It was a dark and stormy night..... Just kidding!!! Actually, this morning was quite bright and sunny, completely void of clouds. After another fantabulous mission success, Cattleya was given strict instructions to go to the outskirts of a city named Tier for her next mission. Cattleya, rank thirty out of forty-seven hybrid warriors, was single-handedly picked specifically for this mission. She felt like the world was her oyster....which wasn't enough. Cattleya was a classy bitch after all, only caviar was worthy enough to touch her blessed lips.

Wanting to get her mission completed quickly, Cattleya broke into a run. Taking the quickest route given to her by last mission's Handler, Cattleya arrived at the outskirts of Tier in about three hours tops. Tier sat right in the middle of a valley, an oasis of humanity. It was quite lovely from this distance.

(Posted Image)

Now that she was resting at her destination, Cattleya had some time to consider some things. Why was she the only one to embark on this mission? She was quite confident in her skills, but still....there was always a limit to what one can do. Question two: Exactly what kind of city was Tier? Throughout her entire career as a warrior of Organization, Cattleya had never heard of such a place. Could it be a potential enemy of Org? Or maybe it was a potential ally...? Cattleya was abo-

"HELLO THERE YOUNG LADY AND WELCOME TO TIER!!!" /go

An EXTREMELY excited voice shattered Cattleya's thought process like a flimsy mirror. Tracking the origins of said voice, Cattleya made a discovery of epic proportions. There was an exotic beauty standing before her....

"Are you gonna keep staring at me like that, or are you going to say hello? ....Well?"

Her tone became sharp, but had a playful aftertaste. Cattleya never meant to stare, but it wasn't like she saw someone like this every day. Hell, this was her first time seeing someone like this woman in her entire life. Skin like smooth ebony, eyes blazing passionately like a pair of bright topazes....even her hair was different from what Cattleya was used to seeing. After all, it wasn't every day that you saw someone with a purple dye job.

(Posted Image)

Now that Cattleya wasn't focusing solely on the woman's physical appearance, she took notice to some things. First, she noticed the gang of Organization workers behind the woman, guarding her like a rare gem. How long were they back there without gaining her attention sooner? Before she could question this further, Cattleya saw the answer. These men were able to remain mostly unnoticed by ceasing most of their human functions. Looking closely, she couldn't even tell if they were breathing or not.

The second thing that caught Cattleya's attention was the woman's uniform...it was black.....was this woman the Handler in charge of her mission? Grinning slightly as if she could read Catt's mind, the woman said:

"Yes, I am your Handler for this mission. You may call me Colette. :) Your mission today is to exterminate yoma within this lovely city. I know you're thinking, 'well why not send another warrior' but there's a reason for me choosing you."

Colette took a breath, dusted off her uber clean uniform and began speaking again.

"The city of Tier and Organization have a rocky relationship, to say the least. They view us as evil jerks. :P We never sent anyone here for exterminations because they NEVER asked for help. Until now that is. Now that Tier has made an official request for yoma extermination, Organization has to show them that we're nicer than a basket full of puppies and rainbows. I don't need some mindless, bloodthirsty, dickhead running through the city smashing shit to smithereens. I need a calm, elegant, cunning, and persuasive young thing to win Tier's favor. And out of all of Organizations warriors, that young thing is you. Go into the city and meet with the Mayor. He'll give you the rundown on the situation."

With her speech done, Colette took another deep breath and smiled proudly as if she'd just won an award. Looking Cattleya in the eyes she said:

"Now, do you have any questions for me young lady?"

Meanwhile...

Her head was HURTING. Last night's drinking had proven too much for her. Lacey, unofficial Queen B of the Renegades rolled over to get out of bed....and bumped into something. Reaching out to feel the obstacle, she was jolted awake at the realization that it was a PERSON who was in the bed with her.

Finally awake, Lacey was able to slowly destroy the pesky alcohol within her body. The events of last night were slowly but surely coming back to her... She was...traveling recently...yes, that was it. She arrived at some strange village, charmed her way through the gates, and wandered into the usual hotspot of potential suckers, the bar.

Birds were chirping loudly outside of the window. It was almost as if they knew EXACTLY what Lacey was going through and sought to make her hangover a living hell. Sitting up on the bed with her feet dangling slightly above the floor, Lacey kept purging the alcohol while regaining her memory.

.....There he was. Her meal ticket. Lacey remember how she moseyed over to the bar where the man was sitting. Pretending to not see him at all she sat down and ordered a drink (despite being broke). It took the poor guy ten whole minutes of trying to gain her attention before she even looked at him. However, once she laid eyes on him, it was game over....

"Mmmphmg...."

Her victim was beginning to stir now. He grunted and moaned while trying to get more comfortable in the bed. After a few more annoying seconds, he was back asleep. Lacey dived into her memory bank once again....

This man was BEYOND annoying. He lacked personality, pose, manners, and general conversation skills. The only thing that he WAS good at talking about was himself and his incredible ability to please any woman. Lacey quite literally DROWNED herself in booze (without purging the alcohol) to keep from snapping this man's neck. After a few more drinks, the guy threw everything on his tab and they retired to his place.

The sex....was okay, simple as that. It wasn't something that a girl would go around town bragging to all her envious friends about. But it wasn't something to laugh at and ignore as well.

Now that she was no longer suffering from a hangover and remembered everything that happened last night, Lacey was ready to move out. But....there were still some things that she didn't know. What city was she in? Where was she gonna get some money? What the hell was this guy's name?!?!

Movement and a loud yawn from the nameless man brought Lacey's attention to him, causing her to look at him for the first time since she woke up. He was already standing with his pants on, yawning again as loudly as possible for more attention.

"Last night was INCREDIBLE babe. Hey, how about some food?"

Another mission, another errands to run and another yoma to kill. Cattleya was getting the hang of her routine as a warrior but then again she misses her alone time. "A day in a beach or an all day eat all you can in a restaurant can be fun" she spoke to herself as she admire of the beauty of this town which is fairly new to her. This was not her region assignment but then again a mission is a mission and at the same time she wanted to be promoted and being obedient and finishing the job is her utmost goal right now.

She was to absorb at her environment as she heard a voice coming from her back. "Your her is beautiful' she suddenly blurted out without thinking and she composed herself in time to carefully listen to the mission at hand. Cattleya was nodding in response from the instruction given to her but there is one sensitive topic that is bothering her from every mission she went too.

"I just needed to Ask Colette, are there any reports of Renegades in the area? I wouldn't want any of them to interfere with the mission since we want to think that we are friendly as possible. Two hybrids killing each other in their town will be a bad idea" she spoke in a manner that conveys warmth and respect. If Cattleya was given the rundown of any gades in the area, she will keep that in mind and will bid her Handler farewell.

Upon arriving at the entrance of the town, Cattleya will be changing her mood into a warm and friendly mood. She will keep a smile in her face and at the same time a comfortable aura with her gestures and movements. If she sees any of the people looking at her, she will smile and will greet them "Good Morning".

"Good Morning, can you spare me some of your free time? I would like to ask the direction towards the Mayor, the Mayor is expecting me today and it is bad to keep a leader of this town waiting" she will giggle a bit to try ad lighten up the mood. She will be using a friendly tone of her voice and gesture showing her being down to earth and approachable when she decided to ask the direction to a random person.

If her approach was received warmly she will thanked the stranger "Thank you for your help and it is well appreciated" she will show her friendly smile as she will walk towards the direction that was given to her.

Upon arrival to the location of the Mayor she will greet the guards or any individual that she will see from the Mayor's location . "Good Morning, I have a schedule meeting with the Mayor" warm smile and charisma will be overflowing from her since the objective of the mission is to get along with the people their.

Lacey:

Consciousness. Lacey could feel her body awaken, her mind drifting between spectra, the living and the astral. Her eye closed, her body limp, refusing to move, to awaken. Her hand felt the covers, the soft cotton underneath her fingertips, the nerves on her hand taking in the feel of the material until she came to a bump. This one was unlike the rest of the bums on the bed that flattened as her hand ran over to smoothen it, this one was large and soft yet moist and damp. Her hands felt down the large obstruction. It was hard beneath the layer of soft, she could feel it.

The alcohol in her system slowly drained away, her mind giving in to her hazed memory.
_______________

Lacey had been going from village to village as per usual, cruising down to find someone new to take advantage of, the usual rich chumps who had more to offer in their wallets than in their pants. Of course she found nothing wrong with placing money before the pleasure but tonight she was in the mood for the best in show.

Rumour had it that there was a man that would meet her requirements, the huntress scouting for her supper.

He clearly wasn't going to be a hard target, going after her right away but this was a game and if a competition existed, she would have easily been the world-wide renown champion. The gray eyed charmer kept the man at her sight, glancing over every now and then between conversations, her eyes connection with his despite the amount of men in her vicinity. It was a game he was probably familiar with but she always had the upper hand, it was his turn to stay in the sidelines, waiting.

