- The Background -
- Organization -

Organization let the renegades roam for quite a while already. It seemed that on various occasions, the warriors of the organization have met with renegades and either struggled with them or cooperated. Though it was a bad reputation for organization to have a warrior work outside the rules of their little system or survivor long enough to actually have time to reconsider its existence, the organization did not perform any extreme moves to actually solve their renegade problem.

Until now.

With some warriors showing promise of becoming new role models for future generations of claymore, Organizations needs for the current generation to assume roles that would grant respect and ambition. While the institution of an "EYE" existed, though it had lost its recruits few times, other titles were created to expand and evolve current rank system, which seemed to be lacking.

With that illusion of additional freedom given to most loyal members, the titles "HAND", "SHIELD" and "VOICE" were implemented.

But those who would take those titles needed a way to prove they worth. Organization handlers, on a meeting, decided to kill two birds on one sitting - they would gain those titles and become role models for new generation to come by finally solving the renegade problem.

Hence a rather large group of organization warriors was dispatched to pick the renegades on by one...

- Renegades -

'Your in danger. The organization knows of your movement. You can't defend yourself alone and I can't help you yet, but I will try. Come to the disclosed location and you will meet your comrades. Together you will be stronger. At place, I will leave additional instructions leading to place that should interest you. Make Haste.

Mr. X"

That was a letter each of the renegades, casted in different parts of the world, were given. Messengers varried, from courier boys to letters stuck to the tree to carrier pigeons. They knew the words to be true as organization was indeed rounding them up and waiting..stalling. They were waiting to attack with greater group each of them, so they would have no choice but fall from their swords.

They didn't know if they could trust Mr.X, but they knew that if they met other renegades like themselves, they will be able to tackle any opposition that comes in their way.

- Awakened Beings -

It became harder to hunt on humans since organization mobilised their warriors to work in much bigger groups rather than in a small one. Even with a power of an awakened being, most of them couldn't fight 12 warriors at once. Most fell, but smart ones knew how to deal with the problem...

..and that was to strike back. Once the organization little militia would find themselves a different pray, any smart and level-headed awakened being would set a trap and wait for them to make a mistake. Then the organization meat will fall right into their hands..

- Mr.X -

Mr. X was looking at the city of ###, troubled that this was the location the fight would occur. But perhaps it was for the best, humanity needed to see the ugly side of the hybrid inner conflict, and this city would serve it.

The messenger was sent and he delivered the package, but he had one more task to do - hopefully, if he succeeds, he will help the renegades to unity and escape the organization, shaming them and dropping it's morale to the extend, that future generations of claymores will revere renegades more than their single digits.

- The Battlefield -

The broken village of Dania had an unfortunate pleasure of being a sight for quite large battle between Rabona army and the rebels of the crown, who decided to set their main camp here. The village of Dania which is now split in several smaller villages still has various fortifications and leftovers from the battlefield all over the plains - it did happen just two months ago and the villagers themselves didn't have enough time to scavenge since what they concentrated on doing first was reconstruction.

Other problems with battlefields are bandits who tend to exploit the fact the village is in no state to defend themselves and force them to pay them 'protection money' so no other groups of bandits would raid them and of course most problematic of the all - yoma, who take bodies of fallen in the battle and miraculously survive.

Renegades were sent here by Mr.X for a reason, as the city was plunged in chaos and depression, a sight of a claymore did not arise so much concern as in other regions. The villagers had enough on hand with trying to set themselves straight again and paying bandits, they have no money to pay claymores so if they arrive and kill yoma or two without a contract, it's all better for them. A peculiar situation where a hybrid abomination walking through the centre of the street caused little commotion compared to other problems the villages have.

Dania was separated to west, north, south and east Dania. They currently managed to revive their cattle and plants farms but Dania used to be famous for their fishes. Unfortunately, that marker crashed as during the battle all the ships were destroyed or taken for sake of war. Also the mines were used by rebels to hide and currently they operate as bandit hideouts. There is a rumour that the mines actually go through the mountains and hence bandits claimed them so if Rabona knights ever returned, they could quickly escape.

To knowledge of both Renegades and Organization, this area was numbered 22 and was domain of Roxanne of Hurricane, who was present somewhere in one of the Dania's. She was accompanied by Mara, who was hurt in their pursue and battle with former warrior and currently an awakened being with gender issues - Arcis. He/She himself/herself has hibernated somewhere to avoid detection and recover from the battle.

It's summer - a season of claiming harvest and much movement of merchants.

[Episode 1]

Today is the Aarhus day - the actors from other cities come and make spectacles that tell the commoners about what happens around the globe, making them forget about their everyday life. After the first harvest work, people will hide everything in their storages and go see the actors. Maybe that will make them forget about what is happening.

The weather should be nice today. Villages of Dania had quite a lot of things going on in their life - appearances of yoma attacks, the conflict, the problem with paying taxes, some stomach problems after drinking the water from the well and arrival of bandits. But today, it just might be a good day....
