2000 Yamaha Grizzly 600

Looking into the new "side by side" units when we get closer to retirement in a year or so. DW had a Honda fourtrax until a year or so ago but decided to sell it as she wasn't using it much. So for us I think a two seater would be a good option.

I pull over 10,000 lbs around the yard on level ground with the 600. Little tongue weight as the trailer has removeable wheels under the hitch. Does a fine job in 4x4 low range at low speed for just repositioning the trailers or getting the boat out from behind the 5'ver etc.

I would love to have a 4 seater so we could take some friends, unfortunately it will not fit on our tow dolly.

Really some great looking ATV's and it looks like loads of fun. Just wish that I could convince Barb that we should go ahead and get one. We'd want one that we could both ride side by side.
One of the biggest draw backs would be how would we be able to transport it with us along with our truck. The truck bed is not nearly large enough. We'd probably have to get some type of a dolly similar to Jim & Sue's. Hmmmmm..........  <_<

Me = 2008 Arctic Cat 650 TRV w/3000lb winch, full front brush bars, aux lighting, rear bumper, fender bags, cargo box, and more.

Wife = 2006 Cat 500 TRV similarly equiped.........TRADED IN!
Now she has a 2010 550 TRV with power steering and custom paint! We had Rhino Lining (spray on truck bed liner) tinted military olive and sprayed the entire body. Then it was clear coated to make cleaning easier.

We are guides for northern NH's ATV trail systems, so we do alot of riding.
If you're interested, check out our rigs and some rides here... http://www.moosepooptours.com

I have a 1984 Honda 200ES 3-wheeler.

Last year with HI/LO transmission, and first year with shaft drive and reverse.

Best unit ever made.

I also am building up a 1984 Honda 200X 3-wheeler.

My wife has a Honda 70 3-wheeler.
It's little but I can ride it at 220 punds and it pulls and runs great.

I like the older stuff, and always preferred 3-wheelers to quads.

I can load any of mine in the bed of my pickup by lifting by hand.
Front tire up to tailgate, lift rear end, push into truck.

Also I can pick it up out of a hole if stuck.

It's very popular to restore and ride 3-wheelers again.
Here's a site dedicated to them.......... (with lot's of pictures)

This was rotting in my neighbors backyard, so I offered him $150 for it. Put a couple more bucks into it and a lot of elbow grease and had it purring like a kitten. My SIL bug me until I sold it to him and now I think I should of kept
it.

Do you guide for fun or is there a fee?

We have very little to no mud out here, just the Rocky Mountains. ;)

A friend of mine's wife has a stock Honda ATC250R, they got divorced a few years ago and she took it with her.

She liked it the way it was and wouldn't let him touch it other than maint, I think that was a wise choice on her part.

We just got back from a S. Utah trip, this is Casto canyon a very fun and scenic trail. We was going to stop by and say hi to Kenny but the weather went to hell so we took the shortest way home.
