Resident- usually an elderly humanoid. It's hard to tell, but it's quite obvious they los ttheir minds in all the time they spent down there...It doesn't even seem like their feed. I wonder how they survived.
Ravenous Rat- a flesh hungry rat more of an annoyance then a threat just don't let them swarm you.

Regenrators - barely human mutated rejects. No one knows how this happend to them but they are half dead wondering beings. They fuse with the flesh of the dead to regenrate lost flesh and muscle which detrerates over time.
