(OFFLINE) Board Offline

The collecter is at our door, a strange creature that is snatching up our students and tenants for it's own use. We don't know how to stop it. and if we don't band together we may be at it's mercy. The trick is now is to find owut who is behind this thing and why.

2-9-09 Update
Excuse us, we just had a face lift and we still have some wounds that are healing. For the moment there's an activity check up so I can figure out who's profile needs to be deleted what posts can be moved to an archive and what post can be moved out. We are going back to the assigned dorms. This however dosen't affect adult characters. The new boards will be put up as soon as we get some cleaning done. Lets clean off the dust and get ready for a party! A Lunar Festival!

We are now given a choice. Do we trust you or don�t we? Our world is a fragile thing, hidden in plain sight of those who were raised believing we were things of fairytales and nightmares. If we let you in� it could mean disaster. We rage war amongst each other as it is. Family feuds, forbidden love, dirty politics, and the otherworldly threats that none of us can out run, no matter how powerful we may become.

Christophe Sager founded the Raven View School of the arts, crafting a front to the public so he could train his own assassins to wage war amongst those around him. The three hundred year old vampire had no idea what he had given life to. It wasn�t long until anything that kept its life a secret slithered its way in to the reaches of Raven View and so a town slowly grew. And so did the tensions.

As it does all things, money and power taints all, pitting brother against brother, creating betrayals with enemies, and in the cases of many, putting a life in utter danger. After all, some of those who walk around us haven�t the slightest idea what we are. And some of us, well�we can become quite thirsty and crave a midnight snack. Sager has tried to keep a tight reign on his students, assigning his assassins to keep students abed in the wee hours of the night, but we all make mistakes. And some go home to their grieving families in a casket.

Now do you see what our trouble is? You can embrace this life, and become apart of a world you must never speak of. Or you could put it all to chance. Careful now, some of these things that loom here are the monsters that lurk under your bed and in your closet. You wouldn�t want to peeve them off now do you? The real question is�can you keep our secret? Can you live an Ebony Life?
