The poll is anonymous - if anyone doesn't mind posting here his suggestion, I won't mind. I created that thread because I am prepared for criticism.

No, I am not self concious - I just think that with each day I start to care less and less about my writing style - I realised it not only with people questioning sometimes what I meant but when I was doing my perk solo, from which I am not satisfied.

I know I'm probably not the best person to post here, as I just got here, but I've looked a little into what Kol has been doin' and overall it's been quite a bit above average. The only thing I could say is that I generally don't see an abundance of problem solving necessary in completing an objective. I find the most fulfilling part of RPing to be overcoming characters' weaknesses with cunning and clever little plans and uncovering infomation slowly, detective style, so that there's always something to ponder and always something to do. I'm not sure if it's just my lack of experience on the site that gives me the impression of linear-ness-ity but I felt it necessary nevertheless to voice my opinion ^_^ So don't take it personally Kol~ You rawk~ I'm looking forward to seeing how this site and you as a GM develop. It's gonna be blast!

One love~!

Oh, I even can explain myself for that.

Basically, I'm too nice :D I come from the idea that if you guys will lose in the first second of the game because you do something stupid (and all Murphy laws says you will) you won't enjoy it. I also won't enjoy it. Like a sadistic murder, it's nice to actually give your pray a way to save himself. Except in this fact I like more the idea of giving the candy and then taking it away and then giving smaller lolipop.

Also Claymore are Claymore ;p It is linear - unfortunately. Kill yoma, Kill AB, go to next city. kill renegade - seriously, this series would make for great MMORPG since a lot of them is about that.

Yeah we're a bit limited by format here. I don't think there's any inherent problem with the writing and presentation, except for maybe the GMs sometimes trying to make an RP set in the Claymore universe a lot more sophisticated than it is. This is not to say it's impossible to have great deep plots in a universe like this but they are mainly going to be character-centric. If you take a look at war fiction, pulp sci-fi, medieval fantasy, etc, the stories tend to be about characters and their relationships with others, resolving demons of their past, etc.

The problem with these kinds of plots however, is that the onus is mainly on players to add hooks like that to their character background. Many of the players now are newcomers who haven't had enough time to incorporate changes and such into their character's personality that would allow for "deeper" roleplay. Even among some of the veterans I notice that peoples' personalities don't ever really change no matter what kind of circumstances they're thrust into. Character development is a delicate process and it's more art than science deciding what events should influence your character and what events shouldn't.

If I look back at what events I chose to influence Mara, some people might say I was overreacting to specific bad things that happened to me, but this is Claymore we're talking about here. Claymores are super-soldiers at the end of the day and they have all the problems that come with being super-soldiers. They're conditioned, trained, and artificially enhanced from a very young age. Their emotional development isn't always what it could be. In many cases they have no parents. It's easy to see why some would forsake the Organisation and become renegades, living only for themselves. What would drive a Claymore to remain loyal to the Organisation? Blind devotion? A sense of honour or obligation? An absolute belief that what they're doing is the right thing? Those kinds of characters are always more challenging, but will make you a better writer at the end of the day.

Being a rebel's easy, but it sure is fun :P

Aside from small grammatical errors, it seems fine to me.

I'm still a beginner RPer. With my limited experiance I can't say very much but I find that the missions are great. I have no qualms or disagreement in regards to the missions and your posts Kolox. Sometimes I find it difficult to understand a few lines but that's mostly just me I'm betting.

I am a fairly simple minded person and I do become quite oblivious to a lot of things, so that may be why I do not see any major problems. The stories are quiet linear with a good and straight forward plot. You add in some side stories as well and that, like spices, helps to add to the..."flavor" if you will. For example, the Jacob's "Masked Yomas" storyline, which unfortunately seems to be scrapped, was interesting, as in almost every mission Jacob would be there in some form or another. Everyone percieves him as a threat but no one really looked further into his secret activities, and I was hoping to have done so.

All in all, I think you are doing one hell of a job already. It may not mean much or anything at all coming from me, but I believe you are doing a GREAT job! Keep up the good work! :D

The only thing I can really comment on is your grammar. At times it's like you've got a complete brain fart and just spell out the first thing that comes to mind.
/sorry
May I suggest Spell Checker? /thanks
