Ive got some idea of what id like to make but I want your input before I begin. I'd like to take one of my red Mahri frames and use it as the base, or the hood (or a hood and base if I have two of them). I want to have a cooling vat and maybe a conveyor belt or two, one to roll the mask into the cooling vat or maybe one as a turning rack to hold one of a few "complete" masks. Im just not sure how exactly I want to put it all together. The main base will have a sort of flame, several little arms with tools and lasery kind of things, kind of sitting in the frame while it's flat on the ground. Im also connsidering sitting it upright more like a workstation, but it seems a little less massive. Any ideas and sugestions?

Not quite sure how to visualise this. Are you using something like Skopio tracks for a production line? Would Axalara engines be large enough for cooling vats?

I already know the gist of a few ways to make it, Im sure I have the parts needed, but I cant help but think just sticking some circular thing in the center as a heating element, and some carving arms is a bit lackluster and too similar to my Intensive repair Bay MOC, which is really just a matoran in a booth with arms sticking out. I wasnt thinking an asembly line, but maybe a conveyor that dumped the mask into or took it from a location would be interesting if it required nothing more than a knob or a motor to do it all.
The conveyor belt, cooling vat, etc are just a few extra ideas, but perhaps too complex and big to fit into the mahri fram lying flat on the ground. Im kind of thinking I could have the finished mask rise out of a chamber inside, but I wouldnt be able to hide it very well. Maybe I should just be asking for you to throw some random ideas out, and how you might make it. Edit: Ive been tinkering with a design where twisting the top makes some arms alternate, at the moment I plan to make it the hood of the forge with the arms hanging down. They sort of peck at a mask being "made", but thats about it, nothing really special. Im still open to ideas. |

If I get the time to do any major brainstorming, I'll let you know what I think. I don't build machinery often.
