- Saber -

It was that Archer again. Roland already fought with him before and all of his attack were useless because of Aude, the shield with blessings of his loved one. But Cavaliers fantastic attack had brought his shield down. He apologized to his love but there was nothing to cry about, the weapons are there to break and use and the shield served it's purpose - Saber learnt how strong Rider was and he was saved from sure-to-kull attack.

Before him was now Servant Berserker, his wounds quickly regenerated as the runes on his body glew.

"I see, a sword that can cut the mountains and brings winds down, swirls like tornado. The Caladbolg. Perfect - I challenge you then to fight to death, Berserker" said Saber and took his might sword out, Durendal

Berserker, like he knew that Saber was planning something started to be unsure if to attack but it was too late.

"PEERLESS SWORD, DURENDAL !!" the sword swung above the head and pointed in the air as the powerful light came from the ground.

(Posted Image)

A powerful pilar of light appeared above Saber and it cut the sky and fabric of space too. The whole town was shaking.

Berserker was lucky as his sixth sense warned him well but he didn't go unharmed - his whole left arm was missing.

"So you survived, then let's continue, Berserker"

- Rider -

Archer fire arrows shot at him with incredible speed - one after another was shot at him, but when Ascalon was put in front, a glow appeared that reflected every attack.
So Archer needed to go serious

" GANDIVA - BURN MY ENEMIES"

(Posted Image)

A powerful fireball was shot at George and Gabriel could not simply ride next to it. George also knew that this one was to power to take head on and he changed the course. The fire attack missed George and went straight at Lancer. The red haired servant just moved her lance at pointed at the enormous fireball

"Hera, give me strenght ! yellled Lancer and the the fireball was absorbed by the tip of the halberd. There was no blast, the attack was completely swallowed - the tip of the halberd became orange and started to glow.

" You've got to be kidding me !!" said Archer but he needed to focus again as although Rider could not pursue Archer anymore, he got on top of the building. Archer shot few fire shots directly at rider but George simply bounced them of with tip of Ascalon

" Oh come on, how can you be that fast !" yelled Archer at Rider. There was only 30 meters distance from them.

Rider

"I can be this fast through the grace of the lord our God, and you Archer must pay for your sins against the people of this city, may the Lord be with you"

George lowered his lance and charged at Archer, all he could do was hope he was faster than Archers bow and that he was still on the righteous path.

He could feel his strength starting to wane, his energy levels were becoming too low because of the constant fighting. This had to end quickly. He did not feel any real companionship with his master, but then again, he had spoken only a few lines with him. But anyway, he did not want to cause him to go through the pain of a mana transfer.

he aimed his lance, again, at the chest of his opponent, it was an easy target and had potential to cause a lot of damage with a dirict hit... not that his luck with hitting was particularly good of late. His skill was slipping.

With a murmured prayer of protection against spirits he lunged towards Archer.

- Rider -

"Yeah well, your gods have nothing to do with me" simply claimed Archer and pointed his bow and arrow at Rider.

Rider was already charging at him with grand speed and 30 meters of the distance was simply no obstacle but then, Archer suddenly changed into his spirt form. Gabriel was suprised but Rider could see him that he just passed down the floor to the room below.

George already knew what Archer planned and moved Gabriel from where they stood - as expected, an arrow with consistency of lava passed through the floor and more of them did, forcing George to dance around on top of office building until the celling completely collapsed.

The annoying Archer did it again and once George fell on the floor below, Archer was already below him and started to shoot again. It was incredibly how Archer could shoot at him with such precision without even seeing him. It was definetely a skill of this particular one.

The steed of George lost it's patience and the sparks appeared on the hooves again, trampling the floor and making it fall on Archer. It seems the whole battle made Gabriel uneasy and tired and it was harder to control it. The horse was acting so wildly that the whole building collapsed.

Both Archer and Rider changed into their spirit forms to avoid physical damage and get out of the rumble. Archer again shot at Rider and he again just destroyed it with Ascalon. It was troublesome how much energy Archer had, it was the main power of that class I guess.

There was a bit of change of sceneray as Saber was repairing his armour while Berserker was fighting Lancer. It seems that when the lance absorbed Archer's attack, some of the energy was returned back to her. Berserker now being one handed was not as vicious but still enough to keep Lancer at bay.

Rider faced Archer again and Archer was already ready to shoot, but suddenly another interuption appeared. There was no end to this night...

