Kay is pleased when Mac surprises her with a book of photos. After Kevin advises Gloria about Mac's decision to leave town, Michael and Lauren arrive at the Abbott mansion with a Mother's Day present for Gloria. She thanks Lauren for the beautiful scarf as Jack, Ashley and Abby join them for dinner with Kay and Mac. Gloria privately suggests to Mac that she break things off with Kevin once she leaves town. After dinner, Michael and Lauren announce their news that she's pregnant. Phyllis is touched when Daniel and Lily stop by to wish her a Happy Mother's Day and to give her homemade muffins. She compliments them on their baking and pleases Lily when she asserts that she considers her a daughter. After they leave, Phyllis practices telling Jack and Nick that she's pregnant. Devon tries to cheer up Dru in honor of the holiday but Neil's arrival puts a damper on everything. He reveals his mother is still with her sister in Seattle and staying clean, admitting he made the right decision in staying with his family. Lily and Daniel arrive with their muffins for Dru. Neil quickly greets Lily while Devon tells Daniel he should have stayed away. Playfully complaining about who is better in the kitchen, the newlyweds leave after Dru accuses them of arguing. Neil blames Dru for ruining the moment. Eyeing a Mother's Day card Cassie made years ago, Nick convinces Sharon to consider working together on a benefit in Cassie's name. Nikki is grateful when Victor admits he gave a donation to the Women's Wellness Center at the hospital in her name. After they push Sharon to allow Nick to stay at the house for Noah's sake, Victor reveals he's decided to let Nick and Victoria run the company again.
