Three years have passed since the day our lives were dismantled in the blink of an eye. Across the world an unknown number of people were bonded to an alien bio mechanical armor, called the Guyver unit. From that point on our lives were never the same, fore we became the perfect soldiers, the perfect heroes and the perfect killers. But for some, it was the final trigger during emotional break downs that……….

Well, lets just say the units have been more harm then good.

Things went from bad to worse when an organization known as the Chronos Organization initiated a world wide coordinated take over of the world governments using their genetically engineered monsters, the zoanoids. How they gained this technology is still yet to be determined, but now their sights have been turned on us, the guyvers. They hunt us for our units, to dissect and study us, fore the armor would make their zoanoids even more powerful. Some of us, have already joined Chronos and now we must fight our own “kind” for survival.

Three years since the take over, aside from the majority of the African continent, Alaska, The Australian outback, and Antarctica, everything, and I do mean everything, is in their control.

We know not why we were given these units

We do not know who gave us these units.

But we do know this. The Guyver is the key and we will discover the truth.

The war has only just begun!

Sith Was blistering across the Australian outback, The new Bio-Cycle was performing nicely. He'd have to tune it back down for a normal human rider though, 400mph isn't something human reflex's can contend with on this kinda terrain. But anythings better than what crono's has. Now he'd have to figure a way to put guns on this thing. He mused for a moment, "oh Riven would love that."

A hot wind blew across the desert of the outback, kicking up clouds of dust that expanded and spread across the land. The ground was dry and cracked, and only the strongest of wild life survived year after year out here. Lizards mostly, frill necks, goannas and other similar reptiles, insects and bugs, and few mammals. The number of wild camels that roamed the outback was expanding unchecked and they were becoming a serious problem to other animals, eating what little vegetation there was as their massive herds stomped across the desert. They weren’t the biggest problem any more in the outback. There was also mutated animals that roamed about since X-day occurred and a couple of nukes had been dropped across the entire Northern Territory. They were mean bastards too, big and powerful and they were a threat to most normal humans.

It was a pity, Riven thought that they weren’t the only major threat to be worried about as she peered down at the dirt road from her perch in on ledge along the gorge walls, high above. She watched the big trailing cloud follow behind a convoy of trucks and pick ups speed along the road. With her enhanced sight she could already see Zoanoids standing ready in the backs of the picks up and riding on top of trucks. Silently she wondered how long it had taken them to configure the vehicles to be able to carry that much weight. She then brought the walkie talky up without taking her eyes off the Chronos convoy.

“Its go time people” she announced calmly. “Frontline team get read. Sniper teams get in position. Don’t waste your ammo on the ones that have already transformed; you’ll only give away our position. Just take out the drivers and passengers that haven’t shifted yet, leave the rest to the Frontline team. When you’ve made your shots, pull back to the pick up site and head back to base.”

“Rodger that ma’am!” a chorus of voices came back over the radio.

Riven’s eye twitched. “Fuckers know I hate being called that!”

The convoy was approaching the gorge rapidly and Riven could almost smell the taste the blood of her enemies on her lips. She was eager to kick some monster ass, but she kept her emotions in check for the time being, she wasn’t willing to put her people at risk because of a stupid grudge. She glanced around casually, if it wasn’t for her enhanced senses and the fact that she knew where they were, she wouldn’t have been able to spot them midden amongst the various rock ledgers, hidden with some the simplest items.

She turned back to the convoy and grinned as they passed the point of no return. With a simple gesture, she gave the signal and within seconds, multiple shots peppered the wind screens of the convoys. The lead pick up was going so fast that when the drivers head exploded, the car hit a sizeable rock and was sent flipping along the road, throwing its passengers in the back before smashing into the gorge wall and exploding. Riven saw the vehicles at the rear come to a halt and start to reverse, but she would have none of that. She grabbed a small cigarette lighter size device and depressed the red switch in the top and the ground under the rear vehicles exploded, sending a powerful shockwave through the gorge.

“Frontline team, move out!” she shouted and leaped from her ledge. She soared through the air, silhouetted by the sun as she seem to glide. She grinned savagely down at her targets and shouted in a booming voice. “CRIMSON!!”

The crimson guyver armour emerged across her entire body, and stale air was jetted from the rebreathers on either side of her face. All around her several other men and women leaped from the cliffs and summoned forth guyver armour of various colours and designs, their eyes flashing brightly as they descended like a flock of raptors.

“Have at them!!” she shouted as she landed in between two zoanoids riding on top of a Mac Truck.

It was chaos immediately, as half a dozen guyvers dropped out of the sky all around the convoy. Riven lashed out at the closest zoanoid with a round house kick that snapped ribs and exploded organs from the pressure of it. The zoanoid to its credit remained standing even with the extensive internal damage and came at her like it was in tip top shape. Riven ducked under its wide swing and before it had the time to blink she brought her fist smashing up into its jaw, lifting it off its feet. While it was in mid air, she spun with lightning fast reflexes and slammed her foot into its abdomen. The zoanoid was sent flying through the air like a missile, its ass skimming the roof of another truck before it disappeared off the other end. Riven turned as her head sensors twitched and she caught the other zoanoid by the wrist as it came up behind her, and as if it were a new born babe, she flung it over her shoulder and slammed it into truck, following through with a slash attack to its throat and watched it bleed out in front of her, gasping for air even as its body started to melt away into a steaming pile of goo.

Silently she wondered why Chronos still programmed that into their soldiers. Everyone knew about them now so there was no need to maintain the secrecy of it anymore. But then again she knew how sadistic they could be, and they certainly weren’t going to lose any sleep over something like this.

Her head sensors jerked again and she looked up to see a barrage of bio missiles bearing down on her rapidly from above. She looked down at the truck, then back at the missiles and swore. She couldn’t abandoned the truck to the missiles, not with its precious cargo inside. But she knew that with the speed they were closing in with she couldn’t take them out with her head beam. She knew she had to try something though, and the gems – one embedded in each wrist started to shine brightly as she gathered the energy, orange light starting glow between her hands. Then suddenly a pale green wave of energy engulfed and vaporized the missiles in an instant. Riven looked up with a smirk as winged form floated down next to her, his feet just dangling an inch off the roof of the truck.

“Thanks for the save Mitch” she said, giving him the thumbs up.

“What would you do without someone to watch your back?” he asked in mock concern, while casually firing a beam of energy that lanced through the Gaster type that had fired the barrage of missiles.

“I’d have thought of something” she shrugged as she cracked her armoured knuckles. “Besides, you enjoy watching my back.”

Mitchell gave her a withering look. “And you’ve adapted far too well.”

“Can’t dwell on it forever” she simply replied.

