is up to the poster to ensure they are not breaking the law.
-Inappropriate Materials
Inapproprate material is not allowed on these fourms. That means NO CONTENT UNSUITABLE FOR UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE IS ACCEPTABLE. If this rule is broken, the consequences of your actions will be discussed with Administrators.
-Private Message Harrasment
If someone is harassed in a PM, they should contact an Administrator immediately. Flaming in a PM is not allowed.
Signature and Avatar Rules
-Maximum Signature Size
The maximum allowed size is 550 width and 175 height. File size max. 300 kb
-Maximum Avatar Size
The maximum avatar size allowed is 100 width by 100 height. File size max. 40 kb
-Images
Images may be no bigger than 600 width by 600 height. Any larger and you cannot post them and you must provide a link to the image.
