I just open a 10 pack of buffalo brats. A co- worker who is an avid hunter (see this
POST.) shot a buffalo in South Dakota last year. He turns cuts of meat other than the best into grind and made some of the leanest and most flavorful brats I have ever tasted!
Just as simple as 2 on the grill with a little mustard and a couple of beers is enough for a meal!