Before her friend had the chance to reply, she leaped from the truck and back into the frenzied battle. She landed in between a group of Ramotith, slashed one across the throat with her wrist blade and blasted a second with her head laser as she turn, blasting its head apart. The third grabbed her in a bear hug and lifted her off the ground, but even as it did, Riven snapped her head back and sunk her sensory horn into its brain. Within seconds its grip on her loosen and it toppled back. The forth and last remaining one of the group smartly turned and started running, even as Riven gathered a gravity sphere into her hand.

“I didn’t say you could leave the party!” she shouted.

The Ramotith screamed as the pressure cannon slammed into its back at break neck speed, ripping its upper body apart as it exploded.

“You’ll pay for that you bitch!” she spun around and blocked the incoming strike, mildly surprised to find the attack coming from a Thancrus type.

“Oh goody, I like playing with your type” Riven hissed.

She wasn’t lying either. Short of another guyver or a Zoalord, there weren’t many creatures that could match her in terms of speed or reflexes. She pushed it back with a surge of strength and lashed out with a kick, but it was already moving, launching into the air and coming down on her with an over head strike. She blocked the attack and rolled backwards across the ground out of his reach, before lunging straight back at him. He barely had time to react as extended her wrist blades. He only managed to parry one of her blades, while they other left a deep nasty gash across his chest, the sprayed Riven with blood as it spurted from the wound. He staggered back, caught off guard by the ferocity of her attack, shocked at the rage she put behind each one. Even with his enhanced muscles and bone structure, each time her blocked an attack, it sent a jarring pain shooting through his body.

“I wont lose to a monster like you!” he growled suddenly and charged at her.

“That’s my line” Riven snarled.

The two warriors charged at each at full speed, blades ready and the killing strike already forming in their heads. The Thancrus pulled his arm back, ready to attack, when at the last second he was blinded by a flash orange light and then a burning pain that shot through his entire being. When his eyes readjusted, Riven was standing in front of him, wrist blades retracted, but in her right hand was a sabre of orange energy.

“I don’t play fair with scum like you” She explained, her voice eerily cold.

Thancrus gasped. “D…damn you G…guyver bitch!”

The hyper zoanoid then fell apart, falling to the ground in two neat pieces cut from the left hip up to the right shoulder. Without so much as a second glance, Riven dived back into the heat of battle alongside her troops.

They moved through the zoanoid with a ruthless efficiency, cutting them down one by one without a moments hesitation. The battle was over in a matter of minutes, there had only been a hand full of hyper class zoanoids amongst the convoy which any one of them was capable of taking down after all this of fighting battle after battle. The normal zoanoids weren’t a problem, but then again they never had been, not for even the most inept guyver.

“Good work people!” she shouted.

While her people went to work making sure that zoanoids that hadn’t yet disintegrated were dead, Riven a couple of others went to the backs of the large trucks and ripped pulled open the doors. Inside were dozens of prisoners, innocent men, women and children being shipped off to a Chronos processing facility. She deactivated her armour climbed into the back with them, and they looked at her wariness and fear and she could hardly blame them. People were still shocked by the fact that she had cat ears, a tail and slightly slitted feline eyes.

The most popular term for her, was a catgirl.

“Its ok, we’re here to rescue you” she said calmly. ‘We can take you to a place where you’ll be safe.”

Slowly the prisoners came forward and Riven and her troops helped the ragged lot out of the truck, while more prisoners emerged from the other trucks behind her. They milled about, basking in the warmth of the sun for the first time in days. Riven signalled to one of her snipers briefly before turning her attention to the people again. They were largely ignoring her, just happy to be free of the confines of their mobile prisons and she was happy to oblige them. She was about to start rounding them up when she felt a small tug on her arm. She looked down to see a small girl, no older then four or five at the most, holding a ratty looking doll and staring up at her.

Riven knelt down and smiled warmly. “And who might you be?”

“Hannah” the girl replied, almost shyly.

“And who’s this?” Riven asked as she nodded to the doll.

“Lucy” the little girl said, sounding a little more sure of herself.

“Where are your parents? Did you lose them in the crowd?” she asked carefully, looking up briefly to see if anyone was looking for her.

The girl shook her head. “The bad men made my parents go to sleep.”

Riven’s heart broke for the child, and she felt her rage growing fast as she let a sigh escape her lips. Three years and she had probably heard recounts like this from children more times then she cared to remember, and it never got easier, no matter how many times she heard it. She had never heard it from a child this young though. She could see in the girls eyes that she knew her parents weren’t coming for her.

“Are the bad men coming back?” Hannah asked suddenly, fiddling with her doll.

Riven gave the girl a reassuring smile. “Don’t you worry about a thing little one. I promise the bad men aren’t coming again.”

As the words left her mouth, the whirl of helicopter blades thumped through the air and she looked up several troop transport choppers flew over head, before hanging a u-turn and landing just outside of the gorge. Riven’s troops started directing the freed prisoners towards the choppers and Riven picked the girl up.

“You’ll like where we’re going, I promise you” she told her, and with that she joined her troops heading for the choppers.

Sith caught air over a hill in the outback, he rocked himself back lightly to keep the bike level for a decent enough landing. He hoped his Kama did get caught in the wheel or air intake. Realizing the height he was descending from he was glad he grew the bike rather than assembled it from scrap.

The impact was hard and furious, he gunned the throttle kicking up a blast of dust into the air. the rear tire walked out a bit, but he used his strength to pull the bike back behind him. After leaving about ten miles of sidewinder tracks he was finally pulling straight again. He could feel Riven's presence about a hundred miles ahead of him.

"hey furball, how'd you make out?"

Riven took a moment to respond, "Fine you egregious buffoon. No thanks to you being off in the bush."

"well well feline you make it sound like i don't pay you any attention at all, would you like me to be in your bush for awhile?", he asked know she'd be terribly angry, he only wished he could see the look on her face.

"You god damn cunt sucker i'mma kill you when you get back to base!"

"not if i get there first pussy."

He peg the throttle for all it was worth, next time he'd make a bike that broke the sound barrier, be more dramatic that way.

"Not if I get there first pussy"

A deep growl started to bubble up at the back of Riven's throat, and a number of her troops and Mitchell as well turned to look at her cautiously as they saw the anger rising in her eyes.

"You!" she snapped suddenly, springing to her feet and pointing to the man closest to the helicopter door. "Get that door opened now!"

The man gulped, knowing better than to argue with her. "Aye, Commander."

As the door opened fully, a wave of air pressure rushed through the hold and blasted at the lot of them. She cracked her knuckles and grinned viciously, her tail swishing back and forth in irritation.