As the bar slowly emptied out, the man got closer; this was his tenth try trying to get her attention and he was beyond drunken, desperate at this point. As he spoke, Lacey concentrated more on the treats that she had been gifted with throughout the night, the frozen treat before her being her first priority, licking from the base up to the tip, her lips sucking at the top, her tongue against the treat, letting the liquid run its way down her throat.
(Posted Image)
It was then that the man before her finally stopped talking and got down to business. It was all a blur from there. She had let the alcohol into her system long ago. Before she knew it she was on a bed, beckoning the man over, a confident and seductive smile pulling him in
(Posted Image)
The man on top of her, his groin pushing up against hers, mouths locked and hungry, lost in the high of the intoxication, in the feeling of the other's body, in the sexual yearning for touch. Lust was in the air and if there was space between the two bodies, it would have been there as well, the sloppy interaction getting steamier and steamier as clothing was torn, skin was bitten and sweat was produced, the body heat intensifying as the pair of bodies pushed against each other.
(Posted Image)
She wanted it, she wanted it bad, her voice becoming rough, her muscle pulsing from the need, his muscle rubbing up against it. It wasn't long before the two became one and legs wrapped around the male's body. Her mouth opened as she tried to release a gasp, his hand on her chin, fingertips holding her head in place, thumb entering her mouth, the other responding by wrapping her mouth around it and sucking on it, eyes closed, imagination running.

The female clawed up against his back to find a way to release her pleasure, the process sped up, the two pushing up against each other viciously, a mouth felt against her neck, a tongue licking and pushing up against it. The two bodies felt it, the heat rising, sensation coming closer, the arousal at its climax, the spot hit over and over as the claws dug deeper and deeper into the human's back.

Pink walls contracted, tightened as pink flesh enlargened and throbbed, the quick movement of the bodies only making the organs respond as eagerly as their owners. Moans and grunts were exchanged, breathing quickened and hot breathing could be felt against her neck. She could feel the damp heat between the bodies, the man's breath only raising the temperature, making her yearn for that moment where temperatures would slowly cool down after breaking the limit.
_____________

Her mind came back to the apartment room as the man adjusted himself, grunting and moaning a he stretched then once again, this time loudly, asking for attention.

Lacey would have taken the time to maintain an act for the man before her but being honest with herself, she couldn't recall one moment where she had clothes and was adequately entertained. Why spare any extra energy on a guy like this?

"Yeah sure whatever, food sounds good but make it speedy, I want to shower."

Looking around the room, Lacey couldn't help but wonder:

"I hope he's rich."

Cattleya

Colette's face held a small smile while Cattleya asked her questions. She was quite happy with her decision. Surely this girl would be able to complete this mission with proper efficiency. She was far from the standard emotionless killer after all.

"Well, we've scouted this area quite a few times but not within the last few months...so I wouldn't know if any Renegades are present there. And considering the city's view on Organization, I doubt they'd let hybrids in..."

The rare gem paused for a few seconds, looking at the sky. There were birds flying... Before she could become entirely distracted by such a sight, Colette shook her head and cleared her throat. When she focused on Cattleya again, her expression was serious. To Cattleya, Colette looked like a businesswoman in the middle of an important meeting. ...Which um....she kinda was.

"Forget what I said. It's pretty easy to sneak into a city of this size so don't rule out potential Renegade activity. I agree with you, two hybrids fighting to the death in Tier would be a BAD idea. If you come across any Renegades, don't engage them. Ignore them for however long as possible. However, if you life is in danger, don't hesitate to kill or escape. The latter being in case they're too strong of course."

With the mission briefing complete, both warrior and handler said farewell and began walking away. However, after walking for a few meters, Colette turned around and called out to a still retreating Cattleya.

"Do your job, but try to have a little fun as well!!!"

The walk to Tier was a soothing one. As the refreshing valley winds caressed her face, Cattleya felt like she had no trouble left in this world to worry about. Calmly walking for another half hour, Cattleya arrived at the city's gate.....

(Posted Image)

"HALT!!! Stay where you are, you fucking MONSTER!!!"

.....and was stopped immediately by the gate's guards before she could even speak.

"Jake...I believe she's SUPPOSED to be here... Let's hear what she has to say."

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! I'm not letting ANY of those Monster-bitches in our fair city!!! You let one in, then you have to let in all the others!!!"

Despite the armored asshole named Jake pointing his sword at Cattleya and spitting insults, his hands were shaking nervously. It was fear... Fear because he didn't understand her kind, and also fear of their vast power. This man could be easily intimidated if Cattleya wanted to take such an approach. However, the nameless guard wanted to hear Cattleya out and seemed genuinely worried about her dilemma. Was it possible to convince him of her good intentions?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile....

"I still don't understand why you chose her of all people for such a mission."

The voice came out of nowhere, shocking the Organization guards as they turned around to see the source. The woman was standing behind the group as if she was with them the entire time. Thankfully she was on their side. If not....the guards didn't want to think of the outcome. Colette on the other hand wasn't surprised at all. This voice was all too familiar to her. She turned around and smiled playfully at her special bodyguard for today's mission.

(Posted Image)

"Now now Zoe, let's give the girl some slack shall we? I'm pretty confident that she can do it."

"You say that, but weren't you one of the first people to read Tina's report?"

"I was. As I recall, Valentina's statements were: subpar performance, disregard of authority, manipulating teammates for personal gain, lack of creativity and strategy devising, inability to protect humans..."

"There was much much more than that. For someone with perfect memory, you sure know how to forget whatever you want."

"The rest of that stuff was far too biased. It seemed like Valentina was doing more venting than evaluating. That girl I chose has the potential to become a Single Digit. She just hasn't realized it yet...."

"You have entirely too much faith in her. What will you do if she fails?"

"She won't. :) Anyway, let's have a seat somewhere and play a game of cards. I play a mean go-fish AND I can tell you who's having an intervention at HQ today 'cause they're heavily addicted to opium."

"Fine. Winner chooses the next card game. Addicted to opium? I think I know who you're talking about, but I heard it was Datura...."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lacey

The Siren's prey had a slightly confused scowl on his face. Lacey suddenly got the impression that he had expected HER of all people to make the breakfast, NOT him. Thankfully before Lacey could put this idiot in his deserved place, the guy walked out of the bedroom and returned a few seconds later with her clothes. When he handed them to her, Lacey couldn't help but notice that his face was one of pure confusion.

"Shower? Why would you want to stand out in the rain? Anyway, if you want a bath, there's a bathroom down the hall. Hopefully no one's using it."

HOPEFULLY no one was using it?! What exactly was this man talking about? Lacey was pretty sure that he had a house all to himself...but then again, she was far too drunk last night to even remember how they got here in the first place. Suddenly smiling as if he could read her thoughts, the guy decided to explain himself in better detail.

"This is a boarding house by the way. I get one room and my own sitting area, but I gotta share the washroom and kitchen with the other tenants. But don't worry babe, I'm only three weeks pay from getting my own bachelor pad. Then you can come visit me whenever you want."

Drunken Mistake number three winked playfully and left the room, leaving Lacey to do whatever it is that Laceys do when left alone inside of a man's home. Looking around the bedroom, Lacey could see that everything inside represented this man to the greatest detail. AVERAGE. Nothing inside was shitty, but nothing was extravagant either.....
(Posted Image)
Half an hour later the guy returned with two plates of breakfast in tow. On both plates were freshly scrambled eggs, a few pieces of bacon, freshly cut strawberries, and two crisp hash browns. To top it all off, there was even fresh parsley used as a garnish. It was quite the fancy meal made by someone so average.

(Posted Image)

He handed Lacey her food and sat beside her on the bed. The guy began devouring his food as averagely as possible. Not savage like, but not in an elegant manner as well. Listening to her question, the guy quickly swallowed his eggs and began speaking.

"Well, you're in the city of Tier, located right in the middle of the Central lands. We're a city that mostly exports medicines, crops, and clothing. Our stuff is top notch, if I should say so myself."

As they ate their breakfast, it became apparent that Drunken Mistake number three just couldn't get enough of Lacey. He kept eyeing her hungrily and fondling her every chance he had. When it finally got to the point that Lacey wanted to smash his face in, he stopped and began staring into her eyes.

"Sorry. It's just....you're so beautiful... From all the rumors we heard about Claymores in this city, I just assumed that you all were just yoma with tits. But MAN was I wrong...."

The guy pounced on Lacey like a wild animal. Their plates crashed into the floor to escape the upcoming onslaught of lust. Drunken Mistake number three began kissing Lacey all over as if his life depended on it. From the throbbing member she could feel through his pants, he wanted it, and he wanted it immediately. She could feel him positioning himself so that he could take off his pants....

