Masters of Neo Arcadia


Main Information: The governing body of the Masters is comprised of three individuals that are appointed to the position by the previous Master. It is the main governing body (there are two governing bodies the Senate and the Masters), thus they make the final decision on matters that pertain to the city (whether it be projects their head scientists work on or alliances established within the two worlds).

Name: Cicero Kosha Aurelius (Neo Arcadian Librarian and Historian)
Age: 51
Biography: Prior to being elected to the position of Master, Cicero originally worked as librarian at the Neo Arcadian library. He was selected for the apprenticeship, based on his extensive knowledge on the history of the city, as well as his interest in politics. Eventually his mentor resigned and Cicero was appointed as the successor. Cicero was among the Masters, when the discussion came up on revealing the city, he was among the two Masters that adamant argued in favor of the city revealing itself believing that city would prosper, plus he believed that the city had an obligation to help others. Eventually when issue came down to voting, Master Cicero voted in favor. In recent light of all the destruction that has plagued the city, Master Cicero still firmly believes that the city will prosper.

Name: Malakai Liet Tanner (Neo Arcadian Chief Computer Scientist and Technician)
Age: 40
Biography: Prior to being elected to his position, Master Malakai worked in the department of computer science at the Neo Arcadian university. His intelligence in the field caught the attention of Neo Arcadian Master, that being Master Malakai. Thus he was selected for the apprenticeship, when this happened the young Neo Arcadian changed his name to Liet, to avoid any confusion since the two shared the same first name. Eventually Malakai assumed the position of Master, when it was discovered that his mentor had been killed during this travels outside the city, prior to the city revealing itself. Even though he serves as a Neo Arcadian Master, Malakai serves as the Chief Computer Scientist and Technician, he primarily works on the AI program, though he does devote time to work on the other programs that have been established.

Name: Kara Leona Delona (Neo Arcadian Chief Medical Scientist and Surgeon)
Age: 46
Biography: Prior to being elected to her position, Master Kara primarily worked as the Neo Arcadian hospital as the chief medical scientist and surgeon. She had never been considered or the position of Master, by any of the original governing body. However when Master La’el betrayed the city, leaving her position in the void, something had to be done. Both Master Cicero and Master Malakai convened, and discussed the issue, thus selected Kara Delona to fill La’el’s position. This makes Kara the only Master that was elected to her position by the other Masters. She was selected to the position, based on three area, the first being the fact that she met the bare qualifications stated in the Neo Arcadian law. The second area that being her intellect in the field that she represented. The two Masters agreed that she could make numerous contributions not only to Neo Arcadia citizens but the citizens of the two worlds. The last area being her own the performance, she performed her job vigorously but with the utmost care, it was believed that she would most likely apply that same performance to the position of Master. When Kara was approached for the position, she was needlessly shocked, she had no interest in politics, but agreed nonetheless mainly the sake of the Neo Arcadian citizens.
