We just had a magnitude 6 earthquake, or so, I'm guessing. I'm a bit far away from the epicenter, but it still tossed me out of my bed. I'm guessing the US launched a nuke at us to prevent statehood, or it was just an earthquake, anyhow, I'll see the damage tomorrow on the news.

Yeah, Magnitude 5.7, I was close, and the epicenter was a couple of miles away, like I predicted.

Why would your own government launch a nuke at you and possibly incite global war to prevent a statehood they already approved

that makes no sense .-.

It doesn't work that way, the government can't just choose to make us a state out of their own cojones, there's a whole voting process behind it

If they had launched a nuke, the quake would have been more like the ones in Haiti and Chile (which were possibly also nukes).
