oh...my com dont have the microsoft new phonetic IME 2002a opinions.......

if dont have this izzit cant display the chinese character...

IF your Microsoft don't have it, then you'll have to use some other non-Microsoft softwares such as....NJStar (http://www.njstar.com/) to INPUT.

All Microsoft should have the ability to display Chinese characters. Try going to a Chinese website on the internet, and it should ask you if you want to install Chinese Language. Then follow the onscreen direction (may require Windows XP Installation CD).
