The Norvallen Region - Eldieme Necropolis

Damp, creepy and humid... these three words describe perfectly Eldieme Necropolis. The underground establishment is lit by a few torches and no decor at all, it feels like walking inside a huge coffin. The first thing to see inside an armored figure standing and looking into the dark alleys. The echo in this place is lousy, just by walking, someone can walk all the undead creatures that lie inside this maze. The armored figure turned to meet the adventurers who just walked in.

"So... instead of coming herself she sends a couple of amateurs. Anyways, my name is Louis and thanks for accepting my petition. I just need you guys to open the doors for me while I keep the undead's attention and if necessary, lend a hand in the fight. You can keep all the loot except for something I'm specifically looking for. Is that clear?" The armored man explained briefly and concise.

Lionel was excited about this mission now that they are in, but Eria felt that the man hid something, always suspicious she is. Louis started to walk his way downstairs and both Eria and Lionel followed his lead, the staircase was longer than thought... it took forever to get into a gentle slope.

"I'm.. sort of not convinced" Eria mumbled to her companion. Lionel looked at the amazoness curiously, since she was the one interested in doing the job in the first place. Lionel didnt' answer, but kept walking across the narrow passageways until the armored man stood before wide room with plenty of spirit like wisps loafing around. The man pointed to the room and turned to Eria and Lionel.

"There must be a stone-like switch somewhere in this area, get ready, I will keep the undead from the graves entertained, be quick I can't keep them forever." The paladin said before launching himself into the room, both Eria and Lionel stood startled to his reckless action when, eventually, a pair of skeletons dug their way out of the grave.

This is time to get ready for battle...

Battle Theme

Objective: Press The Switch
Failure: Louis is KO'd

"Flash!!!" The paladin ran into the enemies causing all the skeleton to follow his lead. The swordsman started to fight them with valor, taking all the damage with his shield and launching several attacks at them with is silver sword.

Eria and Lionel scanned the area, looking for possible locations of a stone switch that will open the door to proceed further. Both seemed unaware of a small hall that leads to a very tiny room, where eventually, they found the stone switch. Lionel, ran to it recklessly without noticing that the switch, was not there to be easily pressed.

A ball of blazing flames mingled forming a hellish image with sharp claws and an devilish smile. Eyes popped widely opened with fire burning them, it laughed sinisterly sending a fire ball towards Lionel. Eria reacted quickly and pushed her friend out of the way taking the blast herself.

"ugh... be careful next time" Eria mumbled to Lionel while the bomb increased in size. Eria pulled out her sword while Lionel took out his pickaxe and both prepared to deal with the monster. Eria dashed forward with sword in hand and launched an horizontal slash than pierced through the blazing monster not harming the creature, Eria made a backflip and stared at the monster disappointed of her failure attempt. "Of course, if its made of flames, pure melee damage is futile..."

The bomb laughed out loud and proceeded to spin fiercely, spilling flame circles that made it impossible to get close too. "Arrghh, guys, better hurry!" Louis could be heard from far, the skeletons started to overwhelm him. Those creatures died and revived in the same instant their bones fell. Eria backed up from the burning flames unaware to do anything.

"Luster!!!" Yelled Lionel as his body started to glow as a metal, his body emitted a shinning light that pierced the eyes of the bomb. The flames seized and Eria took her fighting stance finding this the perfect chance to do one of her moves. Once again the amazon dashed forward, this time, she squat like a frog and made a hi-jump and launched herself towards the monster. Her sword stabbed the right eye of the bomb and a loud screech emerged from it. Flames disappeared leaving only ashes on the floor.

Eria grinned to herself as Lionel pressed the switch with haste, before another bomb emerged. The stone door opened and Louis banished the skeleton with his holy based abilities. Being victorious, the trio continued deeper into the Necropolis, wondering what will happen next.
