As Portugal does not see the UALS fit to hold colonies in Africa, there will be no Portugeuese contingent going.

The Russian Empire sees this as rediculous. A Central American nation holding colonies anywhere outside its hempisphere? Excuss me, but dont' you have a divided people to worry about before you send men over seas? You need to get your priorites straitened out before you can do this. Russia hereby refuses to send any envoy to this conference and encourages other European leaders not to as well.

We beleive that Czar Nickoli, Our friend, and the Sikh Empire are jumping to conclusions, Give the man a chance. Many have not done so.. Hawaii will be sending a delegate to help with these isues. We ask others to please consider sending some aswell.

As a matter of face. The ULAS (or whatever it is) Has a little part of land in Africa.. Please just dont jump to conclusions, You cannot judge a book by its covor.

The Danish view this as interesting and my council and I agree with the Czar of Russia. To see a former colony aquire colonies of their own is od and should not be heard of. However, the court of Denmark has interests in Africa. So we shall attend. Prepare a table of 5.

I, Jassa Singh Ahluwalia, hereby change my stance by a little. I do not think that a former colony should colonies of it's own, but I shall attend attend also. Make room for 7 Sikh's.

I mean no offence but how can nations like Brazil and the Sikh Empire afford colonies? Your populations aren't even big enough to support colonial settlements. . You're economies can not be nearly as developed as some other nations and you militaries may not be able to compare. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to insult you. . . we have much respect for the Sikh Empire especially, but perhaps your time, effort, and gold are best spent elsewhere. That is why Prussia is not making claims to Africa, there are more important internal matters to attend to.

Mr. Spiegal, we also respect the Prussian Empire, but I am spreading the Word of the Waheguru. The Waheguru has informed myself, and the nine others of us that make up the 10 Wise Guru's, that his word has the need to be spread. And also, I have taken Afghanistan, and I do believe that I have more land mass than the Persian Empire, and in terms of land, I am coming close to numbers of your size.

NOTE: Waheguru is Sikh God, 10 Wise Guru's are basically Apostles.

I dont beleive I will be attending the conference because of the instability in the area at this time. Prehaps I will attend a similar meeting in the future when the area is more stable.

With yet another totally unsuitable country attempting to take a colony in Africa, perhaps a conference, though smaller than suggested here, would be an idea. It would not carve up Africa, but simply decide on the best course of action to remove the unsuitable nations from Africa.

Portugal, I did not know that you spoke for Allah or of your European counter parts. Nor that you were the sole arbiter of whom may send people to Africa. Since for the most part Islam has spread with less conflict in Africa than your western religions.
