Banished...

[Day/Night]

Night entered the tavern his brother close behind him. "This is all because of The princess. Why'd you have to go googly-eyed over her."He hissed at his older brother. Night growled and ploped dwon in a chair. Ajax had ' banished him from the rebels guild or at least untill he was over the princess. This is what happens when you tell the truth. "Why? And It doesn't affect me does it?"Day asked sitting in one of the chairs acorss the table. Night just shook his head. Her was blank now just staring off to space.

[Shikai]

Shikai spun the empty glass on the wooden tabel's worn surface. He'd never taken time off before. Sure he had off shifts and what not but he had never asked for leave of absence. He'd used his family as an excuse. His grandfather ill and on his death bed thus he needed to go and see what he could do for the family. That's what he told the king anyway. True as it was his grandfather was ill he was far from his death bed. chest ached some and his hand put a strong pressure of his heart. Damned thing. why'd have to be flawed like this...

He sighed and stood, even though the Doctor had told him not to drink, it was telling him not to eat. Besides it was the doctors fault he'd had to take leave in the first place and ruin, in his mind, his reputation. In a werid way. However his silent pout was inturpted when Night and Day sat at a table near his. Hearing picking up the word Day was saying to his brother. He glanced at the two. He knew one was a rebel from the incadentin the hall and the other as well from the same incadent. He slumped a bit more in his chair and went baout listenign to see what it was they were talking baout. Habits die hard.

[Day/Night]

Day growled at his brother. He was always like that. Not caring about him enough at times and caring to much at others. "Did you even think about me when you went with her? What's to happen to me now that your kicked out?"he asked angerly. Night just looked at his brother. How could he be so selfish?Day was only thinking about himself. "How do you think this makes me feel, Day?Ajax is pissed at me and I'm sitting her thinking about Kat. My life just turned for the worse and so did yours. Ajax said he'd look after you while my infactuation lasts."Night growled back his brother. Clearly today was terrible. It had started good. He was happy. Nothing could have brought him down. That was. untill, Ajax appeared. He turned into macho big brother and started asking questions. And then when Night had actually told the truth Ajax goes and punches a wall. Night sighed leaning back in his chair so its front legs were in the air.

OOC: sorry for being a bit flakey @@ Josh is coming to germany with me for a month so he can meet my family over there and stuff. So it's been hectik cause it was snowing the other day but it supposed to get warmer and he has no idea how ot pack anything.

Shikai listened intently how had Kathrine managed to get her self- wait. He couldn't help but stare at night is slight surpise. Infactuation? Dear god he hoped hte king wasn't aware of that one. Her mother and brother might accept it but he doubted, deeply, the king would. Being a personal guard he'd seen the king's dislike of anyone no a royal first hand. Did that kid even understand what he was getting himself into?!

Ajax...That name made something in him twitch angerly. Being on leave sucked. His weapons were on suspension, clarifing the point he needed rest not work, and ajax had been appearing more and more often in public places. That man was a definate pain in his side, a thron he loved to be rid of...soon.

Tearing his eyes from the boys he focused on their reflections in his glass. Still in disbeleif about the princess possibly feelign the same as Night. Though he gave Ajax some credit. Making someone who was getting close to a royal was mroe dangerious then helpful. But that credit only got him far enough to skip on paying for a drink. Not anythign else.

BIC: Night sighed once more looking at his brother. "Your day off?"His words showed a hint of amuesment as he turned and looked at Shikai. It was the one that was gaurding the prince that one time. Day looked up from the table at his brother. He was confused and followed his brother's gaze. A Royal body gaurd? Day fingered a knife in his pocket as put both hands under the table. He would be ready if the gaurd attacked. Night on the other hand didn't seem to care. "Are you liking our conversation here?"

[Shikai]

"Sort of. Med-" he paused reminded himself of his excuse. "Family thing I've been off for a bit over a month. No uniform, now weapon. I'm defeseless." he said riasing his hands to emphize it. Soncering hs used a clear type of wire in fights, that was stored ina bracklet his normally wore, the lack of suck a accenting piece was proof he was tellign the truth. His civilian cloths as well.

"And I am enjoying your conversation. I find it very intersting. I hope you know what your getting into Kiddo." he said nodding to Night and leaning back a bit. Times like these made off duty better. By a logn shot. You only had to defend the royals if you wanted to and what not. Though he still wasn't in favor for the reasoning behind his leave.

Depends were you live. I live in Prog, or used to. Now we live just outside Salsburg (hope that's right been a while since I've spelt it @@) That's were its been snowing and supposed to get warmer but since Josh is coming we're landing in Munich and driving to Prog then Salsbrug. We have a month so we'll be wandering germany basically ^^ God I miss it TT.TT

The smarter brother and yet he had gotton himself into this situation."Day, Put the knife away."Night said to his brother calmly.Day looked at him incredisouly(sp?). "He's a royal body gaurd."Day said angerly. "Yeah, but he is unarmed."Night glared at his brother. Day just growled and looked away. Things weren't going to good with him and his brother. Personally, he was sure that it would never go good. Night looked at shikai. " I'm Night, you?"

