My story...

It was the year 1580 and dragons were on the verge of extinction when the last dragon came to eat. The town hero named Kalo rushed in and attempted to kill the dragon. For 8 days and 8 sluggish nights they entangled in a major battle of the century. Once the dragon got tired he'd fly and restore his strength at his cave and soon came back to continue the bloody fight. 4 more days and nights they fought untill the dragon had been cut in the stomach. The dragon tryed to escape his enemy to regenerate but was killed by a sharp pain in his heart. The dragon turned to find out that the pain was his enemys sword stuck in his heart. His last action was to breath fire but only black smog rose from his bloody head. After the fight the towns people had a party to celebrate the towns hero slaying the LAST dragon in the world.

And added the end at on the tail. Thoughts? It's really bad but yea it's the only thing I have right now.

Im considering to remake and refurnish my writes. They need touch ups and I think that it's the right time to do so. I'll post another version when I get it edited. If you have comments on the current version please feel free to post here about it.

It was the year 1580, a fine and beautiful day. The townsfolk were working peacefully in their farmlands until one moment, the dragon who was thought to be dead swooped down to attack! The dragon was eating the townsfolk left and right and as one man came out of his house to see the commotion, was disintegrated by the dragons flame breath. A hero whom went by the name of Kalo with his iron forged sword went after the dragon. When he arrived, the dragon had been gone for he was to late, the village was toast. He decided to go after the dragon at the lair himself. He trenched through rain snow and cold to get there.

When he finally arrived at the dragons lair he found many things to be hungry for. The dragon had 3 babies to feed. He took his sword out of revenge for the townsfolk and killed one of the babies. The dragon was not silent however and the mother heard the death. The dragon swooped over caring for her kin. When she found that it was dead and that Kalo was there, she went after Kalo in a heart beat.

Kalo was unprepared to take on such a challenge and he knew this. However this was his only chance to take revenge on the dragon in behalf of the town. He knew this and used it quite often during the fight to remember just why he did this in the first place. The dragon and Kalo fought off and on between 8 hellish days. When they got tired they continued to fight. Kalo found that this may go on forever however he found one weak point in the dragon... The heart. Kalo was extremely tired and this point and when the dragon stopped fighting he fled to restore his strength. At his current state he would have never been able to penetrate that dragons heart. He returned to a nearby cave that was almost 2 hours ahead. When he restored his body strength and had gotten the wounds healed, he returned to the cave and continued the bloody fight.

On the 12th day of fighting, kalo found finally what he was looking for, the opportunity to destroy the heart. He took this chance without a doubt and slayed the dragon. The sword, while lodged into the dragons heart turned slowly as Kalo's strength allowed it to. When he finally made a full turn he removed the sword and the dragon was completely dead.

After the fight Kalo returned to the town. He took 2 days to arrive at a party that the few surviving townsfolk through in his honor. Although he was barely able to walk, he enjoyed the party with the townsfolk. The party was to celebrate the last dragon slayed by the greatest hero of all time, Kalo of the west.