"W-what's going on in here?!"

The throbbing member subsided instantly when it heard this voice. Drunken Mistake number three frantically jumped off the bed (and Lacey) and ran to the bedroom door, stepping into a pile of shattered glass along the way.

"OW!!! Shit.... Tiffany!!! W-w-what are you doing here?!"

Lacey turned her head, following the voice that caused so much turmoil within her prey.... It was a woman...and she was....she was....!!!
(Posted Image)
This woman looked like she was about to burst....in more ways than one. Her face held so much surprise and betrayal... Could she be the significant other of Drunken Mistake number three?

"Walter....who is this girl? Why is she in our home...? Please don't lie to me Walter....not while I'm carrying our child."

Tiffany's eyes were welling up with more and more tears by the second. It was amazing that her eyes could hold so many tears without exploding. Both Lacey and Tiffany began starring at Walter, waiting for his explanation.... Walter on the other hand, was staring at the wall. Lacey could practically see the wheels in his head churning as he tried to come up with a easy way to get out of this. With sudden inspiration, Walter jerked his head up hit Tiffany with a look that only the "purest" of souls could manage without bursting into flames.

"Tiffany, you know I love you, and that I'd never try to hurt you. It was this Silver-eyed Witch's fault that this happened!!! She seduced me last night with her black magic!!!"

Walter was sprouting utter bullshit like a freshly dug oil well. Lacey wanted to just walk out instead of having to deal with this crap, but Tiffany was still standing in front of the door, not moving a muscle. And she couldn't just charge through a pregnant woman...not even Lacey was that evil. Besides, there were plenty of other ways to get out of this. Lacey just had to work her magic....

Cattleya

Cattleya nodded as she looks back at her handler leaving the meeting place. She felt a bit weird since this is the first time that a handler has been kind and respectful to her. She was looking around the city trying to be familiar with the terrain in case there will be an acceptable situation.

The Organization didn't even bother to give her a special mission like this one before but now it was a surprise for her and based on that she have to prove that she is worth for this mission. The entrance of this city seems to be not that unusual and during the time she went to missions she didn't even matter appreciating the beauty of the city.

She was confronted by the guards which appears to be alerted by her presence. The guard named Jake seems to be a bit nervous but then again his words where very obvious. Cattleya will smile towards the two guards, her smile will be very serene and her eyes will show calmness and warmth.

"Good day to both of you" Cattleya's voice will sound like she was singing as she speaks. Her gestures will entails calmness and warmth, her posture will be a bit more relaxed and her arms will be in a position that signals acceptance. Cattleya's aura will immediately change to a more friendlier aura.

"Your comrade is right, I am being expected by your dear Mayor and we would not want our Mayor to be waiting right?" she will smile and will disregard the insult coming from Jake. She needs to make sure that she will show that the Organization can be trusted and right now that is the main goal. Make a good impression and kill the yoma in this city.

Lacey:

The idiot before her looked at her, with a hidden scowl as if SHE'D be the one to make them breakfast. Hmph! Who did this guy think he was? At least he had the decency to bring her her clothing. At least he knew how to do one thing right.

To be honest, Lacey didn't give one shit about this guy's living arrangements because as it could have been guessed, this guy and the past night, could easily be described as a Drunken Mistake.

And apparently, Mr. Mistake could at the very least, cook above average; his slimy hands bringing in her breakfast.

The ex-trainee payed attention to the man as he explained about the city but it soon became apparent that he was heavily sprung on her, his eyes staring at her viciously, hungrily, even going so far as to compare her to a yoma with tits.

A scowl formed before he pounced on top of her and pinned her down on the bed, his hard member against her. Even if he was beyond annoying, it couldn't be so bad to have to go through the sex once more, Lacey pushing up against the interaction. He adjusted himself to take off his pants before... before.. a fat chick walked in.

It wasn't much of a surprise that this guy had gotten someone pregnant, it was clear that he had been around with most anything with two sets of lips. What really surprised her was when he responded to the woman's question.

"It was this Silver-eyed Witch's fault that this happened!!! She seduced me last night with her black magic!!!"

FUCK HIM.

How dare he blame shit on her? If that's what he wanted, that's what he would get. A seductive witch.
_________________________________________________

Lacey will smirk devilishly and walk over to Tiffany seductively, marking her every step and keeping eye contact with the woman. Even if she runs/moves away, Lacey will follow her until she has her cornered. Lacey will grab the woman's arms and keep them in place, lightly holding on to them and putting her up against a wall, being gentle but using the amount of strength needed to force her into this position if necessary.

Should Drunken Mistake try to stop her, Lacey will say:

"I won't hurt her, in fact, I'll be extra careful. A witch like me takes care of her patients.", looking back at Drunken Mistake and smirking but being aggressive (tightening her hold so that the woman complains but not enough to actually hurt her) towards Tiffany should he not do as she says and threatening him with:

"Trust me," she would say in a slightly deeper, harsher voice, "... her life is in my hands after-all." a playful singing tone to her sadistic threat.

Once Tiffany is in the desired position, Lacey will rub her left leg against Tiffany's, lifting her dress up in the process. Ignoring all of her pleas, she will look at Tiffany's exposed undergarments/genitalia and then over to Walter and smirking with cruel intentions.

Lacey will let the dress fall once more, her eyes locking with Tiffany, mimicking Walter's hungry, lustful gaze. If she fell in love with that man, his actions and quirks would affect her somehow, of this Lacey was sure.

Keeping eye contact, Lacey will lean in closer and lock lips with Tiffany forcibly. If she should try to move away from it, Lacey will move on and kiss her cheek, then down her neck, mimicking the motion of Walter's mouth when he kissed her or as much as she could remember of it and kiss down her collar bone then bending her knees slightly to lower herself, dragging Tiffany's arms down with her slowly as Lacey bites into the neckline of Tiffany's dress and tears it off slowly by making an incision at the top with her teeth then pulling on the cloth until the entire dress is ripped and her body/undergarments are exposed.

She'll once more look at Walter before winking at him and letting go of Tiffany and pushing past Walter should he be in the way using force if necessary and heading to the direction of the bathroom that he mentioned and locking the door behind her. Should the door not have a lock, Lacey will rip the toilet/sink/grab a chair from outside and use it to jam the door shut by putting it under the handle. If thee options aren't available, Lacey will rip a piece of the wall and use it as a door wedge.

Followed by a bath.

Cattleya

"W-wha..."

Cattleya's singsong tone of voice backed up by her gestures threw the guard named Jake completely off his game. While his hands were shaking like crazy before, they were completely immobile now. He was even lowering his sword ever so slightly... Once Cattleya threw out her smile-card, Jake just stood there awestruck, jaw racing to attack the ground while he sheathed his blade. He wasn't expecting this type of behavior. He'd always assumed that Claymores were just as violent and bloodthirsty as the monsters they hunted. However, this one....this beauty...showed absolutely no signs of aggression while dealing with those weaker than her. She seemed as calm as a lovely brook, and as warm as a hearth welcoming a weary workman home...

The nameless guard smiled happily at Cattleya and gave her his seal of approval in the form of a slight nod. He took a few steps towards her, extending his hand for her to take it.

"Good day to you as well Ma'am, welcome to Tier. Yes, the Mayor can be very impatient at times. His office is pretty far from here, but to reach it, just g- Don't worry about it Fred. I'll take her."

A stern female voice cut through Fred's sentence like buttered rolls at an all-you-can-eat buffet. With the clinking of metal, she pushed her way through the guards and stood proudly before Cattleya. The woman's eyes were such a deep shade of brown that they almost looked red from afar. Cattleya couldn't help but feel like a test subject due to this woman's INCREDIBLY intensive gaze that was scanning her thoroughly.

(Posted Image)

"My name is Dame Bethany, Chief of the Police Force and Second Foundation of Tier. Follow me."

While stating her titles, Bethany lifted her chin. Cattleya had no clue what a second foundation was but Bethany seemed to be extremely proud of each and every one of her titles. This time Bethany gave Cattleya a second-long piercing glance before she turned around and began walking away. Cattleya could tell that this woman was one of discipline, and wouldn't tolerate anyone staling after she had given orders to follow. The walk to the Mayor's office would take a while. Perhaps Cattleya had time to chat and gather information from Bethany?

Lacey

One devilish smirk was all it took to make the Mother to-be go on the defensive. Tiffany instinctively covered her growing child and began backing up the moment Lacey began stepping forward. Her eyes widened with horror when she stared into the eyes of Lacey. With her back now against the wall, those silver eyes would be the last thing she'd ever see....