(Posted Image)

A thunder came down in the middle of the battlefield and an old man in strange crown, scepter and white robes appeared in middle of it. Everyone was shocked, except Lancer and Berserker who decided to act like nothing happened and continue their duel.

(Posted Image)

"This is something I could not ignore, but my preparations are already complete - I summon the lesser key 10, 22 and 33" said the servant in one robe

Suddenly a vision in everyone eyes appeared as the faces of tormented surrounded Caster and they moved quickly at the target - Berserker. The dark spirits made few swirls around him and then they hit his chest and were absorbed inside.

ARRRRRRGH

(Posted Image)

Berserker's scream was heard everywhere but suddenly in the place where Saber removed the whole arm of the 2.4 meter giant, something started to suddnely grow. An lizard like arm. Gabriel made a sound - the berserker class servant just grew dragon like claw.

(Posted Image)

"Fergus, my new friend, come to me" said the servant in the middle, who would appear that is Caster

The berserker calmly jumped to him, ignoring Lancer and kneeled before him.

"As you can see, I dealt with the problem of our friend running wild in the city. Sheath your weapons and don't make more trouble - Djiins ! "

Again Caster rose his arm and from 5 rings on his hand came elemental creatures that started to move around the vicinity with incredible speed. In just a second the whole structure around them looked like it was before and people slowly started to go back home, like they were in trance, ignoring a group of servants armored and ready to kill.

"If anyone wants to really prove himself, I suggest to meet me at the city hall, I assure there will be no witnessess or innocent people. Whoever dears to take my challenge, I assure you we will have a fair fight. Good day to you, fellow heroes" said Caster and suddenly he and berserker disappeared.

The rest 4 servants were left dumbfounded, not knowing what just happened. Suddenly Archer broke the silence

"Who the hell does he think he is ?"

Rider

After that display of power it was definitly apparentthat he was going to be the "super-power" of this war, the one we were all going to have to watch out for. But that was definitly a fight for another night. He was too low on energy to prolong his fight any further, he unsummoned Ascalon, dismounted from Gabriel and gave him a quick good-bye nuzzle before unsumming him, he would not have survived this night were it not for Gabriel.

"Who the hell does he think he is ?"

George turned to face him. now that he actually looked at Archer he could see some resemblance in him to a legend that he knew of... but he couldnt quite place it.... AH!

"You are Arjuna, the master archer arent you? You wield the bow of the fire god, Gandiva, right?"

George shrugged slightly, either way, if he was wrong or right it didnt really matter.

"As to your question, I believe that Caster thinks that he is 'the boss' and judging by that display I fear he may have good cause to believe so."

Once he had finished this statement, he bowed to him, he was a worthy opponent indeed. and then went to rejoin Saber and Lancer. He removed his helmet and extended a hand to Saber.

"It was a honor to fight such a man as you Saber, and an even greater one to fight at your side, even if it was just for a moment. Although I believe that our truce will have to end when we part tonight, may God be with you." He then turned to Lancer.

"Well met Lancer, I am Rider, are you alright?"

- Meeting of the heroes -

Lancer did not had as friendly look as George gave her and she swung her spear to make Rider distance himself

"Don't get friendly with me. Just because I am a woman you think you can just approach me like that, trying to be all sweet and all. I came here to fight and that's what happened - a man who humililated me run away with another man who also humililated us all and I don't think you guys saved me or anything"

Archer took of his mask, a young boy face with dark hair and paint on his face appeared before them

"Wow, someone has a bad time of the month"

Saber made a loud coughing sound and Archer just looked at him asking "What?" but Lancer already turned red

"That's what associating with man ends up like, I've had it - better none of you fallow me. I had enough !!" said the female lancer and she changed into spirit form and moved north-west

For few seconds no one said a word, even Rider, whatever he thought it would be wise to fallow her and see where she was going, couldn't kinda understand what just happened

"Woman, who needs them - I on the other hand had a lot of wives and never let mine wine a lot"

"Quite barbaric culture, love should be not split like that" said Saber and then looked at Rider "Cavalire makes a point, the servant who most certainly was Caster seems like rather troublesome one. Even I, who is of class that is natural enemy of his, am not sure if I can deal with him witout bringing unwanted attention..

