I decided to flush the system today and put water in the trailer for the first time. I filled the tank and ran all the pink out of the system. Then I hit the bypass for the hot water tank. and heated up the tank to see if it works. Everything works fine. Something i noticed is the pump runs about every 60 seconds. I checked the lines for leaks and found none. My understanding is that if the system is up to pressure, the pump stays dormant until a demand is needed. It is a flo jet pump.

Welcome.

It sounds like you may have a small hidden leak somewhere. Sometimes they are very small and will cause the pump to cycle.

To be running that often you likely have a small hidden leak as already suggested.

If it were coming on for a second or two a few times a day it could just be due to expansion and contraction, but not coming on every minute or so.

Check to see that the pump drain valve isn't dripping. I had to replace my lowpoint drain valve a few years back. Repeated pump cycles was my indicator and it took a while to find the cause.
