With the completion of the most recent activity check, the Rangers and Kings have been terminated and new GMs are needed. I have contacted a few people to see if they are interested but really it is first come first serve. Lets try to get these 2 teams filled by the All-Star break.

As for the All-star break, if you haven't read the home page, the break will occur from June 13th to June 15th with the game being held on the 14th. Rest days will be simulated for each day for our normal sims.

This years GMs will be Jason Robinson for the East and Eric Coulson for the West. Remember GMs, that each team must be represented at least once. Please submit full roster with full lines here by the 13th.

This years prize will be 1 Free Camp per team to the winning conference.

Announcing the EFHL Season 7 Western Conference All-Stars and line-up. Each team has at least one representative (if someone discovers that's not the case, please let me know). I tried to keep teammates together on the same line/pairing (when feasible). As I like to do with my own team (again, when feasible), I've used a forward on the point for each PP unit.

EVEN STRENGTH

CENTER, LEFT WING, RIGHT WING, DEFENCE, DEFENCE
1 Steven Stamkos, Steve Duchene, David Booth, Shea Weber, Keith Yandle
2 Patrick Kane, Rick Nash, Evgeni Malkin, Tyler Myers, Ryan Suter
3 Jonathan Toews, Jiri Tlusty, Jarome Iginla, Tobias Enstrom, Chris Pronger
4 Mikael Backlund, Enver Lisin, Loui Eriksson, Shea Weber, Ryan Suter

POWER PLAY

CENTER LEFT WING RIGHT WING DEFENCE DEFENCE
1 Steven Stamkos Rick Nash Jarome Iginla Shea Weber Evgeni Malkin
2 Jonathan Toews Matt Duchene David Booth Patrick Kane Ryan Suter

PENALTY KILL

CENTER WINGER DEFENCE DEFENCE
1 Jeff Carter David Booth Tobias Enstrom Ryan Suter
2 Mikael Backlund Loui Eriksson Shea Weber Chris Pronger

STARTING GOALIE

Ryan Miller

BACKUP GOALIE

Pekka Rinne

These picks are based on season-to-date performance as well as highest OV rating. As is the case for any all-star team, there are quite a few snubs. Teemu Selanne, Mike Smith, Annti Niemmi, Simeon Varlamov, Erik Cole. I had second thoughts (and sometimes 3rd and 4th thoughts) about leaving these guys off.

Props to DJ (ANA GM) for the feedback.

Yeah, WTF? Rosters should be frozen for a few days before the all-star break so all this confusion about who's no longer in what Conference can be avoided.

Actually, I shouldn't complain. No one from my Western Conf picks has been traded. Commence the flaming.

As an injury replacement for Jeff Carter, I select Patrick Kane. In order to ensure a rep from the Kings, defenseman Jay Bouwmeester will be replaced by Toby Enstrom.