"Unwanted attention ? Listen oldy, what we did was unwanted attention and I will hear a lot from my master, but the guy with tapping his fingers repaired the whole thing and he took control of Berserker, who was the very beginning of the problems. I came here as soon as I saw him running around, true, I kinda messed up and burned the forest and true, when I saw you I wanted to blast, but we all kinda came here to stop Berserker, right ? And did we succeed ? He did

"You are quick to give quite the credit to Caster, but remember that he recognised Fergus immediately. I think this all was planned and we are falling into magicians trap. Most of them cannot be trusted..well, I don't take my master as one of them, he is trustworthy guy"

"Good for you, mine just nags me to behave"

"Cavalier and Sir Arjuna, it might be sudden but I think it might be not a bad idea if we let our masters meet and decide if they want to cooperate

Rider

"I dont think that my master would be adverse to that idea he seems like an alright person, although I cannot be 100% sure, Ive only talked to him for about 3 minutes in total, its not really enough time to know much about him..... But I think that the chance to ally with two of the "knightly" classes will be enough to sway him. I mean, he originally hoped that I would be one of them, he was definitely not expecting me to be Rider."

George smiled slightly at the memory of Tancreds face when he first saw him appear.

"Yeah, he seemed kind of disappointed that I was not Saber or Lancer, and I suppose my appearence didnt really help the image either"

George looked down at his armour and compared himself to the paintings and drawings that had been made over the years, well, atleast they got the black right.

- Rider -

"Well, whatever shiny knight, I will deal with Caster my own way but if you want to tag along when getting to that whole city hall, then you will see it turned into crisps tomorrow. Today, I shall spare you, be grateful. Farewell" said Archer and immediately he turned into his spirit form and moved.

It was bit true, maybe Archer wasn't stronger than them but he had more energy ,he was quite clever and agile so if the fight continued, the fight might have turned to Archer favour. Although he seemed like a good person, his hot headiness and lack of respect to chivalry made him rather hard to deal with.

"That's his way. I cannot stay here too long too Chevalier. Like you stated, we still pursue the grail for our masters and can't accept each other objectives. But I was given a contraption of this era" said Saber and he pulled out something under his chainmail. Rider possessed the knowledge, human called it the "Cell phone" or "Mobile phone" or "wireless" or many other. Simply it was used for communication.

"My master set this item so I could communicate with him or with church. It seems to be untraceable too, so don't worry, my Master...he is everything but malicious. After knowing him for a while, I am afraid one day he will ask me to save all the puppies in the world or solve the problem of hunger in africa. He is such a person.."

Saber handed the cell phone to George. Rider automatically accepted it, somehow the honest nature of Saber right now made him hard to refuse. I guess it was the Charisma that Roland possessed that made him so easier to talk.

Saber step to Rider and then came to him with hand prepared for handshake

"It was a pleasure to meet you, Saint George Anici. Be well, Cavalier, I will not forgive you if you will be defeated before I settle my match with you. Adieu"

Rider

"Thank-you Roland, Paladin, I will pass this on to my Master when I next see him, and the same to you, we are currently drawing with our match, I would most certainly like to see it continued"

With a last smile at Saber he turned around and headed back the way he came, back to the church, hopefully his master was still there, and if not he would just have to find him, so he could tell him what he had found out, and so that they could plan on how to defeat Caster, for he seemed to be the greatest threat at the minute.

@Rider:

Your journey back to the church passes without much incident. The lights in the church are still on and the door is open - another man in black robes is being shown in. You see the priest who called himself the Arbitrator coming out to meet him and then he notices your presence.

"Ah, Servant Rider. I am sorry but your Master is not here at the moment though I imagine he will return here soon. You can wait here if you wish. Please. Step inside. It would look rather suspicious for us to be standing out here at odd hours, and it is rather cold."

He then gestured to the other man, who nodded and turned to leave.

"Please wait a little while longer. I will see you soon", Aled then turned to the servant Rider, "oh, pay him no mind. He is an associate of mine who is here for instruction. He is not a threat."

||Tancred||

After he had left the branching tunnel in which he had encountered the strange, vampire-like creature, the rest of the journey back to his secret lair was pretty uneventful. Only when he had come close to the trapdoor that led into his chamber, he realized that he suddenly began to feel incredibly tired and that each step he took forward, demanded more and more strength as well as concentration, almost as if he was wading through a waist-deep morass and every few minutes he had to take a short break to catch his breath. His eyes grew weary of the dim glow, the ball in his right hand was radiating and he was tempted to simply continue without any source of light. Within a matter of seconds the dull pain somewhere behind his forehead, which had been bothering him ever since he had completed the summoning ritual, had turned into an intense, steadily pulsating ache.

