ABBY MARIE BLACK ![]() "you bring me down like a bottle of pills, i hate the way that you're making me feel." ![]()
What else do they call you? abs When did they put you on this earth? july 31. How many years ago was that? sixteen. And that puts you in... fifth year. Which way do you swing? straight. What runs in your veins? half blood. Where does your allegiance stand? slytherin. What's that in your hand?nine and three fourth inches, dragon heartstring, ash. Are you make believe? original. ![]()
It's all in the eyes.bright green but with a silver, blue-gray like shade over them. It's all in how you work it. Abby is not what you'd call your normal fifteen year old, by far she seems older. Her skin has a beautiful snow like gleam to it. Her skin color remains the same all year round which is good. When standing, she reaches just below five feet five inches. She had never really been one who was tall. Abby is rather skinny, weighing in around one hundred and ten pounds. The one thing that bothers her about the appearance she had is her bust size, being smaller than she would like. She has long graceful arms which end in supple thin fingers with short, bitten fingernails at the end. Abby is aware of the bad habit she has, but it's just something that happens. Her legs are rather long and on the slender side, but her thighs aren’t exactly perfect. Don't let that fool you; her legs are stronger than you'll believe. All in all, she doesn't really care for her looks; it's just something that happened. Isn't there anything special? Abby suffers from a few different non-evident physical problems. Chronic headaches are one of her big problems. They truly bring the girl down, keeping her in bed until the go away. It’s something she had been suffering with since she was a wee little lad. Over years, she developed depression which triggered her bi-polar disease. All of which, she has learned to live with and manage. It’s not exactly easy, but Abby had learned the trick of the trade. What's with your clothes? Abby doesn't care too much for fashion. Most of the time she is wandering around in her school uniform. After the school hours you can usually find her in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. When the weather is right, she wears her hoodie. Say, don't you look like... jac vanek. ![]()
- green, black, and red. - fire/looks/smell. - rain/sound/smell. - reading. - wandering around the castle. - being lonely. - muggle music/rock/metal. - dueling. - night time. - her father. - quidditch. What do you despise?- homework. - class in general. - curfew. - depression. - snobby girls. - cocky guys. - little whiny kids. - her mother. - death. - spiders. Tell me about your patronus. It would probably have to be my fourth year, when I met Shayn. Oh gosh. Is that a Boggart on your back? Doctors, of any sort. If you gazed into the Mirror of Erised...Being happy, with Shayn. I want some details. Having been kept from doing certain things as a child, she has learned to greatly value her freedom, at least for herself and other purebloods. After getting into Hogwarts, she grew darker and more violent. Pain is nothing and even a bit of a sport. Considered a bitch by many, Abby is stubborn, cocky and driven by the desire to destroy, conquer and/or control. Her lust for domination makes her a mad force to reckon with. Those who do befriend her tend to be on the deranged or slightly violent side as well. Abby can be smooth or suave, but is usually blunt, rash and unwavering to objections. She’s the type of woman to kill a person and ask questions when the corpse is cold. Hate her or love her, none can deny that Abby has an extremely dynamic and actually somewhat magnetic personality. If you can get her to open up, she really is quite the conversationalist creature, as well as a completely arrogant little show-off, and loves to get into deep conversations with her friends about any number of topics. Abby is, of course, not without the Slytherin tendencies that guaranteed her entry into the noble and most ancient House – ambition flows through her veins. Abby is very different inside herself than on the outside at times, though many people are like that. She seems confident and cold on the outside, but on the inside she's very lonely and complicated. Suffering from depression, she's always had the tendency to hide her true emotions inside, and be a brutal person on the outside to cover it up. Having breakdowns and outbursts at random times, it's lead people to believe that she is a tad on the insane side. Abby is a rather stubborn person, extremely independent, highly opinionated, and bluntly honest. She can be hypocritical at times as well. She's a very analytical, thoughtful, calculating, slightly deranged, creative person. She possesses great intelligence, though it is more of a cunning sort than a studious sort (She is, however, very well-read). Although Abby is notorious for being nasty and impolite, she usually only acts this way if the nastiness and impoliteness is reciprocated by the other party. When treated with respect and politeness, she can be a very pleasant person. She just doesn't like to show it - she does, after all, have a reputation to maintain. Although Abby gives up the proud personality, she also knows how to let go (to some extent) around friends, and just be a some what normal teenager. As of late, Abby has taken keen to anyone who was willing to talk to her. The barriers between houses are fading to her, and she's looking at people for who they are, not what they are. Still, people think of her as that little rude Slytherin girl no one wants to be around, but she's opposite of that. Abby is only that if you are like that to her. She has lots of people who do not like her, and it displeases her. She's really not a bad girl, just put into a clique like everyone else. Sure she still has that Slytherin reputation to maintain, but really, she's just a lonely girl looking for anyone. Instead of being the mean bitch everyone knows her as, she’s turned into the girl that’s incredibly lonely and in need of a friend, anyone to put her back in her sane side. Her depression gets the best of her, almost pushing out her friendly side. Surely she won’t hex you when your back is turned anymore. Some could say she’s turned to one of those people you’d almost be delighted to be around. Abby just wants someone to care for her. ![]()