With every ounce of her being Tiffany pulled her right hand back and sent it flying forward to bitch slap the um...bitch...out of Lacey. Sadly that wasn't happening due to Lacey catching it mid-swing and holding it in place along with her left hand. Finally gaining a shred of dignity, Walter took a few steps towards the scene in an attempt to stop it. However, Lacey's "reassuring" words along with her smirk stopped him dead in his tracks.

"Walter..."

Tiffany whimpered as Lacey's tightening grip and singsong tone of voice was scaring her even more. These actions only helped with proving to her that escape was impossible, a fool's fantasy. Her life really was in this Witch's hands now. Lacey continued her humiliation campaign and exposed Tiffany's panties for both she and Walter to see. Looking over at Walter, Lacey realized something. Instead of looking worried for the soon-to-be mother of his child, his eyes held that hungry look again. That same hungry look, that Lacey was now using against Tiffany....

Now normally those hungry eyes reflecting into her own would greatly excite Tiffany. After all, to her it displayed just how much the love of her life wanted her: mind, body, and soul. However, Lacey's hungry eyes and spiteful kisses filled her with even more fear and hopelessness than she already had. Her breathing became quick and frantic.

"Pl-please stop.... I b-"

Tears rolled down Tiffany's cheeks as Lacey began ripping her dress using her teeth. It took her so long to make enough to purchase such a dress, now it was a pile of freshly soiled shreds on the floor. Exposed to the world, Tiffany crumpled to the floor and cried... Lacey gave Walter one final look before leaving to cleanse herself. He appeared to be just emerging from a trance-like state, with his soldier standing attention...

Lacey found the bathroom almost immediately due to Walter's previous directions. Thankfully (for the building owners) the bathroom door had a lock on it, providing the Queen B with perfect privacy. It seemed that fortune was in her favor, as the tub was already filled with water and heated to perfection. Lacey removed her clothing and enjoyed a little rubadub relaxation time, ignoring all of the screaming in the distance....
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile...

He finally arrived at the outskirts of Tier. The walk along the way was a peaceful one, and the view was a sight to behold. Although he knew nothing about this city, he'd been given instructions to meet another warrior here to help improve her already high success rate. It was that reason alone that had him worried. Why would they require his services if one warrior could already handle this without any problems? Walking a little further he saw two women in black playing cards under a tree with a group of Organization workers. Hopefully his questions would be answered soon enough.

"Ah, about time you showed up!!! Welcome aboard Sonny!!!" /go
(Posted Image)
Runeska couldn't help but stare in awe at the rare gem in Handler form as she leapt from her sitting spot and moseyed over to stand in front of him. Her skin was like smooth ebony, eyes blazing like the brightest topazes, and purple hair like....um...like purple hair. She was pretty happy to see him, which to Runeska, seemed like a direct Handler violation.

The name's Colette, and I'll be your Handler for this mission.

Looking back towards the tree, Rune could see see that the other woman in the black warrior uniform didn't really give a shit about his presence. She was a beautiful young woman sporting flawless fair skin, blood-red hair fit for battle, calculating eyes ready to spot any form of deception, and smexy lipstick for when she just felt like being smexy. She seemed like one of those super badass type of chicks that'd punch a crater in your face before dismembering you and burning the remains if you got out of line with her.

"Alright, I know you're probably wondering why you're here, and my answer is this: I'm sending you in as backup. We have no clue if there's Renegade activity here, so I want you to be there just in case Cattleya needs it. My second reason for requesting you here is so that you can function more properly around people. This mission will require you to socialize with many others in hopes that they come to accept the Organization.. And I expect you to do so. Kill any yoma you see, and ignore renegades unless you have no other choice but to fight."

The Handler named Colette went back over to the tree, sat down, and picked up her hand of cards. She looked back over to Runeska with a smile, and said:

"If you have any questions dear, feel free to ask away. Other than that, I suggest that you run along to the city's gates. .....Do you have any sevens?"

"Go. Fish."

"Aw COME ON!!!"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile to the Meanwhile....

Her passion for cuisine led her to the city of Tier. One of her loyal clients informed her of the City's top notch crops being used by their top notch Chiefs to make top notch dishes. Look, basically the shit was top notch okay? Anyway, Mystery Girl decided to see what all the fuss was about herself, leading her to where she was now.

"WAIT!!! Come back!!! Please!!!"

The highly distressed cries of a little girl pierced her eardrums, stopping her mid-step.
(Posted Image)
Using her super-duper-ultra-awesome hearing, Ines was able to pinpoint the location of the little girl without a problem. The little girl was in a wooded area not too far from Ines, running towards the main road. Being the good samaritan that she was, Ines speed into the woods to aid the child in whatever way possible. When Ines stopped running, she had cut the distance between them so short that the child met her when she passed her second tree.

(Posted Image)

The little girl was shocked to meet someone in the woods so suddenly, but she was relieved nonetheless. She quickly grabbed Ines's hands and began pulling her with all her might (with zero success).

"Please Miss!!! You have to help me find my brother's kitty!!! If I don't find her, brother will be smad at me!!!"

The little girl was so distraught that she melded the words "sad" and "mad" into a word that would be considered extremely cute if it were used in a situation far different from this one. Tears started to stream down her little face as she continued pulling Ines's arms. Ines was left with a choice. Would she help the child, or leave her to her own devices?

~Inés~

She had walked all this way to find if rumours were true. Of course she intended to realize her Quest but a little break wouldn’t hurt. Inés wanted to taste some fine food for once. It was not like she saw Omnielle everyday and her own cooking was slightly above average at best. So trying real professionals’ cooking seemed like a good idea. The travel was a pleasant one at least. Until she realized that silence lasted only until one screamed her lungs out.

Never.... leave hyperaudition.... active again... ~Inés

Despite the world swirling around her Inés was still thinking about helping that girl who shouted. Finding her was quite easy considering all the noise she made. Who was she chasing after? Inés wondered if it was someone going to do a dangerous thing. Yes, she could help! Inés prepared her hero attitude. Well she liked to be playful especially with kids.

”What seems to be the problem? :) I’m Inés Blanc. What’s your name /? ” ~Inés

The answer was a bit underwhelming, but Inés did not lose courage in the face of simple tasks that probably need no help from outsiders. Being the suspicious person Inés could help but think if this was a trap. Rescue the cat from tree type scenarios were quite generic to be true, at least that was what she thought at that moment. Yet the Quest urged her to help people. Small steps to make the world a place where everyone smiles, starting with this girl.

” /dum Alrighty! Let’s search for your brother’s kitty! /go ” ~Inés

Either way just in case Inés will sweep the area with her yoki sense to make sure there are no unwanted surprises. Inés will enhance her smelling and hearing senses to catch the scent of the cat and hearing its meow. She search the area checking top of the trees and bushes until she finds a clue or the cat itself.

"Good Day" Cattleya spoke with her singing voice as she looks at the facial expression and gesture of the woman in front of her. "Guess she has the skills and ability to back up with the title she has" she thought to herself as she slowly followed Bethany towards their destination. The whole time that they are walking Cattleya will try to look at the area by mere glancing as they walk, she was trying to see if there are any chances that the security of this place might be a risk specially to the people living in here.

"Miss Bethany, i would like to ask some questions if you don't mind? Just so that i can evaluate the situation while we walk towards our destination" Cattleya's voice was honest and sincere, her aura shows concern and dedication in knowing everything that may help the situation of this town.

"How many people have been killed? and at the same time Where is the usual place of incidents and what time of the day the killing has been done. I hope I'm not asking too much" she will smile playfully sticking her tongue out a bit like a playful child.

If her questions has been responded appropriately, she will keep in mind all the information she gathered during the conversation. In response Cattleya will nod and smile letting Bethany express herself and her opinion.

Hm… Runeska had to access the situation carefully. He’d been sent to this city named Tier to assist another warrior in a mission he’d yet to be informed about. That wasn’t too weird or outlandish. Warriros assisted each other in small groups often enough. What was the mission though? The city was quite large and appeared to greet him from quite a far distance. It seemed very high class from a distance, but he had the feeling he wouldn’t like it too much. Such a large city would have more people to avoid than the usual village , outpost, or town. But, if the warrior deployed could handle the situation, what reason was there for his presence?

Now, that had him worried. One could never tell what went on in the heads of handlers. And Runeska had known, or at least experienced a few. The only thing that was constant between them all, was that they never told you everything, and their disposition was gloomy or business like with a hint of insanity. Well… that was till now. Yeah... with his only base assumption about the nature of handlers… destroyed but this particular gem like individual, Runeska simply stared on in shock as she spoke. The red haired femme fatale hadn’t escaped his sight either, but she hadn’t spoken to him, and he didn’t expect her to.

The more Colette spoke, the more this growing lump developed in his chest. What manner of farce was this? Did she just insinuate that Runeska couldn’t carry himself around others? Well… there was perhaps some truth to that, Runeska wasn’t about to admit to any form of weakness.

