For pre-made characters and for adopting out offspring, the guide or application below if the thing needed to be filled out

Post a different topic for each different adoptee. The topic title should be both the parents names and the topic description should be the gender. Also, a number must be placed with it, depending on how many children the parents will have.
For example: Tom and Judy decide they want a child, and in the end they end up with twins, this is how the forms, for topic title and description should be filled out

Topic Description: Female, Child one.

Topic Title: Tom and Judy
Topic Description: Male, Child Two.

Also, the Admins will choose who will get the character, though we will most likely look to the ones that have created the characters and or offspring to seek our answer on who gets it that applied for it.

Once all of the children have been adopted out, then the sibling portion can be filled in.

For those of you doing pre-made characters, you can either give the option of filling everything out yourself, or letting someone else create your desired pre-made character. But a name and what not will have to be provided.

So if you desire to adopt out either of the two above, then you must reply to THIS thread with the information on the character you have created to adpot out.

Personality: As an angel of judgment, his attitude towards others seemed to always be that of suspicion, like he is attempting to see where their heart lies. In most cases Rosiel is fairly calm, collected and has a huge sense of humor. In some cases however, he can ask a little like a being of earthen power, happy, bubbly, and laughing to much, yet that is usually saved for his sister or other angels in which he enjoys. Though he is an angel he has a temper to steer clear of, and he has his own select few who he actually likes (a select few of angels) Just because he is an angel, does not mean he has to like everyone. As long as he is faithful to his master and does not commit a murder that is unjust, he is safe in his position, yet must show respect. Though Rosiel is well known among the ranks, his sister seems to remain in the shadows of existence, always a step behind, mysterious, even so Rosiel is severely protective of her, for her presence is pure, innocent and much like that of a child. If one merely wishes harm on her, Rosiel will see to it that those wishes are forever extinguished. If she happens to get hurt, then he will injure you ten times worse, if killed, he will not rest till there is slaughter. His temper is fierce, violent, and he often needs his sisters guidance to keep it in check. Insults are not taken lightly, and he often sulks if he cant do anything about it. Yet without the whole temper issue, Rosiel is pretty fair towards others, and has a good nature when his humor is in play.

Personality: The sweet one, while her brother is the temperamental one. Considering most of Raziel’s abilities are a secret, by Gods will, she remains unknown by most except for a select few of the highest ranking angels, and her brother. Raziel seems to be the complete opposite of her brother and almost seems to lack all emotion. It is in this state that she does was tasks she has been assigned, and this is how many other angels see her. Towards her brother however, she is sweet, and is able to laugh at his sense of humor. Innocence radiates from her in near waves. Though her temper can never out due her brothers, she does have one, however small and insignificant. She is protective of her brother, but he seems to be able to take care of himself. Raziel loves humans and does what she can with the permission of god to protect them. Though she is fairly powerful, she seems to not understand the full extent of her power, yet never has she failed in her goal of protecting the things she loves. In any case her emotionless façade does not last when ultimate fear is involved, just because she is an angel does not means he does not have fears.