"Two can play at that game my dear Sith" she replied ominously.

On the other end of their telepathic link, Sith flinched suddenly...

Without a seconds hesitation, Riven threw herself out of the chopper and started to plummet rapidly, her legs and arms flailing about as she cartwheeled through the air. From the helicopter above, her troops watched in shock as she fell, wondering what the hell she was doing. Then her armor appeared and she shot off a head of the choppers.

As she flew she knew that her unit wouldn't be able to catch up with Sith on his blasted bio bike, it was too fast as far as ground vehicles go. But unlike Sith who spent most of his time tinkering, she was more intune with her units abilities.

The gems embedded in her wrists started to glow brilliantly and suddenly two fiery energy trails erupted from the palms of her hands. She shot forth with a sudden increase in speed and she focused on the energy, keeping it stable as she fed more power into it. Her speed was increasing rapidly and the ground beneath her became little more then a blur of different shades of browns. In the distance she could already see her base coming into view. The bio ship Seraphim, that she had discovered nearly two and a half years earlier. Chronos had tried to take it from her, but the ships shields were incredibly strong and its defense systems had proven more then enough at keeping Chronos' monsters at bay for all these years. It was the only save haven in the Outback now.

She notice the cloud of dust and dirt steaking across the desert towards what had formerly been Ayres Rock. She rocketed ahead of the yankie guyver and landed a couple of hundred feet from the Seraphim, directly in Sith's path.

Sith recognized her immediately. "Oh crap..."

Riven chuckled through tightly clenched teeth and two orange orbs of energy appeared in her hands. She fired at Sith without a second thought, the orbs spiralling around each other before slamming into the ground in front of his bike. Riven continued to fire a barrage of energy attacks not letting up even once as the smoke cloud continued to expand rapidly.

Only when her anger was sated, did she turn and power off towards the Seraphim, easily covering the distance in a couple of seconds.

"I hope that was as good for you as it was for me" she laughed.

"oh Crap..." he said as the soil was blasted into the air. He bounced forward hard on the bike then pulled back with the assisted force of his gravity orb. The bike cut several flips through the air landing a little long over rivs pot shot, luckly unseen because of the cloud of dust she kicked up. He pegged the throttle again zooming past the flying feline.

"you missed furball!" he said locking the steering column. snapping his fingers a series of batarangs appeared in his hands which he sent with a partial gravity charge toward his friend.

"fairs fair riv! Besides if you don't make it i'll buy the beer!"

Riven Roared in annoyance, but was slightly slowed by the barrage. Sith made it to the seraphim perimeter first, snickering as he pulled the bike inside the underground passage, "See you at the bar kitty."

"I hate you you damn bloody gear head!"

"No you don't, if you did you'd have killed me by now!"

Riven glowered angrily as Sith disappeared underground, before a grin spread across her face.

Fine, if you wanna play dirty... she thought.

She opened a private link to the Seraphim and commanded it to teleport her. She appeared inside the private bar kept for herself and a few others to get away from everything else when not on duty. It was quiet spacious, more so then it probably needed to be, and was stocked with booze from all over.

"Seraphim, I want you to lock Sith out of every bit booze on the ship for a period of.......48 hours" she ordered

Dust and sand blew across the Australian outback, to the west the sun was beginning to set. The ground was stained with the dried up remains of where zoanoids fell. Some of the convoys truck blackened from flames caused by fuel over heating in the heat of the Australian day. A lone figure stood beholding the site before him, the setting sun reflecting in his eye’s and he let out a single sigh.

“Cyris report.” the voice boomed from his radio’s ear piece.

“I’m at the remains of the convoy, they hit it just like we expected. No survivors found.”

“And the human spy… what of him?”

“I don’t see his body around here so I can only assume that he’s been taken with the rest of the freed prisoners.

“Very well, return to base and await further orders… Oh and Cyris,”

“Yes?”

“You had better hope this idea of yours works or I’ll personally make sure your reprocessed into a vegetable, Is that Clear?”

“Yes.” with that the radio cut off “…Prick.”

Ghrecki hovered in the air untouched by the snow and it’s cold. Looking on at the very well concealed and guarded building part of his mind returned to earlier.
“The Northern American resistance is proving to be difficult to rout out.” Ghrecki noticed and studied the relevant charts with his peripheral vision while keeping him main focus on the Zoalord before him. “They scatter before our forces can crush them and while our zoaforms are more durable than humans even they cant handle the assaults from the rebels and the world.” maps of relevant areas popped up on another screen that Ghrecki started to study, though his gaze never left the Zoalord. “Who and how many are required for you plan lord Balcus. I assume you want me to get to their command center and take out their head” buried so deep in his thoughts even he would have to spend hours shifting though them to find it was his anger and revulsion at the idea of killing more people because they wanted to be free. Balcus smiled “Nice to see you are using your extra brain mass for something constructive. Yes, We want you to eliminate the commander of the rebel’s forces in the Juno Alaska area. Along with him any of his aides nearby as well as any who witness you.” Ghrecki nodded “It may take a few days to locate where they have him hidden. But I shall do as ordered.”
He had stretched the search out as long as he could without raising suspicion. He could delay no longer so he flew down to the entrance and passed right between the two guard posts. They didn’t see him, as un-enhanced humans they had no chance of noticing him. Phased and cloaked as he was even the 12 had trouble telling if he was in the same room as them, even if he was in mental communication with them. The wall before him posed as much a stop gate as the guards, floating strait though it he landed and phased back into sync with the physical world. His noise cancellation field preventing his movement from being heard he walked down the hall. It was easy for him to avoid touching anyone and he passed though room after room picking up on speech and surface thoughts of those nearby. “..lly say that. I cant believe she would say th..” “.. heard that the people in Australia are working on so..” “..ou see how we trounced those zoanoids with that last ice trap it was..” “…tter get this to the commander he’ll want to see this data”
His eyes widening while a frown formed he shifted his attention to that speaker. He was surprised he found someone to lead him to his target so quickly. Following the young man though the halls he finally stood before a door guarded by 6 armed guards, each armed with what must be one of those so called ‘zoa buster guns’, these people were serious about their defensives for their command center. Phasing though the door he floated up near the roof of the room and took in the details. Twenty people in the room, folders open on the table and computer monitors on with data scrolling. He had found them while the command structure was in a meeting. His targets were all nicely gathered for him, part of his mind returned to “..We want you to eliminate the commander of the rebel’s forces in the Juno Alaska area. Along with him any of his aides nearby as well as any who witness you.” while another part of him was wondering why he was so ‘lucky’ here. As he positioned himself behind the leader Murphy and his laws decided to visit. “.. and so as I speak the anti-Psi field delivered to us from the Australian forces is being activated. In fact it should be up right about… now”
Every face in the room except for two turned to face Ghrecki as he dropped to the ground and became visible as the anti-psionic field went up. Two didn’t turn to face him as he hadn’t learned how to face himself yet, and the head of the commander here was already sharply twisted to the left. In the second of confusion as the rest of the room stared at the seven foot tall blue skinned elfin zoaform Ghrecki activated his Sluagh wings.
Dark golden energy wings sprouted from his back and he launched forward at nearly 100 mph from a stand still snapping the neck of another before launching off to the next person. He had killed five people before he switched from the quick merciful neck snapping to just using his claws. there is no way to know where the anti-psi device is. Great I get to fight my way out the old fashioned bloody way, fucking thank you Murphy. “ZOA!”
Ghrecki spun slicing four others apart as they just now managed to get out of their seats, but it seems one had fast enough reactions to manage to warn the guards. The doors opened as he finished off the last of the unarmed humans within the room. His hands and patches of his body and armor were as crimson as his hair. Bracing himself he rushed the guards hoping those zoa busters didn’t live up to their name. he was across the room in a second but he also gushed blood as four of the six shots hit him. With a hole in his forhead and a rather nice hole though his chest he tore the heads off two of the guards and turned delivering a kick to another two sending them flying into the wall crushing every bone in their chest and making them cough up blood. The last two guards where trying to bring their guns to bear on him again, one even managed to shoot him again before he took their heads off with his claws.
Walking back over the humans, his wings retracting back into him, he plunged his hand into the leader making sure he was dead, then Ghrecki turned to the hall way. “…as well as any who witness you.” “normally that would only be one or two unlucky fools. Now I’m not likely to get out of here without having to fight half the base. Some assassin I am.” he walked forward his wings once again sprouting “at least I know my way out” going over the routs he took to get here and glances at various maps while getting here he formed a mental map of the base trying to find the quickest route out.
Alarms blaring he took off reaching 100 mph in the first second and gaining in speed. A sonic boom sweep though the halls as he ran at speeds on human could reach and survive. The force of the air in front of him knocking people down or into walls before he even reached them within seconds he was outside and blasting a trial though the snow. Within seconds he was out of range and with another massive sonic boom he blasted into the sky soon reaching speeds of nearly mach 6.
Along with the blood flowing out of the wound in the chest of the man he was sent to kill a tiny sealed container fell out of the wound. As the shocked people went about checking on the injured one person picked up the small container and noticed written on it two words.

