PERSONALITY: Kleiser comes from a militarized group known as the Chitauri. Due to his upbringing and experiences he is a no-nonsense, driven, evil being. He is extremely intelligent, patient and sadistic. He doesn’t recognize authority. He is arrogant and consumed with a smoldering hatred for his foes.

OVERALL APPEARANCE/STYLE: Kleiser stands at 6’ and weighs roughly 200 lbs. In human form he looks to be a distinguished older gentleman with graying hair and steady eyes. When he is in his disfigured “skull form” it looks as though his face was burned off. Kleiser dresses in business attire normally, and if prepared for battle wears the apparel of a Nazi Officer.

POWERS & ABILITIES:
Super Strength-Kleiser can lift in the neighborhood of 10 tons. This is more then the average Skrull who can lift about a tenth of that weight.
•Enhanced Speed-Kleiser can sprint approximately 40 miles an hour.
•Enhanced Agility and Reflexes-The Skrull are naturally more agile and quicker then baseline humans.
•Enhanced Stamina-Kleiser can push himself for hours before his body gives out.
•Superhuman Durability-Kleiser can survive injuries that would kill humans, or weaker Skrull. Blunt trauma is something he can shake off most times.
•Superhuman Healing Factor-Near instantaneous healing from even obviously fatal wounds. Short of total body destruction, it is unknown what it will take to kill Kleiser.
•Shape shifting-(Now limited.) Due to injury, Kleiser is trapped in a form where his face appears to have been burned away. With enough concentration he can force his disfigurements away, to take the form he held before his face was destroyed. However he seems genetically unable to adapt new forms.

•Leadership-Kleiser is the leader of the Chitauri, a Skrull terrorist cell who was forced from the Skrull home world. He is adept at battlefield tactics, improvisation and psy-ops.

BACK-STORY: Kleiser and his Skrull militants first showed up in the early 20th century on Earth. Shortly after WWI these men infiltrated the Nazi party and began to assist Adolf Hitler in gaining power. The ultimate goal of Kleiser was to become the supreme leader of the world, by eating and replacing Hitler once he had conquered all other nations. However the Allies were not going to just roll over and die. They fought hard against the Nazi regime, Captain America being its Sentinel of Liberty
.
It was Navajo code breakers who first discovered the Chitauri, or so called “Skin walkers.” It took some effort, but they were eventually able to convince the Allies that there were some things amongst the shadows worse then the Nazi menace.
Captain America was sent on a number of secret missions, a Canadian going by Logan Noga (and now known as the Wolverine) getting attached. These men first met Kleiser in the latter months of 43’ when they learned firsthand how invincible the Skrull leader was. He survived every hack, slash, smash and attack that managed to land. He gave better then he received. It was only after a pitched battle that a liquidized nerve agent dropped the evil officer, his face melting off in the process. Captain America decapitated him with his shield, just to be sure.
Kleiser’s body was left behind as the location was destroyed. After returning to consciousness, Kleiser learned he had lost the ability to alter his face without considerable effort, and his ability to adopt new forms halted altogether. Kleiser was unable to progress with the nerve agent so he offered Hitler a “flying bomb” big enough to wipe out cities. Sent to Iceland, Kleiser began preparations for an atomic ICBM.
The allies had turned the tide of the war by D-day, and within a year and a half the war would be over. Berlin had surrendered, Hitler had died in his bunker and the Allies had only to worry about Japan and the handful of surviving Chitauri. In May of 45’ Captain America led an assault on Kleiser's secret base, leading his men to sure death. Kleiser once again controlled the tempo of the battle against the heroes, culminating with his firing the rocket toward Washington D.C. Captain America left Noga to evacuate the Allied forces as the base crumbled around them. Kleiser fell into a fissure and was once more believed to perish. When the dust had settled Kleiser’s bomb had been diverted at the cost of Captain America’s life, and Japan would soon topple.
Kleiser went into hiding for many years, slowly building his resources, until he found himself in the modern era. He now had to compete with mutants, costumed superheroes and S.H.I.E.L.D. Sooner or later he is going to reveal his intentions and then the world shall tremble at his terrible rage.

Kleiser paced as he waited on the man who was to be revealed as the newest member of the German Workers Party. He had heard through clandestine channels that there was somebody out there who would see his goals to fruition. Now was the time to begin.
A knock at the door shook Kleiser from his musings and he moved to answer it. A bellhop dressed in red stood beside a pushcart with covered trays astride it. “Your meal, Herr Kleiser.” The bellhop moved to enter the room but met with a palm to his chest. “I did not order this.” Kleiser stared at the hotel worker for long moments before the latter said “It is fine. I shall return it.” Kleiser nodded in agreement, but then remembered his soiled linens. “Before you go, I have laundry for you to take.”
The boy nodded and entered into the room, walking past the closet and removing the bag. Kleiser looked at the tray of food and relented “On second thought, I will keep this.” He pulled the cover from the tray to see that there was nothing on it. What sort of foolishness was this?! Turning to curse at the bellhop, Kleiser felt a tremendous blow impact with his temple and then everything went black.
When he awoke he found himself nude and bound. The pain; He hurt all over. The bellhop was also nude and eating as he sat on the bed. Kleiser struggled with his bonds and moved to scream at the boy. Unintelligible words were formed at the expense of horrendous pain. The boy…he was eating Kleiser’s tongue! Kleiser found the bellhops eyes boring into his own. “One must consume to become, you understand.”
The next morning Kleiser walked out of the unblemished hotel room after he put the red bellhop outfit in with the dirty linens. A new direction for the GWP was about to unfold.
