Title: By The Fans, For The Fans: The Great Spirit Set
Adrninistrator - November 27, 2009 10:43 PM (GMT)
The news post can be found hereI think what Toa Tilius has suggested here is a great idea, Ive even wished for such a set myself, If you have a BZP account please drop by and give this your support. Id even encourage you to sign up for an account to support this.
I can afford the $250.00 price tag, so I voted for that, as well as 60% Bionicle to 40% System parts, which I hope will allow for some articulation and durability, but giving us that 40% to work on other details in the set. On the other hand a $90 set may be better in the sense that more people could realisticaly afford it, or even cheaper for that cause (But we might as well buy the Titan Mata Nui once it goes down to that price range).

Wow. That would be somethin if LEGO did really do that. But I can't really afford an expensive LEGO set. I wouldn't mind if they did some bionicle video game that isn't lame. That would be cool to.
But 250 dollers for one set? I don't know, I'm not really a collector, but I am a MOCer. And I think I have enough Bionicle pieces for now.

Im not saying we all should vote on the 250 price range, Im just saying thats what I voted for. Everyone should vote for what they are honestly willing to pay and what they would like to see in the set's parts and size. It IS a longshot that they would do this for us, but LEGO is a very customer oriented company, and they'd do it sooner than most other companies would.
On one hand I would like it to be affordable so more people can get one, on the other hand: O_O 2 foot high Mata Nui Great Spirit Form

I would LOVE a 2 foot tall Great Spirirt Mata Nui set. I think that having such a set would be a good way to end Bionicle.

Too bad Smeagol4 is too much of an immature crybaby to let this come to fruition.
Some of those BZP mods are just plain annoying.

Oh, no kidding. I'm no BZPer, but I've seen their retardness. It's rather sickening.

Oh yeah. I was at their fourms for a few days and then left. But anyway, back on topic. I think that would be a great idea but I don't know if we would be able to get the Lego Company to actually make one. You know, it costs them a lot of money and time for planning, molding, and all that stuff. But still, I'm in for voting because it would be awsome to have lego make one.

On the everybody votes channel for Wii, I suggested the question "Should BIONICLE be brough back?". I hope that Nintendo lets that be a poll question...a global one at that. If it does become a poll question, I wonder how many people would vote yes...

I highly doubt it. Nintendo only picks questions that can be attributed to a large portion of Wii users. Don't forget that quite a few adults make up that fanbase. I'd say only around 10-15% of Wii users would even know what Bionicle is.

While I'm rather skeptic of that, wou could be right. I'm also gonna submit the question "Should Mountain Dew LiveWire be brought back?"...I hope it & the Bionicle one get chosen. Now I'm unsure about the Bionicle one...

They won't do that one either. When was the last time you saw a brand name of anything in a question on that channel? They don't want to have to deal with legal stuff so they make the questions very general.

Oh...well that sucks. Looks like I'll need to make polls elsewhere then...