Satisfied that she had gotten her revenge on Sith, Riven left the private bar and headed through the corridors of the ship.

There was people everywhere, walking to and from their respective assigned duties. Riven knew from the get go when she had started bringing people here, they were gonna need something to keep them busy and everyone was assigned duties if they were capable of working. The Seraphim had become a variable city in itself, and as it was they weren't even using a fraction of the space they had available. The Seraphim itself was pretty much self suficient, keeping itself clean but since being reactivated it had been mainly focused on regenerate the damage it had suffered countless years ago.

Riven made her way quickly to the "South Distric" and strolled into the day care center they had set up for those that had young children. There were kids everywhere, playing with toys and play equipment she and number of the other guyvers had stolen on a raid of various cities. She almost smiled at the comical site of the lot of them carrying off a bunch of childrens toys and stuff.

"Lady Riven!"

Riven looked around at one of the day care workers, an older woman. She had been placed in charge of the day care center, having been the headmistress of a day care center before X-Day.

"Please Margret" Riven started with pained expression. "I've asked people to stop calling me that. Its embarrassing..."

"I'm sorry, it just suits you so well" the woman replied with a smile. "You've come to pick up Neko-chan I take it?"

Riven nodded as she spotted her young son playing with a group of other children around a bunch of toy blocks. She often worried that Neko's feline traits would set him apart from other children, that they might shun him for his difference. She remembered how cruel kids could be without knowing they were. But something about Neko-chan drew the kids to him and her worries were unfounded. If anything the children loved his ears and tail.

"He's such a pleasant child" Margret explained. "He never causes trouble, never tries to hurt the other kids, if anything he mediates any disbutes that do break out. He might only be two, but that child is an old soul, and he doesnt like to see others fight."

Riven smiled. "He's gonna be hell of a leader one day. Though I hope he doesnt have to go through all that we have had to."

"I hope none of them do" Margret added.

Riven watched her son play for a little more, smiling as him and the other kids laughed when they smashed down a tower made from the blocks.

Finally she turned to Margret. "If you dont mind, I'll come back to pick him up later, he looks like he's having fun at the moment."

"Of course Lady Riven" Marget replied and Riven gave her a half hearted withering look, before turning and leaving.

"Incoming transmission." Echoed from the seraphim's speaker system.

Sith and Riven appeared in the bridge a few moments later.

"report!" riven shouted.

A static filled picture filled the holo screen, "Yes Ma'am!" said the junior officer.

Rivens face was awash with annoyance, "What is it soldier boy?"

"Ma'am!" Rivens eye twitched again, "The Juno base has been attacked by an unknown attacker, we assume a zoaform or a rival guyver unit. Our commander and his lieutenants are all dead."

The poor boy stared back waiting for a response, Riven merely chewed on her lip for a bit.

Sith stepped up to the frame, "Name and rank soldier?"

"Staff Sergeant Adam Ocelot."

"Sergeant, who is the highest ranking officer?"

"... Me sir."

"Sergeant i want you to assemble your men and for a defensive perimeter. We'll be sending in reinforcements as soon as available."

"understood Sir."

The link closed out. "alright feline, i know Talon was your friend but who do you want to send?"

Riven sighed. "Talon was a good soldier and a good friend. He'll be missed."

Talon had been one of the first guyvers to come to Seraphim seeking refuge, having been running from Chronos since the day he first activated his unit. He hadn't wanted anything to do with fighting Chronos at first, but that soon changed and he started training with Riven and the other guyvers that had arrived. He proved himself to be a valuable member of the resistence and an even better friend, and had volunteered to take a command of a contingent of troops in Juno, to bring back natural resources and help push Chronos back into the US.

The zoanoid must have gotten the jump on him before he could activate his unit she concluded. There's no other way he could have been killed.

Sith nodded. "So who do you want to send?"

Riven thought hard for a minute, but the thought came to her quickly. It was the only logical choice that could be made.

"We'll send Rika. She's from there" she explained.

"Alright, find Rika and have her report to the bridge" Sith ordered one of the officers.

Riven looked hard at the screens before adding to Sith. "I'm gonna go to. Retrieve Talon's body and bring it back for a proper burial. Plus, I wanna see what kind of damage this Zoaform is capable of.

