King George III Meets with President Van Buren; Echoes Calls for France to Pay Reprisal Fee

H.M King George III met with President Van Buren of the united States 12 days ago to discuss relations between the united States and Great Britain. Reports say the President and H.M King George III came to an agreement regarding North American sphere of influences, increased trade, and improved relations. Buckingham sources say that relations between Great Britain and the united States are on the rise, and that the rift sown between the two nations during the War of 1812 is slowly healing.

On a related topic, H.M King George III released a statement condeming France for withholding the reprisal fee to the united States, and called on them to act swiftly to avert conflict.

King William IV Ascends to Throne

After the mental illness suffered by his father, King George III, and the sudden tragic death of his elder brother, William IV has taken the throne of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. As the first actions taken by the King, he has placed his neice, Princess Victioria, as heir to the throne, and cancelled the Treaty of the Court of St. James, which was signed by his father. The King has also stated that he will review Britain's past policies, specially the foreign policies.

British Stance on Communism

After quick deliberation, William IV, has decided to declare "communism" and all communist ideas as illegal. Anyone who is found supporting communism or communists shall be aprehended and given the punishment deserved. This applies for the whole British Empire.

William Declares French Battle in Caribbean as Immoral

After the news of the victory the French had against the Spanish, William IV, who had served under the Royal Navy, was infuriated at the manners of the French, who had been based as defense, and "backstabbed the Spanish forces".
