Dwarfs, were my favorite part

OK, it's been a mega long time since i've watched this movie, even though i do own the tape. I think the dwarfs are definitely my favorite part of this movie. My favorite was dopey, he was soo cute!

Snow white just isn't one of my favorite princesses, and the sad part is that she is on just about everything that they are selling now. No offense to any of you snow white fans, i just wish they had a better arrangement on the items.

I know what you mean! I wonder how well the Snow White stuff really sells

i think all men are grumpy for the most part to be honest anyways so he
was the most real character of them all

i don't understand why y'all don't like snow white...
she is such a sweetie, she keeps house for these dwarfs and they in turn treat her like a queen something all men can learn from

but anyways yeah i'm an old school princess fan forever at heart

the voice on snow white is also incredible!!!!!

no one like that sadly sings today in any of the movies.....

long gone is the era of sopranos that sang like angels in disney movies,

It just seemed weird to me that she just walked on into their place and slept in their beds while they were out at work...so the least she could do was help them keep it clean...and they helped keep her safe until she talked to a stranger and ate this stranger's food...there's a lesson there kiddies

I think you need to see Enchanted...Amy Adams sounds lovely in it...and I'm still a huge fan of Jodi Benson...of course she didn't really get to sing too much in her movie...buta anyways

awww ok girl I will rent or buy Enchanted very soon

about snow white,

it was a more innocent time...

back in those days,

i hadn't really thought of how strange it was for her to do that

because she had to hide and all that from the queen and it was out in

the woods,

her cleaning and cooking was what all the dwarfs needed....

back in those days i think they put women on pedestals and treated them

like damsels in distress... , princesses, etc.

the dwarfs were like her knights there to save her

and protect her from the queen...

(sigh i wish the days of chivalry would come back!

they also in turn treated her like a queen and appreciated her for the help

she gave them not only around the house... but how she taught them to care more!

a lot of times though women were trapped because they had no escape
from their mean husbands with no job opportunities to escape
from him... etc....
so they didn't have it easy back then either!

now women with great jobs can earn money on their own to buy anything
they want and not have to ask their husbands approval on every little thing
they buy.. such as on I Love Lucy how she'd have to hide stuff she bought or Ricky would get mad!!!!!!! "OOOOHHHH LLLUUCCCYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

cause now that women will go out and want to be independent and such a guy wont always have to buy the dinner the movie tickets its fine at first but it gets expensive after a year of that going to dinner and a movie now will cost close to 100 but you know back then a guy would have to slay a dragon or fight while she just sat and waited for him to finish

We are getting way off topic here...but let me just say that when I was still working in a department store, I knew a few ladies that were still hiding what they bought from their husbands. They simply kept it in the trunk if he was there when she got in, or she would rush it inside and get it hung in the closet before he saw it....but it wasn't that they were spending their husbands money...cause they had their own well paying jobs...they just knew it was things that they really didn't need and didn't want to start fights over how much they were spending.

But back to the topic on the dwarfs...you know I bet they could've got a lot of dates (assuming that there were women walking through the woods) just by giving a girl one of those diamonds they found

wow even when they make their own money those hubbies still treat them like this ? geeeesh!!!!
