I haven't seen anything about it locally and we live just north of Portland OR, or partway between McMinnville and Ferndale.
I was just a t a gun show today and nothing was said about it there either.
I sent the link to a good friend and I'll see if he has seen anything on it. He's supposed to have picked up an adapter for my flat top AR that I got a couple weeks ago so I can add the optics.

Not going to take the time to point out all the details but parts of the article doesn’t make much sense to me. One being this statement because the 2 have nothing to do with each other.

The hype of the weapon descriptions were funny but that’s normal. Sounds like there is/was something muslim terrorist related going on though from reading it.
