General Appearance:
A slave to the late 19th century men's attitude. Delano is firmly behind the times in the concern of styles. Despite this, he is a extremely snappy dresser and is still quite the lady killer. His current fancy has turned to long brown slacks, a striped thin vest, white button-up shirt and frilly cuffs and a brown pair of business shoes.
Strangely, he has never worn anything that limits his moments in any way. I wonder why that is...

Personality:
Tall, dark, aloof, and handsome. This sums up Delano in practically every way shape and form. He is without a doubt, a lone wolf and is rarely seen with the same girl twice. Aloof and a man of few words, that is not to say that he cannot fly off the handle- though rare. The few that have ever seen it are either dead or refuse to speak of it.

History:
The Family Helsing. As many know, is a cursed one. Few of this coveted family still exist, and fewer still would associate with them should they know of their surname. Regardless, Delano is consumed by the overwhelmingly hatred of all things undead. Malcom has yet to find out if this is an oxymoron on his part, as despite the fact that he has more bottle of holy water than tap, he still manages to stick to the roof... and sip tea at the same time...
As for his history, his past is shrouded in mystery, not even Malcom, the only people in the Inn that he actually speaks to on a regular basis, knows much.

But that doesn't mean that he doesn't have a past. Coming from an aristocratic family from which he can barely remember, he was raised by a rural family of humans. Only to have them taken from him when he turned eighteen. Murdered by Vampires. Alone and afraid, he did the only thing he could do.
He ran.
Many years later, he had whittled his life away as a high-profile play boy. When he turned 50, his past came back to haunt him. As he looked in the mirror, he knew that he hadn't aged a single day since he was 18. And he remembered the horrors that the vampires had extracted upon his family for reasons unknown. From that day forth, left civilization without a word and became a vampire hunter.
For what seems Eons later, Delano has stepped over the corpses of countless vampires, never knowing if his last kill was the one that turned him into an orphan.

Delano himself has no idea of what he is, only one fact consumes his mind- he his not human and he is most certainly not from his world. Far too long ago he became a plane-hopper and he knows it, as far as he is concerned, his residence at the Hya' is a vacation.
As for the Hya', Delano is often on the forefront of battle whenever something steps through the portal and feels for a bit of a scuffle at the same time.

Strengths: 'Out numbered, but never out gunned'- is his motto. Capable of sticking to any surface with ease, high jumping, above-average strength and endurance.

Weaknesses: Being a lone wolf means that he never asks for help, and will often run at the first sign of him losing- even when he has back up (but never against a demon or a vampire- he'll fight to the death).