((John, didnt know what you were doing for a post so I just included you in this one.))

With the exception of the sound of steady breathing and the occasional turning of a page of a book, the inside of Rika's quarters were silent. She was sitting on her bed, propped up against John's back, who was sleeping on his side. Her book was open in her lap, one finger holding the corner of the page she was on, brown eyes skimming over the words. She heaved a sigh as she read, then turned the page to see a picture of the ruins of North America.

The picture held her attention until she heard the knock at her door, her sleek and pointed elven ears perking ever so slightly at the movement she could hear outside her room. She frowned.

"You can come in."

Her eyes narrowed at the officer who entered.

"What do you want?"

"Your presence has been requested on the bridge, ma'am."

"By who?"

"Lady Riven and Lord Sith."

"Fine. Get out."

"Yes ma'am."

Rika watched him turn and walk out the same door he had walked through and snapped her book closed, setting it on the bedside table before shifting from her spot. She pecked John's cheek then hopped lightly up off the bed.

Then she was gone from the room.

Upon her arrival on the bridge, she found a solemn looking Riven pacing before the monitors and Sith standing a little to her side. She perked a brow at them.

"You beckoned?"

"How'd you like to take a little holiday?"

Rika squinted at Riven who stopped pacing and turned to face her.

"That would depend on where and why."

"Talon has been slain. The Juno base in Alaska has been attacked."

"Off to Alaska then, am I?"

"Thought it would be best. You know the area fairly well."

Rika shrugged at her and rested a hand on her hip.

"I'm assuming you're coming too?"

"Yes. For Talon's body."

"Alright. Meet in ten then? I'll wake up John and get changed."

"John?"

"What? You think he'll let me go back to North America without him? Besides. We can make a pit stop on the way home. I'm thinking... Nevada."

She could tell by the look on Riven's face that she understood what she was getting at. Nevada or Area 51, to be more specific, had some vital information they needed.

"Alright, in ten."

Rika nodded and left the bridge, returning to her quarters in a not so hurried fashion. As she walked through the door she began pulling off her hiking boots and shorts, then pulled off her top and kicked it all aside. She rummaged through her pretty bare closet and pulled out the outfit she had for cold weather.

She pulled on the tight grey pants and the matching long sleeved shirt, both made with thermal material, then slipped her feet into knee high boots, opting for no heel, and laced them up. She pulled a black belt around her waist and did it up, then took her jacket out of the closet and stepped over to the bed.

With her free hand, she grasped John's shoulder and shook him.

"Time to get up, we have things to do. Six minutes, be on the bridge and be ready for Alaska."

The jacket she pulled on was floor length and a darker shade of grey, also made of thermal material with a fur lined hood. She pulled her wavy brown hair into a side ponytail and then swiftly left her room, heading back to meet Riven.

OOC: Guyver B is the guyverised version of Bastard #2, if your unfamiliar with who this is click here http://z3.invisionfree.com/GuyversLair/ind...?showtopic=1204

IC:

Somewhere in Asia

"So this is it huh?" three men stood over the half eaten carcass of a yak that lay on the gorund collecting flies. Two of the men were regular cronos troopers, the third man wore the uniform of a hyper zoanoid.

"Yeah, yesterday that farmer said he saw the devil toad devouring what was left of his yak when he came home the other day."

"Hehe, that's probably our mark. It's just as lord Balcus suspected, it's heading for the coast. Probably plans on trying to swim to enemy territory"

Elsewhere

Balcus sat in his office tapping his finger on his desk impatiently waiting for the man he had summoned. Finnally after 25 minutes of waiting the doors slid open and a lanky looking guy with a care free grin on his face walked into the room. As he usually did whenever they met he seemed to be undressing the old man with his eyes which made him slightly uncomfortable. Well with any luck he'd get himself killed in this assignment and he wouldnt have to deal with this irritating man anymore.

"Guyver B, punctual as usual I see." Balcus said looking a tad irritated.

"Yeah sorry about that, there was this train and I got held up getting over here." He said with a dopey grin on his face. He reeked of alcohaul.

"Why didn't you just summon your armor and fly here?" Balcus said looking even more irritated, he really hoped he'd get himself killed in this mission.

"Oh...well ... uhhh...I was in traffic and if I bio boosted the cars would all get you know busted up..." truth was he'd just gotten too smashed drunk to get there on time.

"Never mind that, Guyver B, I have an important mission for you. Take a seat in front of this monitor." he said motioning to a table facing a display monitor hanging down from the ceiling.

As he flicked it on, the TV displayed the picture of what appeared to be a giant frog. Inside its mouth was what looked like the severed leg of a ramotith zoanoid.

"This is the sole survivor of the Manticore project."

"What's that?" Guyver B said looking dissinterested

"The Manticore project was an experiment in developing stronger zoanoids through experimental processing techniques. There were no successes. It only produced lost numbers. One year ago the facility it was conducted at was desroyed by that creature. We believe it to be one of the test subjects."

"You want me to go on a damn toad hunt! This'll be easy man! Just tell me where that thing is and I'll bring you some frogs legs!"

"Not nessecerily. That test subject is at least as strong as a hyper zoanoid and even I don't know what sort of abilities it may have due to random mutations. Normally I would have selected someone with more experience to handle this matter. But I chose you for a specific reason. Out of the 100 test subjects that were present at the facility, we believe we have finnally narrowed down identity of the beast. This was no easy task, it made no attempt to contact the friends or families of any of the test subjects. Probably it anticipated we would be watching them. Instead it simply fled, however after extensive profiling of the test subjects, we ran comparisons with the creatures behavior. We believe that the creature is none other then this man."

Balcus hit another button on the remote displaying a picture of an odd looking person wearing a paper plate mask. "Woops, that's the wrong picture....." For all his genius, he had never mastered the art of power point presentation. He pressed another button and a picture of him without the mask came up. "He should look familiar to you. Before X-day you used to work with him part time."

"Your shitting me! It's him!" A huge smile spread across Guyver B's face as he seemed to be trying very hard to keep himself from laughing. "Oh this is too good...you called the right man for the job Doc! I'll make frogs legs out of him good! I'm going to pay him back good for what he did to me back then..." Guyver B said looking a little psychotic.

"Not so fast. Your role in this is a little more complex then that. The second reason I chose you is because your a guyver. Those on the side of the enemy will obviously be more trusting of you then say a zoanoid. Our operatives in Asia that have been tracking his whereabouts believe he's going to eventually attempt to meet with the resistance in Austrailia. Even if it's a failed model, I cannot allow the end result of the Manticore project to fall into enemy hands. Your roll will be that of a spy, you will infiltrate their group and mislead them into believing that creature is their enemy."