“Ok, kill Yoma and avoid renegades if not necessary. I understand that, but what you mean, ‘function more properly?’ I’m not a kid.” Runeska stopped talking for a moment as his body language shifted a bit shyly and he shuffled his feet against the floor. “What I mean is…” He really wanted to ask how, and why did she care, but he couldn’t really think of the right words. Instead, he ended up with a twisted scowl, inadvertently looking much more childish than he did when he first approached. When asked if he had any questions, he simply crossed his arms and shook his head no, as if he were highly confused, but for the world of it, didn’t know about what. “I’ll, uh… try my best Ma’am….”

“Oh, I’ve come this far to help a warrior, but… what is their mission? And, who is the warrior here? I can’t very well help without knowing what we’re doing…”

Runeska would leave the two with the card game, cocking his head to the side as if he hadn’t quite figured out the situation, but intended to do his best. Once he managed to reach the city gates, he observe everyone present and the guards. He would slow down once he was in sight, intending not to surprise and scare anyone. Socializing wasn’t his strong point, so at least for now, he’d try to approach while looking as nonthreatening as he could. With a brightest tone he could manage, Runeska would say, “Hello, I’m here with another warrior from the Organization.” If the guards seemed hostile or very on guard, he’d recoil back a step, as if startled and say, “I haven’t even done anything! I’m harmless!” to show such, he simulataneously put his empty small hands while showing a small nervous smile. “Please, be nice now.” He’d tilt his head sideways while waiting for the guards to let him in.

Lacey:

Seeing as how everything was a success, Lacey smiled, letting the warm water surround her. She was on top and there was no one who could bring her down (or at least, not in her mind).

Heh, what a perv. She had basically humiliated the shit out of the pregnant woman yet the loveeeee of her life stood by and watched hungrily. It was funny how men were. So needy, so wild.

She could see why they never lasted as Claymores.

Feeling refreshed, the ex-trainee lifted herself up on the bath and let the water drip down her body. The warrior bent down slightly, letting her hair fall in front of her, above the bath as she wrapped her small hands around it and squeezed the water out of it. How rude would it be to leave the place dripping after all?

Lifting one leg over the bath and back to the floor, Lacey unlocked the door, taking her clothing along with her. Of course her clothing was particularly shaped to fit her but recalling the human whale, she seemed to be around Lacey's size should she not have had a midget inside of her. Heh, it might have been time for a change of pace.

Lacey stood outside the door looking around the house she was in. Wherever she was, that fat female had to sleep somewhere though knowing that guy's habits, the female dog was probably placed in the backyard.

Lacey began to sniff the air in the area. Whatever area of the house smelled the worst, that would be where the woman was situated right? After-all, there was morning sickness, peeing ever few steps, excess body heat, fatty foods, etc. that that preggo had to go through.

Simply thinking about it, Lacey's skin crawled, telling to herself;

"Uck, I'd never carry someone for more than a minute, to imagine it for nine months, how sick."
________________________________________________

Perks: Unintended Mirroring
Equipment: Fallen Arc

Lacey will move along, naked throughout the place, letting herself air-dry (a.k.a. dripping water all over the place), wrapping a towel around herself should there be any in the bathroom or simply letting her hair cover her tits.

Should the preggo woman talk to Lacey, she will simply keep her out of the way by glaring at her with dark intent, far worse than whatever she had done so far, then glaring down at her stomach and smirking as if to threaten the child's life. Should she continue to pester, Lacey will lazily move large items behind her so the woman will be at a blockade.

Should Walter get in her way, Lacey will use half of her strength to push him out of the way.

Heading to whatever room she feels is the woman's then immediately looking through her closet to find something adequate and not for whale humans.

Should she find something nice or better than her dress, she Lacey will put it on and throw her dress as an exchange for ripping the other one. It's not like that whale human will have that shape forever.

If there is nothing in this whale's closet, she will simply put her dress on and kick all the furniture/clothes on the way out.

If the woman starts having the baby now, Lacey will stay in the house and watch gleefully.

Otherwise, she will leave and wave back at the preggo and man, smiling sweetly at them. Once outside, she will look around and try to find someone/something interesting to entertain herself with.

Inés

"Thank you so much Miss Blanc! Come on, he went this way!!!"

Little girl sped off back the way she came, with Inés right behind her. Inés took extra precaution and swept the area for yoki. Thankfully, there was no yoki-bearing creatures in the area, granting Inés a quick breath of relief while she sharpened her senses.

"Meow."

Cat's meow was heard about eighteen meters away to the southeast. As they continued running Inés could smell the cat as well. The little kitty smelled like fresh lilac, suggesting that it had a bath only hours before going out into the wilderness. Suddenly the little girl stopped and placed her hands on her hips. She then kicked the ground in frustration before looking at Inés with a bewildered expression.

"Hmm....this was the last place I saw him. I can tell 'cause I marked that tree before I went looking for help." said the little girl, pointing at a tree with a flower assortment under it.

"Meow."

They were much closer now, kitty's beckoning was more audible and smell more potent (to Inés). Hearing the sound, both girls continued on, looking high and low. They walked for maybe six more meters until they reached a big 'ol oak tree. They first checked around it, but there was no pussy in sight.

"Meoooow."

Both girls stopped dead in their tracks and looked upwards into the tree. Sitting right up on one of the highest branches was the adventurous little kitty, looking down at the both of them curiously. He seemed pretty content with his current circumstances, so just coaxing him down would be incredibly difficult, if not impossible. After all, most cats were stubborn as hell.

"Ooooh why do you always have to do this Raymundo?!?! :( This is the highest he's ever climbed a tree... Please Miss Blanc, you have to get him down!!!"

Their saving grace was, most of the branches seemed evenly spaced out and pretty sturdy. Maybe there was a quicker way to "rescue" little Raymundo? Inés couldn't help but feel like the victim of some silly after-school special. Why did stuff like this have to happen to her?

Cattleya

Following Dame Bethany, Cattleya glanced around the area to gauge the city's security level. She saw a few guards stationed on every other street, and she could recall seeing guards lined up on the walls when she first approached the city. One thing that caught Cattleya's attention above all else was the behavior of the citizens. Everyone was running around like a bunch of headless chickens. Some were bringing things in, some were taking them out, others were building, and some were just running around for the sake of running around. It seemed like everyone was getting ready for something, but what was it?

"This is the Caravan District. It's usually not this busy, but we're getting ready for the Grand Festival."
(Posted Image)
Cattleya had some questions of her own to ask, but took the time to ask for permission to do so. Bethany waved her hand, giving Cattleya permission. Although Catt couldn't see it, she could certainly feel that her "tour guide" was smiling.

"Call me Dame, not Miss. I didn't work hard to get this title for nothing after all."

As if by magic, Bethany's title took control of the crowd. Or...it already had control, and just became noticeable to Cattleya. She saw everyone taking a few seconds out of their busy schedule to acknowledge the Dame. Women waved happily, men saluted with grudging respect, and children ran alongside them excitedly before being called back by their mothers. Cattleya's following question caused Bethany to tense up a little, but she continued walking like nothing happened, parting the crowd like the Red sea.

"Ten. It started with one person, then became three, five, eight, and two days ago, ten. Each occurring every two days. Despite our efforts, we haven't been able to find a single one of those vermin. We don't even know how many there are. The occurrences happened in multiple parts of the city, and none of the people were related in any way."

Cattleya could now see that the Dame's fists were clenched and visibly shaking with anger. She could tell that Bethany felt a little powerless in this situation, and hated it with a passion. For someone of her caliber having to receive help from outside sources to do her own job was the bane of her very existence. Bethany stopped and stood absolutely still for about three seconds, let out a huge sigh, and continued moving with her anger properly suppressed. Now that she and Cattleya were walking side by side, Dame Bethany wasted no time and began speaking only loud enough for Cattleya to hear.

"We think that even more people will die this evening, which is why we requested Claymore assistance. I told that damn Mayor to cancel the festival, but he INSISTS that it will help lure out those vermin."

It didn't look like they'd be stopping anytime soon, so Cattleya had more time to discuss things with Bethany.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Runeska

"You'll be helping number thirty, Cattleya hunt down a yoma of course. And since this city doesn't really allow Organization influence, you'll have to try and change their view of us. That is all." said Colette, waving Runeska away so she could continue her card game.

Runeska left the women to their own devices and headed towards Tier. After about 10 minutes of nonstop walking, (and not getting much closer) Runeska got a little impatient and decided to run. In less than five minutes he FINALLY saw the city's gates and slowed down to a steady jog.

The guards showed no signs of aggression towards Runeska as he approached them, and once he gave them his reason for coming, they let him in without further question.