It did, however, not take a long time to deduce who was actually responsible for the sudden appearance of symptoms, which usually indicated a physical overexertion. The only eligible reason for all of this was that his servant had gotten into a fight and was quickly using up what little of energy reserves he had. It was only logical that once he had exhausted his own mana storage he would begin to directly drain the precious magical energy directly from his master.

Unfortunately, there was little he could do. Of course he always had the option of recalling George with a command-spell, but as long as he could still walk and did not have any evidence that his servant was actually losing, he would refrain from abusing suchlike a powerful devise for a relatively negligible matter.

Finally he was back at his lair and collapsing into an old armchair that stood beside the large table in the middle of the room. He decided that it was time to take a rest and allow his magical capacities to recover.

Rider

Huh, Tancred didnt stay here. Well in that case there must have been only one place he could go. back to his lair, where he had summoned me.

"Thanks, but no thanks Arbitrator, I will go and look elsewhere."

Rider dematerialised and ran back to the lair.

When he got back there he found Tancred resting in an armchair. Materialising again he said.

"Master, we may have a problem."

"I discovered the source of the inferno, it was the result between a fight between Berserker and Archer, I also fought with Saber and met Lancer and Caster.

Saber is the french hero Roland, he wields the sword Durendal and a horn that greatly increases his fighting abilites, he also had a shield called Aude, but it broke under my lance.

Archer is the hero Arjuna who wields the bow of the fire God Gandiva, he specialises in fire and lava based archery and has an ability that allows him to know where his opponent is even when he cannot see him.

Berserker is the irish hero Fergus mac Roich, he wields the sword Caladbolg, he is a giant person and is extremely strong, but I believe he is now under the control of Caster because of a strange spell he used.

Caster is King Soloman, and he seems to use djiins from rings on his hands and keys of magic, I dont know what they do.

Lancer is the heroine Penthesilea from the Amazon tribes, she uses some sort of Halberd and seems to be able to absorb others attacks with it and empower her weapon with them, she also prays to the greek gods for protection. She also has no time for men at all."

Once he had finished this he relaxed slightly, it had been a truly interesting night. Ah he had almost forgot. he fished the cellphone Saber had given to him fromout of his armour and reached out to give it to Tancred.

"Caster is easily the most powerful of the Servants I have seen, Saber has expressed a wish to cooperate in this instance, he said you can contact his master using this. I believe it would be wise to cooperate with him master."

- Situation -

As Tancred got through the sewers and then went to his secret chamber, which now was cold and gloomy and definitely didn't feel welcome, he could only do one thing, get near his resting corner and fall on the futon he had there.

To his irritation and yet relief, Rider returned and he started to explain what happened. The secrecy of war was not harmed but the secrecy of identities was different matter. It seemed like most of the heroes got to know each other - except Assassin but considering the situation, it was safe to assume Assassin already looked into the identities of other heroes, giving him the biggest advantage here. Not to mention Caster, who saved the secrecy of the war but also shown his superiority easily.

Rider was also tired and he needed to dematerialize his armour, leaving him in just a shirt made of linen and pair of linen trousers, a simple clothing that made Tancred realize how young George appears to be - like a kid compared to Tancred, who wasn't that old himself and yet such impression came to his mind.

It was past 3 am and it was still raining loudly. Tancred was starting to believe he was not going to get a good night sleep.

- Church -

The proposal was quickly refused by servant Rider, but it was of no matter. There would be more chances to talk with other servants and masters. Although Caster was troublesome, the mediator of the war couldn't forget that it was thanks to Caster that the effects of the wars were masked and memory of people involved in were changed. Not to mention Rider created such a chaos that Aled compiled quite an informations.

"Father, we met this strange woman. She..wanted to talked with you"

Aled stopped thinking and near the entrance a woman in purple dress and long dark hair stood here. He recognised her but wasn't pleased with seeing her....

Aled nodded to the man who showed "that woman" in and dismissed him with another curt gesture. Seeing "that woman" was the last thing he wanted to do this late at night, after all he was human as well and needed to sleep and in truth he did not want to be bothered by this interruption. He recognised the woman. Her family was one of those that proposed the system known as the Holy Grail War in Scotland; a family whose history was very well known to the Roman Catholic Church.

Mages. Always trying to meddle in things they could not fully comprehend. He forced a smile.

"It must have been so very tiresome to travel all this way to see this humble shepherd. Well then, since you came all this way, let me assure you that the Church is doing all that it can to ensure that this little pet project of yours is being kept under control. We will do our duty as you have done yours. Is there anything else you need from me?"