Shikai pulled at his civil clothing. "I'm not on duty kid. If you want a fight I'll comply but it won't gain anything ageist the royals to do so." he said to Day then sighed, hand abcently massaging firmly the muscles over his heart. It felt constricted again. Damnit it was getting better the other day! he'd kill that doctor sometime.

"Shikai. Nice to meet you Night. Though I doubt your brother would agree. Am I right Day" he asked with a light smile eyes shutting with it, completeing the scar that went over the left. For one his age he had mroe scars then those twice his. He habit of not waiting for introductions when one seemed to have no intent to do anything to make an aquatiance.

"Well if you can handle her, god speed to you Night. Not many go to Kathrine volentarily. I sure as hell don't." he said he was mroe then happy to serve the King nad his son. The queen on occassion but he didn't enjoy Kathrine he couldn't relax in the slightest. Wasn't sure as to why. "After all your goign ageist Ajax's orders. Your my best friend now." he said with another smile before letting htem fall away. He loathed Ajax more then the royals. For he stood for everything that made his job so stressful.

Day glared at Shikai then at his brother. "This is why I'm still on Ajax's side. I did what I was told. Look at you, Night. Your crushing on the princess and now you're talking to a gaurd. "Day stood up and slammed the chair back in place. "I'm out of here."He said angerly as he left the tavern. Night sighed shaking his head. He looked to Shikai. " I was just helping her out. She cut her foot. And I didn't go against his orders. He never ordered me to do anything."Night said clearly angered by this.

"Not all orders are voiced. Like the King for example never tells me to guard him. I just do. He doesn't tell me I have to hate those ageist him. I just do." he said with a soft smile. Ah youth. "What I'm trying to say, not that I'm sticking up for him mind you, is that because you befriend someone who is part of the family he's trying to kill he believes your loyalties my be changing. After all you wouldn't want your brother siding with people who might seek to kill you now would you?" he asked with a soft smile. Oddly enough that final sentence was from Day's point fo view in a werid way.

[Day/Night]

Night looked down at his hands as he twiddled his fingers. Shikai was right. His anger was completely deflated and now he just felt like a idiot. "No I wouldn't...But mabey it'll pass and I'll be aloowed back in the bases. "Night said softly. He really didn't want it to pass. He liked this feeling. He was happier at least. Night felt like leaving. He felt like going to see Kat but he knew he couldn't so he just sat there. Why was he acting this way? Why couldn't he stop thinking about Katherine. He had too. He had earn Ajax's trust and respect back.

[Shikai]

He laughed out right, something he did less often them smiling. A love, possibly the first for this young one, pass? only when heaven and hell switch roles.
"It'll never pass, but you can learn to deal with it. Either way you have to give up something or, ask her to give up something. In this case the throne. Though I somewhat doubt it." he muttered thoughtfully.

"I'm goign to risk sounding old for a bit here and give you a small bit of advice, no matter how great you feelings are or may become you need to understand were your loyalites lie. If everyone were in your situation then we'd all get along just fine. So it comes down to what is more important to you. Kathrine, or helping a cause that may result in her downfall, and possibly death, if Ajax doesn't rope them in correctly." he mused he'd looked deep in every inch of the one's background. A family history of uprisings with only one going wrong. Perhaps the youngest son of such parents, who failed their heiritage, was doomed ot the same. He hoped so.

OOC: haha I love being ageist Ajax and jac ^^ really lets me bring out my more strict violent tendancies. ^^ sry it took so long. you'd be surpised how hard it is to get wireless internet in germany (we run of DSL and Dish. No cable)

He listened to him and waited for a moment. Night had to think things through. He could give up fighting for the cause but what about Katherine? What to do..."Why couldn't life be easier..."he said to himself.He leaned back again on his chair. He didn't want anything to happen to Kat but he didn't want to give up on Ajax.

Shikai shrugged. "Its best not to ask that. If life were easier I wouldn't have a bad heart, you could be a rebel and still be with Kat, the rebels and royals would be a torn in each others side and we'd all e happy little specks on a sand dun. Strangely enough none of that holds appeal. It may suck now but later you'll proably end up greatful for it." he said then blinked. shit there goes his secert hopeful his old man ranting drowned that part out.

"not saying that hardship makes the heart grow fonder naturally. Just that it makes life worth living a bit more." he add before nodding to the tender when they caught eachothers gaze. "Wanaa drink? you coulld proably use one."
