That's horrible Mike. It reminds me of Katrina, just on a much larger scale.
It just goes to show you the terrible devistating power of waves. When my dad passed he left me a fairly large fishing camp on the prairie down in Empire, Louisiana. When Katrina came through, not only did it destroy the camp, and dock, but also the ground the camp was on! Talk about a total loss. You couldn't rebuild if you wanted to. It's all open water now. I feel for those poor people. Chip |

It never ceases to amaze me what our planet is capable of, in just a few short minutes. I heard they had as little as a 1 minute warning before the waves hit.
