JOHN CENA, rant

I know Cena is going to win, but may I say that The Rock being limited on what he can say to John Cena is a load of bullshit. We all know that verbally if allowed the Rock would bury John Cena on the mike, in all honesty another thing I have a problem with is the fact that John Cena is mad because the rock "left" the WWE. One of the Top 5 greatest WWE Superstars in my book when John Cena to me is a Top 10. The Rock get's all this heat for "forgetting" his roots yet everybody fails to mention that when he debuted as Rocky Maivia he was booed out of the building constantly. He turned heel and boom he developed The Rock. People started liking him because of the fact that it didn't feel forced. It was natural. They would say Rocky Sucks and he would tell them to "Know Their Roles" guy became so big that he essentially became bigger than WWE.

They wanna blame The Rock for him blowing up how about blame Austin for having freaking Neck Surgery ane being out a year and the WWE having to build storylines around both HHH and Rock. How about the fact that while Austin was gone both HHH and The Rock carried the company. The Rock's charisma really started to shine, and people where like "HOLY CRAP THIS DUDE IS HILARIOUS."

John Cena "no offense" used a fucking rap gimmick to get over and as soon as he was over he abandoned the rap gimmick and became to me stale. His stale self. And oh yeah the whole "YOU CAN'T SEE ME" Gimmick was around WAYYY BEFOOREEEE JOHN CENA even began using it.

The reason that John Cena is really angry is because of the fact that he will NEVER EVER be as over as THE ROCK was in his prime. The Rock COULD leave WWE and John Cena CAN'T point blank period, because outside of wrestling John Cena is not as accepted as The Rock. You want proof look at The Rock's movies compared to John Cena. Oh you want more proof how about the fact that a majority of the men over the age of 21 likes The Rock while the only people who cheer John Cena are little kids and women. Why do you think the "Let's Go Cena" chants sound so femine and the "CENA SUCKS" chants sound masculine? Just saying......while this is the biggest match in recent years, I don't believe it is as big as say Austin vs. Rock at WM 17 when both Austin and Rock where in their prime.

So he left WWE, so what hell he accomplished everything their anyway. John Cena will NEVER EVER BE IN ROCK'S LEAGUE and this WIN AT WRESTLEMANIA doesn't prove a damn thing, it only proves that WWE is forcing JOHN CENA TO BE SHOVED DOWN OUR THROATS......

Nobody will ever be as over as the Rock or Austin though, you can't compare this era to that one, times have changed, the business has changed and the fan base has changed.

WWE limiting The Rock is not bullshit, it's smart business sense. It's alread gotten Cena more cheers, which is what it was designed to do. When all is said and done Rock is gonna fuck off back to making movies while Cena will still be in the WWE

Rock's time in the WWE is long gone but he is still mega over, it's smart to use his mega overness to give Cena a bigger rub and dim some of the boos he gets from the over 21's.

While I don't know who's gonna win, by rights Cena should win. It's better for business in the long run. Rock winning will no way mean as much as Cena winning. The WWE's top star should not lose to a part timer, it'll do him no favors

Eh is all I can say. LOL You have to look at the point in time wrestling was in compared to now too Gage. It can't just be said that Rock is better than John, really they're two different competitors. I'm not defending either one, but i've always found Rock to be stale in my opinion. The whole pootang pie or whatever, eh not my kind of gimmick. I liked John's rapper gimmick and the Marine thing, but I mean you grow tired of a product after a while. Both are impressive, I don't think anyone is actually mad though, i'm sure this match wouldn't be happening if so.

Rock has had some good movies also, but again you have to look at the time period he did it. When he made the jump, it was something "new and exciting" as opposed to now, because WWE is trying to make their own films it's just like "eh whatever, been there done that"

As for his "fans" I think most men are just butt hurt Either way you have to respect both guys and what they do, both have worked hard, and time period aside, both are wrestlers who will be remembered long after their time for one reason or another.

you know what you cant even say that The Rock is stale, because he always found something new. When Rock turned heel later and did his "Hollywood Heel Gimmick" it was because fans where chanting boring when during the many instances of his last run where he would appear on titantron, and not in real life. I'm not comparing era's the cookie cutter bullcrap that WWE dishes out now is horrendous, no matter who is involved. Hell case in point The Rock couldn't even help get Survivor Series over, and that only had like 227,000 buys.

