Banning (Indecent members & Spammers)
Indecent members and Spammers will be banned by the Administrators. Our goal is to maintain a clean, decent forum for the Godzilla fandom cummunity. Undefined posts and Spam (Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages) will be closed or deleted by the Moderators and the Administrators without notice to the author. Users will receive approximately three warnings before being banned from the Godzilla DataBase forums.

Advertising Posts
Advertising posts are not allowed in these forums. Except for "User Announcements" where users can inform others about their upcoming projects or websites. All advertising posts found here in the forums, relating to commercial purpose, will be deleted by the Administrators or the Moderators.

Capitalization
Please don't type topic titles fully in capitalization. It makes your post look aggressive towards others and our staff doesn't except aggression around here. Non-excepted titles are typed in these formats...

Avatar Dimension Limit
The maximum dimension for avatars is 80 x 80 pixels. Any avatars bigger will be deleted by the Administrators without notice to the user.

Signature Limit
Signature images over 25kb are currently not allowed within the Godzilla DataBase forums. Larger images slow the page loading pace and that's a pain for those using the Analog Modem connections. Files over the 25kb limitation/or oversized dimensions will be deleted from your signature by the Administrators without notice to the user. On certain occasions, for those who want to use a larger image, you may request the Administrators for permission useage for the file. In order to do this, you must send an Private Message (PM) requesting for the large image to be used within your signature. Don't forget to include the image your planning to attach in the message.

Flaming Discussions
Arguing is okay for discussion debates don't post personal threats towards other users. Flaming consists, but not limited to, pointless arguing against another users opinions. There is always another way to say something without being rude. If you're going to say something insulting, don't say anything at all. If the situation begins to become a problem, the posts will be deleted by the Administrators or the Moderators. if you wish to continue the debate through flaming, then please do so OFF the Godzilla DataBase forums.

Bashing Discussions
No bashing of any kind is allowed here at the GDb forums. This includes, for example, character bashing, volume bashing, and bashing of users on or off the forums. We want all Godzilla fans to feel welcome, no matter what series their interested in. This includes the American version of the Monster King, GODZILLA [also known as 'G.I.N.O.' - Godzilla in Name Only/Zilla]. If there is a problem involving the American version in these forums or other category of discussion, the situation will be resolved by the Administrators or the Moderators.

Profanity
The usage of explicit language will be warned about their attitude and suggested to tone it down. Some of our members are minors and others, that have already reached their adulthood, could likely be offended. The staff suggests that you don't use any form of profan language within the GDb forums.

Pornography
The posting of adult-oriented links, images, or any other material that advertises pornographic nature is prohibited. These forums are designed for discussion of Godzilla/kauji-related topics and no sexual entertainment. Pornography is rather disrespectful to both the male and female body. If you want to discuss or observe those kind of things, we suggest you look somewhere else.

Warez
Posting of warez links are forbidden. Any user caught doing so will be subject to an immediate ban, along with the link being deleted. Conducting this kind of situation not only opens yourself to possible legal activities, but other users as well. So please, don't even ask for anything pirated or copyrighted.

No posting messages just to increase your number ranking of posts. This considered Spam and you will be notified by the Administrators about this. For those wondering what the user ranking titles are, they're listed in order as they appear below...

Topics Currently in Discussion
Simply for a tip of advice, don't start another topic to discuss something already being discussed in a current topic. Just simply reply to the current topic instead. If you're new to the forum, please take some time to read over past discussions. If you're interested in starting a new topic, do a search and see if the topic has already been discussed, and if it has been so, please add your thoughts to that thread instead. This will help maintain the balance of the GDb forum structure.

Reporting Violations or Board Errors
It's usually best just to simply ignore troublemakers in life. If nobody responds to their messages they post, they'll eventually get bored and leave. Indecent topics, Spam is no exception, will usually be deleted quickly by the Administrators and the Moderators, and the author will be banned from posting in the GDb forums. If something gets really out of hand for yourself, please contact the Administrators or the Moderators through "Private Messaging (PM)" and the conflict will be resolved.

Inactivity
When you finally join with GDb, it's best that you post at least once within a months time. If not, your user account will be deleted without notice. It is best that you provide an advanced notice, preferably "Private Messaging (PM)," if your not going to be able to post within a single months time.