"Your friend is with our boss! Her name is Dame Bethany and they're on the way to the Mayor's office. Just stay on this road until you get to the town square. The road after that get's complex, so just ask for directions when you get there!" one of the guards called out to Runeska as he walked away.

Runeska barely made it twenty meters before he was hit so hard that he fell on his butt.

"Ow.... O-Oh my! I'm so sorry hon, are you okay?!"

A silky and foreign voice caressed Runeska as he was helped from the ground. There was a beautiful young woman standing before him, looking at him with eyes filled of deep concern.

"Forgive me, I'm just in a hurry to catch my show. You see, I'm a dancer scheduled to perform all over the city for the Festival. Oh I know! Why don't you come watch me dance, and to make up for this, it's free of charge!

The young woman dusted Runeska off like an older sister would and took him by the hands. She then gently began pulling him away with a welcoming smile on her face. It didn't seem like she'd just let Runeska walk away without properly giving him her apology, so there seemed like little he could do.

"Come on darling, a growing boy like you must be hungry right? You can eat all you want while I dance. Oh! My name is Sirène by the way. What's yours?"

(Posted Image)

O.O.C: Sirène speaks with a Transylvanian accent.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lacey

As Lacey emerged from the tub, she heard loud footsteps in the distance. From the sounds of things, whoever it was was in quite the hurry to leave the building. With no towel in sight, Lacey grabbed her clothes and wandered around the building Au naturel. After walking around the entire floor, (and swelling some of the wood) Lacey was brought back to the scene of her enjoyment. However, the dysfunctional couple wasn't there. Could the loud footsteps she heard earlier belong to Walter?

Not really caring, Lacey went into the bedroom and searched Walter's closet. To her surprise, half of it was filled with Tiffany's clothing, meaning that the two were living together for quite some time. Perhaps Tiffany was just staying elsewhere last night? Pushing the thought aside (or ignoring it altogether) Lacey raided the closet in search of non-maternal-wear. Most of the Lacey-sized clothes weren't all that, however there were about four dresses that seemed to have SOME worth to them.
(Posted Image)

(Posted Image)

(Posted Image)

(Posted Image)

Say which one you got in your next post. :)
Picking the dress of her choice, Lacey threw her old clothes on the bed and left the room. It look less than a minute to navigate her way out of the building, due to Walter's room being on the ground floor (and her previous tour). Outside was pretty packed, but through the sea of people Lacey could see many different buildings. There were clothing stores, multiple blacksmith shops, shoe makers, potteries... You name it, there was at least one of them here. This area seemed to be infested with the ingenious. The creators of tomorrow....
(Posted Image)

Um...the streets are actually full of people.
"Hey hey, what's a pretty lady like you doing in these parts all alone huh?"

A muscular young man draped his arm around Lacey's shoulder, bringing her in close. By the looks of him he seemed to be a mercenary or just some random wanderer, but as a plus, he gave off a good heap of pleasantry.

"The name's Jacob. I visit this city often so I know my way around a little. I can give you a tour, tell you all the fun places, anything!"

(Posted Image)

Jacob's method of approach wasn't the best, but Lacey could clearly see that he was interested in her. Another meal presented itself to appease the Siren's appetite. With this man, Lacey could probably get just about anything she wanted.

"My apologize Dame Bethany" Cattleya spoke in her soft voice trying to be as polite as possible. "Guess humans value the Grand Festival very much and it's pretty clear that people here are not yet aware of the monster inside this town." she will spoke in a manner that doesn't show any arrogance or belittling the ability of the security of this people.

Cattleya was having her fun at that time, although the people looks busy and in a hurry there is a certain excitement in the area and this was fun and fascinating to watch for her.

Cattleya is observing Dame Bethany the whole time they exchange information and it clearly shows how the people here value their pride since this is only the first time they requested help from the organization.

"I understand your feelings about the situation but then again the Mayor has a point about the situation right now. In order to be able to capture and kill the yoma, a perfect plan should be well thought off." Cattleya's voice shows concern and at the same time she is already thinking of a plan since this is going to be hard since yoma can copy and disguise as humans.

"I guess we need to discuss first the situation with the Mayor and then we could create a plan in order to finish and capture the yoma that is in your town." All the time they are having a conversation Cattleya is keeping tabs on any yoki sources in the area. The security in this town is not what she expected but right now being ready is not a bad thing.

~Inés~

It was just as she expected. The cat was on a tree and he looked pretty comfortable up there. If it weren’t for the poor girl being impatient Inés would simply opt for waiting as Reymundo would definitely come down when he was hungry. Yeah that was the solution. This was all about food after all. It was the whole reason she was here in the first place. Inés turned to the girl and spoke as politely as possible.

”Alright missy, bring Mister Reymundo’s favourite dish, preferably well cooked, so his hunger will overcome his comfort.” ~Inés

Should the girl needs aid, Inés will go with her. Otherwise she’ll wait and keep an eye on the kitty. Inés would be really grateful if she could avoid climbing the tree. Despite the branches looking tough she simply couldn’t get herself to climb it unless it was a matter of life and death. She didn’t like to admit it but she was very heavy. Not that she was overweight or anything but her size wasn’t a very common one among girls....

Darn it! Why did I have to think about such unpleasant things? :( ~Inés

Once the girl, who would hopefully share her name already, arrives Inés will place the food in a place where the kitty will see it. If necessary she’ll use one of her books to fans the scent of the food towards kitty. She’ll speak with a comforting tone as to not spook Reymundo, but mostly she’ll do this coach how the girl should speak to calm kitty, since it was the owner’s voice that mattered most.

”Here kitty... Yummy [insert food name] awaits you. You want to taste it don’t you? I know you do. :) ” ~Inés

Inés will adjust her speech tone by watching the cat’s body language and the “meow” sound. She’ll match her tone and choose the words he reacts best until she gets him to be intrigued by her offers. Inés will watch for his ears to be pricked straight up and pointing forward, eyes to be wide open and sparkling, and tail to be standing straight up or rose slightly and curved. She’ll want the meow to be high pitched as possible. With those the kitty should be interested in the food enough to come down. If he doesn’t, Inés will consider the climbing up option.

Once the kitty comes down Inés will hand Reymundo some food from her hand. She’ll let the kitty smell her fingers as much as he likes. After feeding him a bit she’ll let him eat from the actual food plate while gently stroking him a few times as to not disturb him much. She’ll adjust her actions and speech until Reymundo is a happy and relaxed pussy.

”You like it don’t you? My name is Inés. Pleased to meet you Reymundo. I hope we’ll be good friends.” ~Inés

Cattleya

"Apology accepted. Yes, the Grand Festival is very important to this city and it's citizens. It's our way of celebrating a year of hard work and success. A day filled of fun and relaxation." said Dame Bethany as she and Cattleya continued walking.

Despite her short display of emotions earlier, Bethany's face was perfectly calm. That is....until she realized that Cattleya said some things that disturbed her. Dame Bethany's face immediately became completely frozen in an attempt to prevent her expressions from betraying her.

"Wait a minute....you Claymores don't consider yourselves human? What in the world is that Organization doing to you people...." said Bethany with a side glance.

Bethany was very quiet for a few seconds. With only one glance, Cattleya could tell that the Dame was trying to imagine each and every torture method used by Organization to make the powerful warriors discard their humanity like last month's garbage that everyone forgot to take out...

Once her mind was clear of the thoughts, (or she just decided to dwell on it later) Dame Bethany began speaking in the same tone of voice that could only be heard by the two of them, however her voice sounded more urgent this time.

"Not many people know of the attacks. We got the family members of the victims to remain quiet while we handle the situation.... Right now we're just using the excuse that the victims were all ill. Thank the Goddess for that doctor and his ability to clean up...."

Bethany paused for a second to catch her breath before speaking again.

"....But rumors have been spreading. Not to mention that your arrival is sending up warning signals to everyone. Do me a favor. From now on, refer to those creatures as vermin while you're here okay?"

Cattleya's next statement caused Dame Bethany's face to melt and return to it's original calmness. She look at Cattleya and although her eyes still held her usual intense gaze, there was a hint of warmness back there.

"Heh. There must be some humanity in your kind if you understand my feelings. I won't lie, luring those vermin out during the festival is a good idea, but I don't want the citizens in harm's way. They're people, not bait. ...You're right, we might as well just discuss it all with that Mayor..."

With all the walking and talking the two young women were doing, they were able to cover a good bit of distance without even realizing it. The very second Cattleya took notice to her surroundings, almost all of her senses were flooded. She could hear people arguing about prices. The sound of bells, laughter, animals... Smells of different oils, perfumes, foods, and animal waste filling the air... People flooding the streets trading, purchasing, returning (or trying to) everything in sight...