"Sweet, maybe I can get me some beasty sex with that catgirl they have over there!" Balcus rubbed his brows in irritation, he really wanted to hit this man for downplaying the importance of this mission so badly. Hopefully he'd end up getting himself killed before things were done.

"Y-Yes....maybe you will, in any case, I have prepared a full breifing of your mission objective in this booklet. You will be working with several other operatives who have been tracking it but for the most part you will be alone. If the enemy has reason to suspect your a spy they will kill you so don't give them any reasons. And most importantly, don't assume that the man your looking for will appear the same as he did when you knew him. No one matching his human form has been reported in the places that the beast has been spotted. His appearance may have changed, he may not even have a human form anymore for all we know."

"For real? I mean zoanoids look all freaky but they all look normal enough on their own. Well except for you, with that gemerald thing on your fore head...." Balcus looked really irritated.

"Hey man it's cool, I think your gemerald is sexy!" Balcus really wished he hadn't said that. But he swallowed his pride and continued.

"Yes....I suppose it is...in any case, I'm saying this because the experimental processing procedeurs produced a number of abnormal mutations in the test subjects." He clicked his remote displaying a picture of a man with two heads, a creature resembling a hairless dog and a woman with only one eye at the center of her fore head. "These are the human forms of the three surviving test subjects we captured. So keep in mind you may not be looking for the man you knew."

Somewhere in Asia

Two zoanoids lay on the ground of a dirty alleyway. Standing over them was a huge frog like beast. It turned before squeezing its huge body down a nearby manhole dissapearing into the sewers.

After crawling through the mazes of tunnels it emerged under a grate with a view of the sky. Water trickled down splashing the beast in the face. Slowly it began to shrink , the water striking its body turned to steam from the heat generated by the transformation. Standing in its place was a very strange looking girl with greenish skin and hair. "I really hate the sewers." she stated.

Nearby a rat squeeked in the corner scampering in the darkness. Turning swiftly, her arm shot out extending like elastic before snagging the rodent. After grabbing it she bit down, fangs ripping into its flesh. As a human , eating something like this would have once been considered disgusting, but ever since the change she no longer seemed to care about that. Rats, zoanoids, even humans...they were all potential sources of nutrients. She had been forced to change because some of her make up used to disguise herself as a human came off and those zoanoids saw her green skin. How exactly had things gotten this way?

---Excerpt from "The Memoirs of a Freak of Nature, a documentary written by pen name Defectron"

" Before I really get into details on the inner workings of Chronos I observed while being captured, I suppose you all would like to know a bit more about your narrator. In recent times I've been called things like the devil frog, Manticore, the cattle ripper, most people just scream when they see my inhuman form. I actually kind of enjoy scaring them to be honset. But like the rest of the world I was once human. It was a boring life, so boring that I would do anything to escape it. It's an old cliche when people say "Be careful what you wish for." to me people who said that were people who didn't have anything worth wishing for. I never understood how other people could be content living such a boring life where they just eat, shit and sleep until they die. I had alot of wishes, I wanted things like power, immortality, a pet dinosaur I even wanted to know what it'd be like to be a girl. Ironically I ended up getting some of my wishes granted. Was it worth it? Well I'm now the enemy of the world, on the other hand I'm now strong enough to fight the facists that are slowly taking it over. Yeah some of you may be saying "Your a girl that changes into a giant frog! That's freaking weird!!" yeah so what, I don't really care what you all think. The guy I roomed with in the facility ended up growing an extra set of testicles in his armpit so I think I'm pretty well off in comparison. I'm not the sort to go "Oh boo hoo! I'm a freak of nature! Feel sorry for me!" Besides in this era, it's the freaks of nature that run our world. I can only hope that this freak has what it takes to help fight them."

Chronos Camp - Australia

The full moon was high in the sky Cyris returned to the Chronos base camp. Personnel were busy unloading supplies that had just arrived from the Chronos facility in Melbourne. After he parked his Kawasaki ZX-10R in the Garage Tent Cyris went for a walk around the camp. Nobody bothered to tell him to help unloading supplies. They knew who he was. Whether it was from fear, or respect, they left him alone. After about an hour of walking around the camp Cyris entered the mess tent to grab some food before heading to his quarters for the night. Cyris was awoken from his dreamless sleep by the sound of commotion, something was happening outside the tent. From the shadows projected onto the tent from the moons light he could tell some of the camps personnel had transformed, which led him to believe something was attacking.

Leaping from his bed, he was out of the tent within moments, the sight that welcomed him however was not one that he was expecting. Standing before the group of transformed zoanoids were a lone pair of humans, one was wearing a dark suit and looked very uncomfortable in the cold desert night the other one, a young woman with silver hair looked a lot more at ease surrounded by zoanoids that looked more than ready to rip the both of them limb from limb at a moments notice. As the young woman stepped forward the zoanoids became visibly more tense.

“Easy boys, we’re on your side.”

Taking this opportunity to question the new arrivals Cyris stepped forward, “And who the hell are you two supposed to be.”

Before she even started to reply a smirk began to form on the corner of her mouth. “Well…..”

Sith wasn't stupid, he what the primary reason was that Riven was going to Alaska for and she could see that he knew, but pretended she didn't, not wanting to hear it........But Sith, being Sith, went right ahead and said it anyway.

"You want revenge" he said simply, not a question, just an accusing statement.

Riven reeled around, angry and advanced on him: "And so what if I do huh?! I have every damn right to want revenge and I'm more then capable of taking it. 1, a good friend of mine has been killed. 2, our allies have been attacked, and 3, if there's a zoanoid out there that can cause this kind of damage and get the drop on a guyver like Talon before he can activate his armour, then it needs to be destroyed and pronto!"

"Yes, and if this zoanoid is this good you might need back up to kill it" Sith pointed out.

"I'll have Rika with me and we can teleport out of there if there's anything I cant handle" she dismissed his concerns as Rika appeared back on the bridge. "Now, you're in command while I'm gone, take care of my ship Sith"

In Bangkok Thailand

"Shit it's too hot for this..." to avoid being spotted by enemies she was wearing a trench coat, a long black wig to cover up her seaweed colored hair and sunglasses in addition to the make up to look human. This was too much for the sweltering heat of this city. In a last ditch attempt to avoid the heat she was sitting under a tree behind some bushes. It probably would have been more comfortable just swimming along the coast. Her zoaform seemed to be aquatic so doing that wouldn't be a problem. But her stolen laptop that she'd been documenting her experiences on wouldn't survive it.