John Cena is stale he does nothing new. His matches go Heel Dominates Cena, Cena turns into Supercena, Cena wins with the F.U. I mean the whole writing as a whole is horrible. I think another thing too is John Cena really doesn't have anybody that he can say that it is his equal. When Batista and John Cena was feuding for there match a few years ago at Wrestlemania you really felt like their where two equals in the ring.

Now it's oh well John Cena is not the WWE Champion, but he is still going to main event everynight anyway. And that's because he is over with the the kids and the women and they don't want to lose that endorsement. But they either need to turn John Cena heel, or they need to create a new heel badass to offset John Cena.

The Rock always had Austin even though Austin wasn't a heel, but to The Rock he was a heel to The Rock because storyline they didn't like each other so they complemented each other. Austin had HHH as a heel. To me John Cena just doesn't have that Arch Nemesis that I think would really help get him over.

Eh I can't agree really. Anytime i've seen him it's been the same thing, and honestly. The People's Elbow and the Rock Bottom are just about as creative as the FU. I mean really how is an elbow drop any more creative because you run to two ropes and then crash down on top of the guy? Its still an elbow drop, with theatrics and throwing off your elbow pad. LMAO

Like I said i'm not defending either one of them, but Cena has changed it up. Maybe not recently, but he has changed up perspective over the years, and besides the whole limiting what the Rock can say thing, are they not all scripted anyways? I mean really does anyone honestly think Eve would've stood there and tried to kiss him after he called her names? Would Lillian during her time actually tell The Rock she wanted some of that pie? LMAO I mean really it's like Glenn said from his perspective, a business, and this is just another acting role.

I don't think Cena is stale, but then again i'm female, so I guess I fall into the majority of his fan base. I find him attractive too so I guess i'm biased, although I find the Rock attractive too, so I don't really guess it would matter all that much. I don't think you can really compare one to the other though.

Cena may need a refresh, but I think that was the purpose of this whole ordeal anyways, and kids do make up a large portion of the audience. As that's when most of us fell in love with in the first place right? You can't fault that.

No he hasn't, what new thing has he done since he returned? A Rock concert? Oh wait... Random childish insults? Oh wait.... Not put his opponent over like he should? Oh wait...

Rock has done nothing new since he came back, I'm not saying he's stale because he isn't but nor is Cena. Ever since the feud started Rock has maintained the childish insults, calling Cena a fruity pebble or saying "you can't see me" in a baby voice. Cena has gone passed that and gone super serious, Cena gives off legit heat and hatred towards the Rock while Rock sticks to the childish name calling.

Okay so it may have been planned that way by WWE, or it may not have. Either way Rock has done nothing new since he came back but Cena has turned up the serious

Pointless, if they turn him heel he'll only get cheered so he wouldn't be heel. He's more heel now than they would be if they turned him heel. Why would they want to anyway? You moan about the kids but they;re where the money lies. You sell a kid a ticket, he has to bring at least one parent, thats already another ticket sold. Then when they get there they all want the merch

You have to look at it from a business standpoint instead of a biased one.

Randy Orton

PG era isn't much different, less blood, chair shots and gimmicks. That's not a bad thing at all. It's also much much much safer on the guys. If it was like this back then guys like Austin and Edge may not be retired now. Again, its good for business

When The Rock was one of the top guys he could change character and go from heel to face more. Right now Cena is the top guy so he can't really change back and forth since he has been carrying WWE and he is the first guy to not change for the crowd. That is crazy in wrestling, he won't turn on them and he is always Cena. That is a great character in my mind.

Cena since Rock has been gone has had amazing feuds with Randy Orton, Batista, Edge, CM Punk, Nexus and he made tons of people into stars. All top good guys get beat up by the bad guy then go crazy and win since Hulk Hogan too. Rock did it a million times, Austin did and Cena does too but he can also do long, intense matches which he's shown tons of times.

The Rock lately has been using the same jokes since 2000 while Cena has gotten more serious and intense during this feud with Rock which has been fantastic. I don't honestly believe WWE is holding The Rock back either, I think he has just been not on top of things and Cena has been making him look dumb for it.

Cena better win at Wrestlemania. He deserves it more and it will make the company stronger. If Rock wins then he goes to make Fast Six and doesn't use that momentum of winning at all.