"Miss No-Name, welcome to my favorite place, as well as my birth place. The Merchant District." said Dame Bethany with a smirk.

Inés

The little girl calmly listened to Inés as she suggested bringing food. The girl looked like she was REALLY concentrating for a few seconds before she clapped her hands together so suddenly that it'd startle anyone without battle experience. The little girl smiled up at her REEEEALLY tall savior.

"Freshly smoked salmon! THAT'S Raymundo's favorite!!! I'll go get some now, it'll only take half an hour okay? I'll come back as fast as I can!!! Oh and forgive my manners, my name is Sabrina!!!"

With that, little Sabrina ran towards Tier as fast as her little legs could take her. Inés decided to stay and watch Raymundo the dare-devil....um...dare-cat...while Sabrina was gone. Reymundo watched Sabrina's retreating figure with interest. Just where was she going?

With the patience of a saint, Inés waited thirty minutes exactly while Sabrina was retrieving the smoked salmon. It was now five minutes past the time Sabrina said she'd come back. What was taking her so long? Before Inés could get worried further and begin searching for her, she smelled it. Freshly smoked salmon....

"Sorry I took so long Miss Blanc, /sorry This is straight from the smokehouse."

"Meoooow."

Looking up, both girls could see that Raymundo was quite curious about their actions. He was just sitting there, watching their every move while gently swinging his tail back and forward. But upon closer inspection, Inés could tell that it wasn't them that Raymundo was paying attention to. It was the Salmon.

Inés grabbed a book from her fancy backpack and began fanning the intoxicating aroma towards Raymundo's perch. The smell was reaching up into the tree, just not high enough to reach Raymundo... That is, until a gentle breeze came along.

”Here kitty... Yummy smoked salmon awaits you. You want to taste it don’t you? I know you do. :) ”

"Come on little Raymundo, come and eat. And there's a LOT more where that came from if you're a good little kitty." /kis

Raymundo was extremely entertained, his eyes dazzling like gems. Not only did he have two humans waiting on him hand and foot, but they were promising him salmon. SMOKED SALMON. Could life get any better for a kitten? Of course it could....they were already offering him more smoked salmon and he didn't even protest to earn it. The intoxicating smell of his favorite dish, along with the coaxing of two humans, one who matched his every emotion and movement with only her voice was just too much for Raymundo.

With his ears pricked, tail erect, and all that other stuff cat's do when they're happy/hungry, Raymundo let out a loud "MEOOOOOW!" and began hopping down the tree, one branch at a time. However, he didn't come all the way down. The second he reached the middle of the tree, Raymundo jumped from the tree and landed right into Inés's arms like he calculated the stunt months ago. After snuggling against her for a few seconds, Raymundo hopped down and began eating the salmon in Inés's hands, purring happily the entire time.

”You like it don’t you? My name is Inés. Pleased to meet you Reymundo. I hope we’ll be good friends.”

Raymundo purred again and continued eating, after Inés was done stroking him, Sabrina picked Raymundo up and began shaking her finger in front of his face like a worried mother would.

"This is the last time I let you explore outside the city gates alone Raymundo. You hear me? The LAST."

Raymundo tilted his head at Sabrina but began snuggling against her nonetheless. With her lecture complete, Sabrina smiled happily at Inés.

"Thank you so much again Miss Blanc. I really must repay you for this... Oh I know! How about you come with me to my house for some tea and sweets? Pleeeeeeease?"

~Inés~

Smoked salmon... As cat food? Now this gave some hints about the girl named Sabrina. No way was she a simple country girl. She was from a rich family and definitely wasted stuff like delicacy food on pets. Inés was never comfortable around rich people. This originated from her roots in Verno as the city people were on higher status and had completely different life styles. At least Reymundo was down from the tree safe and sound. Inés was glad she took part in making the world a better place, even it was beyond insignificant.

Another small step taken towards my Quest. Yay!.... ~Inés

Now Sabrina was inviting her to her house. Civility wasn’t dead after all. Not to mention sweets had a similar effect on Inés as smoked salmon had on Reymundo. Inés cursed Pixie for making her addicted to sugar like she was. The girl’s attitude took a sharp u-turn as she wanted to taste sweets real bad.

”Of course, I’d love to come. Lead the way Miss Sabrina. :) ” ~Inés

Inés will follow Sabrina to wherever she leads her. The renegade will observe her surroundings and if people are talking she’ll eavesdrop should she hears something interesting. She’ll also use her yoki sense to scan for yoki sources to be sure if there are any within half a mile around them. Inés will listen to what Sabrina says and do as she says as long as it is within reason. If not Inés will plan her next course of action.

"My apologize" Cattleya gently smiled as it wasn't like to forget her manners with everyone around her. "My name is Cattleya and i definitely agree about the plans that you did keeping the relatives of the victim quiet. This will make it easier hoping that this vermin that attacking your village will be that complacent and will just try to attack without even thinking.". The city shows a very productive economy, and this maybe the reason why the vermins are now targeting discreetly

Cattleya was smiling as she looks at the people running around and keeping themselves that busy with the coming Grand Festival. "An appropriate diversion and at the same time avoiding them to panic.'. It was pretty evident that the citizen of this town has faith and takes pride on the security that their leader can bring, but then again there are some instances that humans can do nothing, nothing at all.

"Maybe this is the best time to talk to your Mayor and also to discuss some plans with your crew Dame Bethany. I'm not underestimating you and your crew's ability but then again this mission will go as smoothly as possible if we work together don't you think?". Cattleya's voice will be calm and soothing her gestures will entail concern and honesty.

She was indeed determined to finish this mission with success but one thing makes her worried a bit and that is the involvement of Renegades in this situation. Cattleya will try to scan the surrounding area all the while that they are talking trying to check anything rather unusual.

Runeska nodded lightly as his question was answered. At least the warrior he would be ‘helping’ was someone he was already somewhat familiar with. Introductions and such wouldn’t be needed, and the job could simply commence. Once he finally arrived to the city’s entrance after some running, he was pleased to find that the guards didn’t question him or seem very aggressive. Making a slight nod of his head, Runeska said, “Thank you. I’ll be off then.” It was his biggest intent not to get lost, and a good stretch of it was a straight shoot, so he should be fine for a moment.

He started out as he usually would, taking a decent running pace, but it seemed as though the moment he really got moving, something hit him, or he hit something. It was sort of hard to tell, when the object or thing you hit wasn’t even there a second ago. “OOF!!! Mmmmmmm….” Runeska let out slight grunt in pain followed by a low groan as his tender rump met the hard and cold floor. After he winced slightly, he opened his eyes to see a female standing over him. Before he could make his own recovery, she’d already helped him to his feet.

“Hon? I’m… ok…” he answered her, his voice a bit questionable. If he didn’t expect to run into someone, he expected to have them show concern much less. Her accent was weird, but in a different way than an average stranger. He was going to pull himself away from her so that he could hurry along his way, but it seemed as though that was not an acceptable option. She was holding onto his arm while dusting him off like some sort of small child. His lips twisted into a bit of a small scowl as she explained herself and how she’d be dancing all over the town.

“But… but… I’m supposed to be…” Runeska would attempt to explain himself and turn down her offer. However, Runeska didn’t wish to sound rude, given the goal of his mission. Nor, did he want to potentially abandon his mission. That might get him in trouble… wait…. “Did you say I could eat all I want? I mean…” suddenly, his stomach interrupted the conversation by untimely rumbling loudly. Embarrassed, Runeska cleared his throat trying to force away his flushed cheeks. “Well, if you insist so, I wouldn’t want to turn down your generous offer Miss Sirène. My name is Runeska”

Runeska would allow himself to be led by Sirène around the town as she had wished. She mentioned food, so he would take all the smells around him, gradually seeming more enthusiastic about her offer and even stopping to point when he smelled something real tasty or sweet. He’s also take in the sights, pointing at random buildings that might interest him, which would mostly be restaurants and such places that looked tasty.

Inés

With Ines's answer, little Sabrina's eyes lit up like she won the lottery. With Raymundo laying happily in Sabrina's free arm, she quickly grabbed Ines's hand and began walking towards the city.

"Oh, you're gonna love it here Miss Blanc! Especially since the Grand Festival is today. I might not be able to go though... My big brother and sister are both too busy to take me..."

Sabrina instantly became quiet. Ines could tell from the loosening of her grip that this was a very sensitive subject for the little girl. Before the silence could become too painful, (or peaceful) Raymundo began to purr, prompting Sabrina to talk again. Her chatter was happy and consistent, talking about many different things until the city's gates were in view.

(Posted Image)

From what Ines could see (Aka almost everything) the city was pretty well guarded. Well...at least that's what it looked like from this side of the large city. As they approached the gates, two guards stared curiously at Ines, while barely giving Sabrina a second glance.