- Church Servant -

Magdalene Fleming. A poison master. A deceiver. A ever young magus. Although she gained eternally young body, it did not grant her immortality. She would die like most of people of old age or sicknesses. It just that she didn't needed to look old, but her skin and body was just an illusion of a woman who refused to grow silver hair. She was already 70 but no one would give her more than 25.

"So little respect from the dog of a church. Is that all you have to say after I granted you the gift of seeing me, the most beautiful woman of scotland ?"

Anyone who was saying something like that out front at the very beginning of the conversation must have issues. Lot's of issues.

"I've seen what just happened. Quite a spectacle and he - as a Caster - now that's troublesome for you, isn't it ? But that's not my reason to come here. All other families had abandoned the idea of creating grail here, as the Greater Grail which would open the gates to origin would not be able to appear in scotland. But it is not said that the wish, even a small one, can't be granted and this is the first war in Scotland where heroes of such calibre were summoned. So I had some hopes and decided to look over this war. It is my responsibility to make sure that the grail will not be used as the weapon against my own country, isn't it"

Some of Aled workers, who were wondering in the church, smirked. Responsibility and her. Her family at word of "Incomplete grail" casted away the responsibility and gave the church free hand to do whatever they want. Even the magic association wasn't really all sure what was happening here.

"I will get to what I want. I know you don't know Lancer's master identity and there is good reason for that. She is very..dangerous to your cause. But she made a blunder and one of my familiars seen her talking with her servant, the amazon queen. Now what would you do for information on master that could be so dangerous to you ?"

Magdalene smiled. She was a beautiful woman but the way she smiled was just ugly

||Tancred||

”Very well… I am deeply impressed that you were able to hold your ground against such famous and valuable servants… in addition having gained knowledge of the identities of almost every servant but Assassin could prove vital during the further course of the war… Was there actually any indication or reason to believe that one of the other servants had managed to determine your true identity? From the strain I have felt back then, I deduce that you have been throwing around your Noble Phantasm quite extensively.”

The news his servant had brought Tancred were truly interesting ones, nevertheless what he had witnessed in the canals beneath the city still lingered on his mind. Could he allow himself to be distracted by something that was so obviously unrelated to the war? Under normal circumstances he would have answered “no” without hesitation, but participating in the Holy Grail War, which was after all a conflict of mages, it was needless to say that the situation was everything but normal. Sighing, he sagged even deeper into the armchair he had occupied when he had returned from his little excursion through the sewers and had never bothered to leave it since.

As a matter of fact he strongly doubted that he could rise from it, even if he wanted to. His muscles were sore and the dull ache in his head did not seem like it was going to disappear any time soon. Most likely it was only due to the sound of the heavy rain outside that he was probably still awake, but unfortunately there was still one thing he had to do before he could allow himself a few hours of rest.

”So…what do you think of Saber and his master?…Regardless of what you have heard he seems pretty spineless, though not simple and narrow-minded like most of those folks… perhaps we could use this to our advantage”

He began to maunder, while dialing the only number that had been saved on the phone. He did not really give his servant a chance to state his opinion and thus answer his question, but there was simply no time for it. Every second they wasted brought him closer to the edge of sleep and soon enough not even a thunderstorm would stop him from falling asleep.

- Saber Mansion -

"So Saber, what do you know about Rider's master ?"

"Not much, sir, but I know about Rider, St.George who is a very honourable man. If the rule that masters and servants are alike works here too, then he should understand well the situation"

"And that Caster..Is he that much of a threat ?"

"No sir, he might be the strongest servant in this war, but that's not the reason I want to team up with Rider. It's Berserker and Assassin that makes me worried, sir. Not only that, Archer, although seems to be a good person, can be out of control, he doesn't have soldiers discipline. Lancer also seems to be too emotional. It is both our objective, sir, to win this war without casualties. Caster wants another battle royale that may or may not end up with as even greater catastrophe than now"

"Ah yes, but isn't it true that thanks to Caster everything was repaired ?"

"Don't be fooled sir, Caster class is not a knightly class, if he has a way of blasting half of the city into kingdom come and take all of his enemies in it, he would do it. Not to mention we have no idea what kind of master controls Caster.Even me, Roland, would not harm innocent, but if you forced me to use my Durendal second move, not much of this city would be left to save.."

