History books have much to say about what happened in the middle ages. But something happened that none of the paper-printed records will tell you. Over the years, the tale became legend, then myth, then old wives tale, and finally forgotten by human kind. Even those involved have fallen into myth. Humanity has forgotten the war that spared it's existence. But there was a time when these things were real, when these tales were real...

It was 600 AD, and humanity was not ready for what struck it. Children started to go missing; women and their men vanished and never returned. Houses were left demolished, and it seemed neither the rich nor poor were spared. Someone, or something, was causing a pandemic. Rumor claimed it was by demon that these events occurred; but the elite knew better. The Kings and Queens of Earth knew it was the Lycan Kind whom were destroying the human race on a global scale. In the time where Vampire, Were, and Wizard were commonplace, it was evident that humanity was on the brink of extinction. Then, one morning, one lone, brave female princess heralded as the Heroine of Humanity, went before the leader of the fleets of Vampires, and begged them for help. At first, the vampires laughed at her, and befouled her in the lands of the Vampire; but when she took child, and spoke of the number of Humans left alive after years of slaughter, the Vampires saw what truly threatened their own existence - their food was dying.

The king, mindful of his mothered human slave and her people, launched all-out war against the Lycan Kind and instituted a no-kill ordinance on humanity - seeking to save the human race. The child of the king, the half blood princess, was prophesied to be she who would save the humans, and even though the Vampires outnumbered the Lycans, hope was dim. Now in the middle of an ongoing war, the battle for Humanity streams on...