"Good day, Madam. What type of business do you have in the city?"

Before Ines could even form a syllable, Sabrina was already all up in the guards' faces.

"She's here with ME turdfaces! Now let us in, or SO HELP ME I'll tell my BROTHER!!!"

The guards didn't like this. AT ALL. While they generally ignored Sabrina's presence at first, the mention of her brother caused a drastic change in their attitude. Now they were treating the child like she was the Queen of the universe's firstborn daughter.

"O-oh! Now now, Miss Sabrina there's no need for all that!!!" the first guard cooed.

"Yes, by all means please take your honorable guest inside! Have a pleasant day Miss Sabrina! Have a pleasant day Miss!" said guard number two, motioning them inside while flagging a carriage.

"It's a shame that I have to bring my brother's name up whenever I want the respect I deserve."

The ride didn't take long, however it did provide Ines with enough time to observe/scan the area. There was no yoki in the vicinity, but being in the realm of the wealthy made Ines feel uncomfortable nonetheless.

After a few twists and turns they arrived at their desired location. Sabrina's home was pretty damn huge, holding three stories. It possessed a rather modern design, along with what looked like attic space.

Just ignore those ugly clouds.

(Posted Image)
After a rather tiring (in Sabrina's perspective) five minutes of ordering around maids, their tea party was properly prepared. Sabrina happily began eating sweets and drinking tea (sometimes doing both at the same time) while little Raymundo was busy under the table rubbing against the legs of both girls. After realizing she wasn't being very lady-like, Sabrina stopped vacuuming her meal and began blushing like crazy.

"So um...Miss Blanc. What brings you to the city? B-besides me dragging you here of course!"

Cattleya

"It's a pleasure to officially meet you, Cattleya. I don't think these vermin are that stupid. These murders seem planned. I think they've got something up their wretched sleeves..."

Dame Bethany allowed a casual smile to form upon her lips. With each sentence this Claymore was proving herself more valuable. No wonder the Organization took so much pride in them.

As they continued their walk through the Merchant's District, it became apparent to Cattleya that the Dame was taking her time. Was she planning some crazy plans of her own? Or maybe she was just a curious soul, wanting to know more about the beings called "Claymores"?

"Yes, if everyone wasn't wrapped up in the festival, word of these murders would spread without fail. Neighbor would turn a blade against neighbor, families would utterly tear apart at the slightest unusual comment. And let's not think about all of the vigilantes that'll pop up trying to slay whoever they think is a vermin..."

This part of the conversation possibly worried Dame Bethany more than the yoma themselves, judging how her face froze while speaking of it. After all, humans had the tendency to become irrational animals when chaos reigned supreme.

"Yes, working on a plan together will greatly improve our success rate. Once I send out the order, my police force will help you in any way possible."

Cattleya's suggestion to speak to the Mayor unfroze the Dame's face, giving her the initiative to speed up their walk. Within five minutes they were in the town square...
(Posted Image)
Ignore the red arrow.
"YOU STUPID WHORE!!!"

And shit got real.
(Posted Image)
Two women were going at it. HARD. As if in a trance, the crowd of the town square descended around the slugfest, forming a circle. The circle was almost impenetrable, making it hard for the police in the area to even get close enough to separate the two psycho-bitches. Dame Bethany was just staring at the event with a blank expression...

"This is probably over a stupid man... Hey, it's time to show me what you can do."

It was pretty damn clear that Dame Bethany wanted Cattleya to help break up the fight. It was pretty simple. She could just barge in and pull the women apart by herself. Or maybe she could work with the police force?

Runeska

Sirène giggled at Runeska's feeble attempts to escape her company. She wasn't going to let him get away that easily. After all, she made a mistake, and mistakes were meant to be learned from and corrected. Before their situation could become a literal tug-of-war, Runeska's stomach took control of his brain, giving in wholeheartedly. Sirène smiled happily and hugged Runeska, smooshing his head between her bosom.

"Of course you can eat all you want darling! The taverns covers all of my expenses anyway, so money is no problem. Now come, come little Runeska! We don't want to be late!"

With that being said, Sirène began running through the crowd, gently pulling Runeska behind her. However, she didn't part the crowd like most people would. Sirène just followed the flow of the crowd, darting around the various spaces provided for her and Runeska. Within five minutes they were standing in front of Sirène's first tavern, a place called "The Rusty Nipple".

"What a tasteless name for an establishment... But they're paying extra for my performance, so one shouldn't really complain, no? Come, let's go inside."
(Posted Image)
Inside of The Rusty Nipple was pretty crowded. There was the slightly sober, the drunks, the drunker drunks, the waaay drunker drunks, and the oh-my-god-you-should-be-dead drunks. Today was a day of celebration, and these people wanted to party hard early, puke/pass out, and party hard some more. The men of the crowd barely took notice to Runeska...because they were too busy eye-raping Sirène. After all, her outfit was rather...loud. However, before the men could actually get their hands on her, the bartender shouted out.

"Grope the dancer and I'll stop serving drinks!!!"

This threat was responded with an orchestra of groans and curses, but the drunks apparently took it seriously. Sirène found a table in the middle of the room and instructed Runeska to sit, followed by a few hand gestures towards the bartender that he apparently understood.

"A waitress will be with you shortly darling. Please eat until you're full and be sure to enjoy the performance."

Sirène then blew Runeska a kiss before walking onto the stage, where a Bard was waiting for her. The loud crowd of drunks became quiet as she turned her back and lowered her shawl slightly.

Sirène bowed her head....

And then the music began to play.

Calling Sirène graceful would be an understatement. Every step, leap, twist, twirl, flip, and spit was performed with alarming finesse. The crowds' eyes desperately followed Sirène's every movement. Runeska also found himself completely enthralled, unable to even blink. The entire world ceased to exist. Sirène was all that mattered. There was no longer any need to continue this mission. All Runeska wanted to do was watch Sirène dance. He'd watch her dance for all eternity if it was possible. Sirène twirled again. Runeska's heart gave a wretched sigh as their eyes met...

Silver. Her eyes were now silver.

It all made sense now. Running into a strange woman mere seconds after entering the city. Her strange hair. Her near relentless attempt to get him to follow her... Sirène was just the bait. Which meant...

"My my, it looks like the little fly got stuck in honey. Now tell me, what's a suit like you doing in a casual place like this?"

A female voice across from him confirmed it. He was trapped. Not only was he unable to peel his eyes away from Sirène, there was also something sharp and pointy poking his stomach from under the table. One wrong move...and he'd be screwed. Sirène smiled sweetly at Runeska while she continued dancing, her eyes never leaving his...

~Inés~

Such a forceful host she had. Sabrina was clearly a person who was used to things going her way. She was very loud and pulled all attraction on her. Inés normally just walked into the city and no guard stopped her. It took very attentive eyes and a sharp mind to notice she was carrying a massive sword and her outlandish looks. After all Inés had pink hair, foreign features, and silver eyes, yet the purpose of the pink hair was mostly to divert attention away from the colour of her eyes in the first place.

I only need someone next to me to spoil it all…. /sigh ~Inés

The usual complications of rich families still lived on. Elder members of the family were busy earning the unnecessary money while the young actually wanted them to spend more time with them. As always in life, if balance was not found unhappiness ensued. Inés was yet to find that balance but she was sure she was closer to it than most. At least she was trying to find one.

Such a foul mouth… You kiss your siblings with it? If her brother and sister are remotely like her I’m in for a long day. :( ~Inés

It was not like she’d get a bad treatment. Reymundo was the brother’s cat, not Sabrina’s. Inés wondered what Sabrina could possibly have done to earn any respect from the city guard. As the girl led her ahead pass the city gate Inés spoke to the guards apologetically with a low voice.

”Sorry for that. /sorry ” ~Inés

The carriage was an interesting experience. Inés had never ridden one before and it was sure troublesome to fit in. The tour showed her how much people wasted resources for luxury. But of course this was the jealousy of one raised in the country. Yet ordering servants around was something she didn’t like at all. Inés kept on a serious expression at Sabrina as she ordered people around.

Then the actual event took place. The tea party gave weirdly reminded her of Alexander, but the sweets were making up for it. Tea calmed her down. Inés was really mad earlier and if Sabrina continued she might have even snap at her. The spoiled girl finally noticed she was a “bit” unlady like and asked Inés why she was here.

”I came here upon hearing the reputation of Tier’s rich cuisine. I assume the festival would be a good time to find out. Yet I’m a stranger here. Perhaps you’d help me if I escorted you in the Grand Festival /? ” ~Inés

It was a simple suggestion. She needed a guide and Sabrina wanted to go to the festival. If her siblings couldn't take her she could be the escort she needed. Inés waited for her answer as she sipped her tea and ate sweets slowly, savouring their taste as much as she could.