"..your right Saber, human will can be so easily swayed. It might be safe to have an ally in this next fight. If all servants are going to meet up again in territory that is advantageous for one servant only, we can't only rely on our strenght to keep situation under control"

"Precisely, sir, also I would like to finish my duel with Rider the way true knights do, not decided by enemy and what's more, treacherous magician"

Their talk was interrupted by the ringing phone. They were about to get their answer

- Tancred -

He rang the only number on the phone, but there was no sound of dialing. Actually, the phone wasn't actually connecting to any known network. Quite a curious contraption he got, it wasn't a normal phone at all, Tancred curiosity grew to the level he was thinking about dismantling him.

"Ah, hello" said a voice on from the speaker of the phone. The voice sounded quite..old. "You must be Rider's master. Roland told me all about the fight that took place today. He was so excited fighting such a famous knight but... ah, but where are my manners. My name is Jonathan Wright, that is actually a changed name, I used to be from family of Makiaviel."

Makiaviel ? That was quite a surname Tancred didn't want to hear. Quite a vicious and old family, but he might be from one of the branches. With time the blood of famous families grow thin, like in most families. Even if someone said today that his grand ancestor was Merlin, it was unlikely he would have even 1/100 of his power. But yet Makiaviel were family quite..brutal.

"Caster seems to want to create another turmoil like today. In Saber's opinion, Caster is willing to end this whole war in one day and what we were worried about was simply the consequences of that act. It may be one tactic to not respond to such declaration and yet I and Saber believe that leaving such fight alone might just allow Caster to become more dangerous than he is. For now, I would like to ask if we could declare a peace treaty among ourselves until Caster threat is eliminated. I assure you, we will not escape from the fight and at the end of the war, we can have a honorary duel to see who should get the grail...although the grail itself doesn't interest me that much..I was born in this city and would love to see it in one piece after this war"

”I, Tancred Haraldson feel honoured by your offer and hereby accept it unconditionally. Now that we have completed these acts of formality, I suggest that quickly devise a strategy to forestall Caster’s plan from being into action, as I believe that a mere armstice will not be sufficient to defeat Caster and whoever his master might be.”

Things were starting to get interesting. Who would have expected a member of that infamous kin of magi to participate in this War? Tancred had not, for he had believed that the bloodlines had long thinned out to such a degree that this clan was no longer able to bring forth any capable mage. As a matter of fact, he had now been proven wrong. What bothered, however, was the reason due to which Saber’s master had changed his name. Was it to escape the tarnished reputation of his ancestors and avoid any association with them or did he merely want to hide his true nature? Questions that would soon be answered or so Tancred was hoping.

”Anyway, before we discuss our further modus operandi, I would suggest that we meet in person, which can be viewed as an act of trust among future allies. Although our enemies have shown a certain disregard for the rule that forbids the involvement of any witnesses, I still consider a public place the probably safest location for suchlike a meeting… I hope you do understand that I have a hard time trusting someone I only know as voice delivered to me through the speakers of a mobile telephone. Discretion is after all still better than valour.”

- Jonathan and Tancred -

"Very well, I'm actually an owner of a small restaurant, not that far from the church. I can close it for a bit so no one would bother me. Unfortunately, I will have Roland come with me, not only he doesn't want to leave me alone..he also loves my wine cellar. I was planning to close it for that day anyway, no customers and no wine lately..But if you want even more neutral ground, I can cooperate, but I assure you, I wouldn't create any boundary fields near church and which would in any way harm my customers - I wouldn't want anyone vomiting on my floor after eating my dishes just because he got pierced through great amount of mana. That's would just bring bad name..ah, I remember when..""

Afterwards Tancred was about to hear how Jonathan found this place, he met a girl with whom they started it and that she was quite a beauty but her family was poor and she needed to move out and although he chased after her, there was another and it the story could go on and on....

The voice didn't sound malicious or anything. Actually, it sounded quite..naive. But that didn't prove anything..

”I do not have any objections regarding the location of our little meeting or the presence of your servant, for I am planning on bringing my servant along too. Let’s just hope that they will not indulge in emptying your wine cellar too much… Now that we have determined the where, we just need to decide on the when… Again I would suggest conditions under which the appearance of a hostile master would seem very unlikely… Sometime during the early afternoon would probably be appropriate, since I still want to get at least some sort of rest before leaving my… save haven again.”
Tancred answered in a slightly annoyed and mocking tone.

Judging from his nonchalant and easy-going attitude, his future ally was either a fool or a ridiculously good actor. Regardless of this, he was incredibly tired and had already grown weary of the boring monologue the other master was giving. This was the last topic he would allow his maltreated mind to consider, before he would lay himself down to sleep. He needed to restore both his mental as well as his magical abilities and would be best to do so ere the sund had risen.