There were alot of hot looking women walking around Bangkok, back when she'd been a male human a freind of hers had told her about his experiences here. Apparantly the place wasn't called "Bangkok" for no reason. Everyone was going at it like dogs around here. Even though she was a girl now, she could still probably get some, but doing so would blow her cover. Still the idea of finding out what lesbian sex was like did sound appealing. But no this was no time for that, she needed to find a way to get to Indonesia. If she just ditched the laptop it'd be easy but she'd already cronicled many of what may one day be considered important historical events.

"The Memoirs of a Freak of Nature, a documentary written by pen name Defectron"

She was on chapter 7 of the prologue right now. It probably didn't make any difference if she used a pen name or not. Either this wouldnt see the light of day until Cronos was gone or it would be buried forever. But it was more because she really wasn't sure what to call herself right now. She could just go with her old male name "Dan" but that'd just be awkward. She could call herself Danielle, but she never cared much for that name. Going by the name Cronos gave her "Manticore" seemed alright for striking fear into her victims and enemies. But for casual conversations it didn't really work that well. Well that was fine, for now she'd just be someone without a name. Whenever someone asked she just gave out some bullshit identity. The last person who pried too much ended up getting their neck snapped. She'd wait until night time and then sneak on board one of the ships leaving for the Indonesian islands. After that she could make her way from island to island using the same method. The problem would come when she got to the last island. Cronos had set up blockades making it difficult for civilian traffic to get into the country. It'd be easy just to change into that giant frog and swim over there, but she really didn't feel like writing all this a second time over.

On board a jet heading for Indonesia

Guyver B watched a video on his laptop of the creature throwing a punch that seemed to extend out several times further then the creatures arm length. Its fist was driven clear through the gut of a nearby zoanoid causing it to cough up a large puddle of blood before collapsing. It's hand retracted snapping back into place holding the unfortunate zoanoids liver in its slimy fingers. When throwing the punch the beast had shouted something that sounded like "Gomu Gomu punch!" this had been one of the things that lead Cronos to believe the creature was his former co-worker. "Gomu Gomu Punch" was the name of a similar attack used in the anime One piece. Out of the possible suspects that had been profiled, he was the only one known to be an anime fan. He normally would've found this to be quite funny but it was also a little disturbing seeing the beast shout out the name of an anime move before killing the zoanoid it was fighting. Whoever it was, it didn't think anything of killing its opponent to be able to make a joke of it like that. Well none of this really mattered, he was like a great white hunter, it would be boring if his prey didn't offer him any sort of fight, and he would take its head gladly.

Reclining in his first class chair he took a drink from a bottle of vodka while reading a porno mag, one hand down his pants. None of these girls in the magazine pleased him, he could only think of that girl with the cat ears he'd seen footage of. Soon he'd be in the perfect position to put the moves on her. It was alright, he'd probably have a big lead on his prey so he could fool around for awhile . It had been a comfortable flight so far but after he got to Indonesia he'd have to summon his guyver and fly the rest of the way on his own. It'd look much too suspicious arriving at the enemy encampment in a Cronos jet.

The wind blowed haphazardly over the hill as a single figure stood atop the mound of earth. The man was large, a thick hefty build carried proudly as he stood in a pressed Chronos issue uniform, the decorations marking him as a hyper class. Unlike most hyperclass zoaforms, this man sported ragged hair and beard instead of the neatly trimmed visage most soldiers, especially hypers, sported.

Another gust of wind blew through the hill, the rush of wind moving some grass away from a United States Military style tombstone. The man looked down at the grave with deep purposefull eyes. He was deeply upset about what had happened to the cemitary once X-day hit.. the previous caretaker had been a guyver, killed in action trying to stop a zoanoid outbreak in another state, and no one had bothered to fill in for the job since. The man kneeled infront of the grave and pulled out a swiss army knife, working quietly to clean the last couple months of growth away from the tombstone. It wasn't much, but it was something.

After the longest time, the man began to speak "I know I said I would never follow in your footsteps and join the millitary, dad, but I can make a differance in Chronos.. You were gone before they went public, so unless you're watching up there in the heavens, you don't know what's happened. They've done alot of good in the world in the few years they've been in power, with a few guyver rebels scattered across the globe causing problems, but we'll have them stamped out given time. Also, some of the higher-ups.. the big wigs at the top of the food chain.. they have special plans for me.. I'm shipping out to a new post in the morning, so this will probobly be my last visit for awhile." The man stood up again and gave his burried father a quick salute... then turned and walked off. "Take care, dad"

As he walked away, a voice inside his head, a cold sinister voice, like stone upon stone and then channeled through one of those cheap voice distorter helmets that make children think they're a hero from thier favorite saturday morning cartoons, laughed at him "He can't, dumbass.. he's dead.. he's been in that box for over three years"

"Fuck off, Asshat" He muttered to himself.

"Awwwww.. I hate it when you two fight.. you should all just get along!" Another voice, this one sparkleing with exhuberance for life and the joy of simply being alive.

For as long as the man could remember, he had played host to an extra pair of intelligences inside his head.. neither of them under his direct controll.. and on occasion they had managed to worm out of his skull to cause physical mischeif in the real world. After long months of research, he came to the conclusion he had manifested a pair of tulpa.. a form of spirit originally discovered by tibetian monks ages ago. Having since dubbed them Nova and Kirstie, he grew used to thier presance overtime. And oddly, even when a direct mental scan by a superior zoalord was preformed, their presance in his head was unditectable by anyone else.

All in all, between talking to himself in public, and the raggid appearance he was ussuall found in, most other zoanoids were left to wonder why he was picked for hyperzoaform processing.. and again for advanced reprocessing only a couple months ago. The scientists claim it was due to his specific biochemistry that made him an ideal candidate for new proceadures.. but several other members of the squad he was a member of oftain expressed distate that he, a relitive rookie to the chronos millitary, was given such a powerfull form while most of them had to train for years to reach the optimal conditioning. The man, ussually calling himself Bloodstorm instead of his given name, didn't know the exact reasons, and while the reason given to him and the squad made sence.. sometimes he had to wonder.

Bloodstorm expected though, that the REAL reason is becuase he, like thousands.. maybe even many more than that.. were gifted with guyvers by an unknown source roughly six months before x-day... although unlike most of them, his guyver never responded to his urgings. He was sure it was there, he could feel it's power, dorment and waiting.. and according to Alkenphel, the Supreme Leader of Chronos, he was the first of his kind... the World only known Guyver Zoanoid.. even if the only people who knew this were himself, Alkenphel, and two of the other top ranking Zoalords. Even most of the zoalord councle were in the dark regarding this secret. And since his unit was dorment, his processing was unhindered in anyway.

