Imatron Group: Admin Posts: 1,134 Member No.: 1 Joined: 21-June 09	Opting in for the news page transfer gives Mask Of Destiny permission to copy, paste, and save your creative works to our server, where it can be viewed by visitors to our news page and archives. If you do not opt in, your works are still eligible to be featured on our front page news via a link to it's forum topic as we've always done. If you do not opt in, you can still give us permission to save specific creative works of your making to our archives. We will not be responsible for any loss of data or misuse of your creative works as a result of them being saved to our server. You remain the owner of your creative works, and while it is on our servers, Mask Of Destiny staff will do their best to respect your rights to them, specifically, if you ever want your works to be removed we will do so in a timely manner. Opting in does not guarantee that any of your works will be saved to our servers. We may remove your creative works at any time. Be sure to give credit to anyone who contributed to your creative works. You can opt out at any time, but if you want your creative works to be removed at that time please request it during or after opting out. We reserve the right to modify these regulations to account for unforeseen circumstances. To opt in, please say something to the gist of "Id like to opt in" in this topic, and give us any instructions or requests you have in regards to what creative works of yours we are allowed to transfer, for example, if your only giving us permission to transfer your MOCs, and not your stories or artwork.