Where do you go home to? england. Who are those things you call parents? elliott black ; forty ; auror doing business. rachael eben-black ; thirty eight ; nothing now. Got any family you have to claim? alexandra black ; thirteen ; student/ravenclaw third year. Got any you want to claim? we don't speak to them or talk about them, really. Tell me all about your past. Abby Black was born on October 31 to her parents, Elliott and Rachael Black. It was their first child, and extremely happy with the beautiful child they had conceived. Two years later, they had another daughter named Alex, or Alexandra. Growing up, the two siblings never really cared for one another, but they didn't hate each other. Yes in fact, they do love each other, but it is a love that seems to be hidden. When Hogwarts came around, Abby was sorted into Slytherin, like her father. Two years later, Alex was sorted into Ravenclaw, like her mother. Instant hate heated between the two, but beneath it, it wasn't true. They just ignored one another, like the other didn't exist. Now, back to her childhood. Abby had a rough childhood from the moment her sister was born. All the attention the eldest once had was vanished and she was pretty much kicked to the curb. Nothing she did was right and everything she didn’t do was even worse. There was no winning with her parents, and she resented them while she grew. Abby never played with dolls as her mother would have liked her to. Often times, her mother would go into her room to find all Abby's dolls laid out upon her bed, the heads severed and all their nice clothes missing. The same could be said for children's books, though when Abby ripped the pages from them, she took creativity in to her own hands and added her own sick, twisted endings to the books. Most of her time was spent outside 'playing' with her male cousins. She was the girl that played just as roughly with the boys, hit just as hard as they did, and came in at the end of the day all muddied up with scrapes and bruises. Before Hogwarts, her little group of boys introduced her to Quidditch and she loved the sport from the moment she got on a broom—most possibly because she could tackle and hit people all in the boundaries of the game. Her favorite position would most definitely be Seeker, and she loves to play Beater too. While Abby was a tom boy of sorts, she still put on the fake façade that her parents could and were controlling her, but they were far from it. Abby wasn’t going to be a mindless baboon and jump through every hoop mummy and daddy set out for her. Nor would she be the outward rebel. No, Abby was calculating and manipulative, even at a young age and wouldn’t let them know they’d lost her until it was too late. The way her parents treat her was cold blooded and cruel. They used ways to punish her, even just for shear amazing, things most parents wouldn’t even think of using on their child. She was beaten, cursed, hexed – anything and everything you could think of was used on the poor girl. She was, and still is, the outcast of her family. Hatred towards her parents grew as so did many other dysfunctions within the small girl. Abby became angry and cold, later on more depressed and bi-polar than a girl should be. At the age of eleven, she received her letter from Hogwarts informing her that she had her chance to be trained into the witch she always dreamed to be. The day came to leave, and she boarded the Hogwarts Express, alone, like she wanted. The boat took them to the school, and she waited for her already known fate to be decided. The Sorting Hat was brought out in front of the little group of first years, and names were being called. It was Abby's turn, and before the hat even touched her heard, it roared "Slytherin!" for the whole Great Hall to hear. Her first year was probably the year she spent mostly alone, exploring the castle’s mysteries and secrets by herself. That year she probably made more enemies than anything else. People would always made rude comments about her curiosity for the dumb things average people shouldn’t care about, and she would come back and attack them. Of course she had those little friends were she would talk too occasionally, but not to keep. She explored her skills, and discovered her interest in Dark Arts as any other Slytherin would. Her next two years were the same, nothing new had happened. Abby still spent most of her time being alone, still sneaking around trying to find something new. If she wasn't going that, she was the girl in the corner reading a book that no one should have business about. It was what interested her, and kept her happy. The summer after her second year, she was forced to stay with her Muggle friend from across the street. Her family had left for that summer, leaving Abby behind to bond with someone. At first Abby thought it was absolute torture not being able to talk about her magical processions, but the girl then learned some interesting Muggle things. After that summer with her friend, she had a new look at Muggles; they weren’t scum, they were the same as her just not able to do magic. Even though that perspective about the girl changed, her mental conditions worsened. Half way through the summer, the girl’s parents came back and she had to return home. The beatings, the tears, the arguing – everything she so desperately wanted to end came back to her. She spent most of her days sitting up in her room avoiding everyone. Resorting to self harm as the only way to cope, she resorted to cutting herself like a depressed teen like her would. It a sick twisted way in comforted her. In Abby's fourth year, she met a young boy named Shayn. He was in his sixth year and probably didn't have business being friends with a fourth year, but he was. Abby spent most of her free time with him. He kept her sane, keeping her from hurting even killing herself. He kept her on her feet and supported everything she did. She loved her dear friend so much. Of course Abby couldn’t help but to fall for him. Her little crush on him seemed so much more than what it should be, but she still loved him. He was the only person she had. During the summer going into her fifth year, Shayn into his seventh, he decided to carry out the deeds of his father for some dangerous, dark group. He never really told Abby much about this because he just wanted to protect her innocence. Abby protested him going, but he insisted that he had to and left. A month later, Shayn was killed acting for his father. Abby was absolutely devastated. She was severely depressed and rarely ever left her room. This emotional blow triggered her bipolar side and she resorted to her old ways to cope with the pain. It triggered her suicidal side, and she in fact attempted. Over dosing was her choice. While passed out on the bathroom floor, her sister had called for help and saved her life. Lucky her, right? Sometimes, she doesn’t know if she was lucky that day or not. She felt so lost, Shayn was the only person who made her smile, made her feel alive. Now, he was gone. Abby didn’t want to return to Hogwarts and face the memories of her long lost friend, but somehow she forced herself into going to try and get her mind away from it. Now in her fifth year, Abby is finding it hard to be alone. Every chance she has her mind is on her friend. She can’t concentrate, she can’t sleep, nothing seems right to her anymore. Desperate for companionship, she’s looking for people, at anyone, to take her hand and be her friend. She's learning to slowly get over the pain of the past and try to be more into the future. As of now, it's working, but the pain from the past will always be there. The cocky attitude has pretty much vanished, but the things from her past she has done to people will in fact make this task hard for her. ![]() c, my name is christa and i’ve been playing this crazy game for four out of the fifteen years i’ve been rocking this earth. i came upon this awesome site by way of on rpg directory and as of now i operate admin christa. drop me a line by aim | stfudash!