Well.. on second thought.. the tulpa probobly knew as well.. since they're in his head and know everything he does.. but they're not going to tell anyone...

Shaking his head to clear his thoughts.. the man walked out of the graveyard and up to his car. He was surprised to find his brother, also a zoanoid serving Chronos, but from a differant research path, leaning against the passenger side door.

"What are you doing here? Aren't you on assignment?" Bloodstorm asked his brother.

Ghrecki shrugged and bit down on an apple he was carrying "Got back a few hours ago.. Thought I would find you here." Ghrecki pulled a sheath of paper out from under an arm "Last minute change of orders for you, right from the top. "

Bloodstorm took the papers and looked at the seal. Still good and solid "I would ask if you peaked.. but I don't think you can phase through paper yet" He opened the seal and flipped through the papers, eyes narrowing at the new orders "Huh.. never expected to be going there.. Ah well. I still don't ship out untill tomarrow.. What do you say we get a pizza while we're in town?"

The frozen wastes of Antarctica were the last place they wanted to be right now. It was cold, dry, and boring. But the suits wanted this place taken care of. Trudging onward the Chronos scout team made their way towards a large glacial formation that stood out from the rest of the flat, icy surroundings. This was Area G as they had been told. Seems someone was taking care of the single units that were sent here to investigate. And that didn't sit well with the bosses.

"Ok team, this is Area G. That formation up ahead is hollow, and that means we got a squatter up ahead thats been dropping our scouts out here like flies. I want him or her found, killed, and dragged out here to make a positive ID on the corpse. This is standard tank and spank kids." The leader said as he pulled out his assault rifle. "Nothing fancy, just kill 'em and lets get the fuck out of here."

With a resounding groan the team readied themselves for the move forward.

Or at least they would have if the ground before them hadn't lit up a brilliant flaming orange as the ice vaporize and a column of steam rose up to obstruct their view.

"Madness has brought you to me.." A dark, draconic voice hissed through the steam. "And this madness will be your end." The column of steam erupted outward, spilling across the team and causing obvious confusion as the sound of automatic weapons fire rang out across the cold wasteland quickly followed by pained screams and dull thumps in the snow.

When it was all said and done the scout team was no more, their bullet ridden corpses slowly sinking into the snow and ice they had been trudging across for what seemed like months. However, had any of them bothered to actually inspect the icey ground they strode upon closer they would have turned back immedeatly. As the steam settled and dispered the thin layer of snow gave way to reveal the grotesque sight beneath the ice. Bodies, frozen in time it seemed lay beneath the ice, some human, some zoanoid, all of them fixed with agonized or suprised looks on their faces, locked for an eternity in an icey tomb.

"Unfit even to amuse...." The creature grumbled as it dug clawed feet into the ice. It's leathery azure hide shone brightly against the reflective sun that danced along the uncovered ice, or was that truly the sun that shone so brightly? No, it was the strange crystalline structures that adorned it's body. Twin spires stood proudly upon it's shoulders, pulsing with an intense glow as did the spines that ran from the base of it's neck all the way to the tip of the monsters sinuous tail. However, this monsters one out of place feature was it's eyes. Not the slanted or feral ones that one might expect from any zoanoid, but the normal soft shape of a human.

With a snort the reptilian creature stood and rolled it's shoulders. It was growing increasingly tired of this place. The zoanoids were tracking it actively now, this scout team was a clear sign of that. Perhaps these last few quiet years were the end of the kind blessings upon it. Solitude was now disturbed and would continue to be so long as the zoanoids and other Chronos puppets were coming up here.

Looking to the distance it sniffed the air, closing it's eyes and pondering for a moment. Perhaps it was time to move. A warmer climate sounded nice. Maybe there was an uninhabited island somewhere to be found where it would not be bothered. Yes, perhaps it was time to move on.

Turning to face it's home, the mountain of ice, a veritable throne for a frozen king the monster reared back. Planting it's feet and slamming it's tail into the ice for balance the monster inhaled sharply as brilliant light shone forth from it's maw. Bursting forth in a beam of redish blue, nearly purple energy that rocketed forward and slammed into the cavern of ice that had been it's home, the raw power blasted apart the cave entrance and continued on to vaporize and melt the hollow mountain of ice. The process was quick and didn't require the breath weapon to be fired more than once. The mountain itself truly was hollow, nothing more than a shell of ice to act as the beasts home. The blast that collapsed the entrance was the end of it, the rest of the time the weapon was fired was simply to assure the job had been done right.

Satisfied that it could not be tracked from here the creature turned to be on it's way. While it preferred not to interact with other living beings, perhaps on this journey to a new home it would have to. And perhaps it would kill many, many more in the process of relocating.

“Man we haven’t done this in a while” Blood raised an eyebrow “you know the whole just go out sit down and be us. No higher-ups or mission. Just food and talk” Ghrecki shook a slice of pizza at his brother “seems ever since they made us into the zoaforms we are we’ve seen less and less of each other lately.” keeping his eyes on his brother part of his attention shifted to the TV in the back room that was barely visible but he picked up that the news of the a successful attack on the normally hard to hurt Alaskan rebels was being played for all it was worth

“Man if they went so intent on keeping me a secret I’m sure I’d have been given a medal and a press conference or ten over Juno. I know any guyver taken out weakens their forces a lot more than the loss of even 50 zoanoids. But the way they’re going on it’s like this is some major turning point. This wa has had a lot of ‘turning points’ and is still going on strong.” he shook his head as if clearing it though his brother knew that he was likely still thinking along the same line he was “sorry for talking work while we’re ‘off’ “

Footsteps would be heard echoing down a corridor as a lone figure walked down it. this section of the chronos base was nearly deserted. The really only distinguishing feature on him that was noticeable by anyone would be the pointed elf like ears. One word has been on the minds of most of the Zoalord council lately... Guyver, He wondered what it was, as they never went into detail. though He only knew of them because he was allowed to sit in on the meetings, even though he wasn't a member of the council, He suspected that's why many of the other Zoalords don't seem to like him, he was always getting special treatment.

"Man, this place is so boring... I want to get out there, and do something." the figure sighed and kept walking until it came to a door and went through it into a rather empty room, which seems to have recently been trashed, and sighs once more. "figures, someone does this crap like once a month... wish i knew who did it, then they would be sorry." a smirk crossed his face as he would begin to clean up the room as best he could before laying on the bed and looking up. He really didnt need to sleep, but it was something he liked to enjoy every now and then, just since it made time pass by quicker for him. "I hope I get to do something soon, just sitting around and listening to the problems don't help if I can't do anything to fix them."

and with that, the figure closed hsi eyes and just laid there.
