"Borgata" in Mafia slang means "family member." In this sub-board you will find all the accepted profiles, which are separated according to gender. VONGOLA FAMIGLIA
The main Vongola Headquarters is located in the historic city of Palermo, capital of Sicily, Italy and the Province of Palermo. Built on top of a hill that overlooks the city, the headquarters appears as an imposingly colossal concentric castle with high stone walls covered by thick bushes of poison ivy. Most of the buildings have triangular, conventional rooftops, which are lined with bright blue tiles, although the lookout towers have no flat roofs that could be used as a balcony. The castle is surrounded by a thick forest filled with traps and alarms that would hinder the infiltration of any enemies. For a bird's eye view of the headquarters, click Here.

CAVALLONE FAMIGLIA
Found in the city of Messina, capital of the Province of Messina in Sicily, Italy, Cavallone's main headquarters exist as a stone castle over a small hill overlooking the city. Expertly arranged around a circular courtyard, it has a main keep in a distorted rectangular-style lay-out. A massive, circular tower took pride of place at the back of this main range. And smaller square and circular towers adorned its outer edges. Turrets neatly edged the roof and three smaller satellite buildings were also placed evenly around the central courtyard. GESSO FAMIGLIA
Built on the shores beside the Gulf of Syracuse, in the city of Syracuse, Sicily, the Gesso headquarters consists of one hundred independent buildings that were gradually connected and now stand as whole castle. The Gesso Famiglia consists of members who are more apt in battle strategizing than actual combat, which gives them a disadvantage when fighting off their enemies alone. As a way of fortifying their defense, the castle was built behind a cliff, which then becomes a natural shield. An image of the outside of the headquarters is found here.
Since the Gesso Famiglia is the most advanced among all the mafia families when it comes to technology, most parts of the castle had been renovated into something more contemporary.

GIGLIO NERO FAMIGLIA
Stationed on a valley just beside the city of Catania, the second largest city in Sicily, Italy, the Giglio Nero headquarters appears as a magnificent motte and bailey castle that consists of two main rings of buildings. The inner ring is set around a small courtyard and contains the principal rooms. This structure is at the centre of a large bailey. A large range of buildings is found along the south wall of the bailey wherein these two main areas of accommodation are connected by a link building. There are towers at regular intervals along the walls of the outer bailey. An image of one side of the castle can be found here.

The Vongola African Branch is found in Nigeria, while the Cavallone African Branch is stationed in Egypt. It is separated from Asia by the Ural mountains, and its climate consists of far colder temperatures compared to Africa and Asia. Here is the northern continent of the Americas and is almost totally in the Western Hemisphere. Majority of the mafia families in this continent have alliances with the four major mafia families in Italy and are under their control, while some choose to be independent mafias, and are often the ones causing crimes and dealing with drugs. The Vongolo North American Branch and the Cavallone North American Branch are both found in the USA, while the Gesso North American Branch and the Giglio Nero North American Branch are found in Mexico.

The southern continent of the Americas, South America is completely located in the Western Hemisphere, and most of it are part of the Southern Hemisphere as well. It ranks fourth in size, and fifth in population, ranking after North America. Like its northern brother, South America also harbors lots of minor mafia families that are either under the control of the major families, or exist as rogue mafia, partaking in illegal activities. All of the South American Branches are found in Brazil.
