Title: Drake and Morpheus
Description: what I got so far

ensain - November 2, 2008 03:16 AM (GMT)
Name: Drake Sebastian Zelk

Alias: Drake

Age: 17

Birthday: October 6th, 1991

Gender: Male

Appearance: He is 5’7’’ and about average weight. Drake's black hair has been buzz cut. His limbs look flabby, which is mostly from neglect of his training, as he had muscle at one time. He has bright green eyes, which don’t resemble one’s that an insomniac may have. His pale skin reveals that he doesn’t go out much, except for school and work. His clothes tend to make him stick out, if he’s not in a school uniform, because it’s baggy and long, no matter the weather. Though the long selves are used to cover most a scald scar, he received when he was a kid. Traces of it can still be seen on his left hand. The colors he wears are usually earth-toned.

Family: Ayame Sukumi Zelk:Mother/deceased Originally from Japan, she met Adrian in college in Minnesota. Drake is to believed to have most of his looks from her. He learned many things from her including; patients, acceptance, effort, and language. She was described as a woman who couldn't stand sadness. She did anything to make a person feel better.
Adrian Zelk:Father/deceased Being a native to the state, he didn't have to go far to find a school or wife. He taught Drake a lot also; being dependable, honesty, and most of his hobbies. Adrian was described as a loving man who was perfectible content in life, as long as he had his wife and son with him. Drake tries hard to be like a man like him.
Yoko Sukumi: Aunt- 46 years old Unlike he sister, she stayed in the place of her birth; outside of Ikawa, Japan. She married when she was 34, only to break up with her husband two years later. The reason was he was sent to prison for rape; not exactly matching his charming personality. She kept her last name, same with her conceived child. Since then, she has developed a sense when things are going unusual with people around her, often bombarding them with questions to make sure they don't change. She's an excellent single parent, able to change her role from nurturer and enforcer, if she needs to, and loves her son and nephew.
Hiro Sukumi: Cousin- 10 years old Energetic, bright, and social; Drake secretly envies him. Like any brother would, he passed down his electronic knowledge to him; so much so that Yoko could ask either of them any computer question and have it solved. He also looks up to his 'brother', liking the fact that Drake is patient and more disciplined, though he wishes that he was more social. He can be nosy, often going through his room to know what's going in his life. Luckily, Drake installed a lock on the door, so that it only takes a careless mistake for the younger boy to discover Morpheus.

Character Personality: He always follows his morals, no matter the cost. That’s makes him a stubborn, as he likes to think than go jumping into a situation. He’s mellow, liking to keep to himself in most cases. The only people he talks to on a regular basis are his aunt, cousin, and boss. He doesn’t have friends because he recently moved to Tokyo, and doesn’t do well around large groups of people. He has two anxieties; in crowds it’s hard for him to speak or stop fidgeting. He noticed that these problems morphed worse after the death of his parents, but tries hard to get over them. He also hates the city, though he knows the reason is that Yoko needs the job here. His hobbies include working on electronics, video games, often playing against Hiro; and listening to his MP3 player, often singing out loud with songs. He also doesn’t sleeping, because of night terrors that leaving him awake and afraid for most of the night anyways.

In regards with Morpheus, he tries to act calm. It’s hard as he’s still weirded out by the Digital World. He always treats his partner with respect, though hates that he seems to calm the digimon every other minute, that he isn’t going to abandon him. Drake doesn’t know how to keep him in his room, other than bribing him with quality time, which works most of time and what he does. The boy hopes that Morpheus will become less skittish, he all ready knows how bad being that way is.

Character History: Drake was born to his parents, two years after their marriage. Though he was raised in America, it didn't stop him from being taught Japanese, as his mom would talk to her sister everyday. Along with growing up bilingual, he grew up in a small town, knowing everyone there. Nothing really extraordinary happen to him there, living relatively normal, other than his intrest of electronics and sport, Tae Kwon Do. That is until his parent were killed by a drunk driver, the idiot T-boned them with his semi.

Japan was still a culture shock, though it wasn't his first visit, having to live his new life in that country along with relatives. In time, he starts seeing Yoko and Hiro more as mother and brother, than aunt and cousin. He lived in Igawa, Japan for two years, not really finding people to hang out with. He spent most of his time by himself, becoming a heavy player of video games and started slacking on his studies. But it felt as soon as he got comfortable around the surroundings, he had to move. Though he didn't want to, he didn't hold it against his aunt. The thinking was he too would go for a bigger opportunity as an accountant, so he too could live better and save money for Hiro's future education.

So far it's only been three weeks living in Tokyo, and it still sucks. Most places are over crowded, for his tastes, especially the school he goes to. When not there or his job, a deli that he works 10 hours a week, he has spent most of his time at home. One day, he went out on his fire escape, to find something weird. A dirty electronic device, that caught his eye. Drake cleans it and plugs it into his computer, wondering if it was old or new from an lesser-known manufacturer.

His first time in the digital world wasn't pleasant, most of the time was spending freaking out and screaming obscenities. It got even worse when he ran into the Zombimon. Still freaked out, the boy ran away, only to end up in the paths of two vicious digimon.Luckily for him, the young digimon followed him, taking out the wild digimon. Then it explained, to Drake, his situation. Feeling grateful and sorry, for the digimon, Drake adopts him. He calls him Morpheus; as he felt that he fell 'into the rabbit hole' by a red device, as well it the name of his favorite character from 'The Matrix'.

Though Morpheus goes with him to the human world also, Drake spends time with Morpheus mostly in the digital world. Mostly because Drake has to deal with a lot of human world stuff, as well as his partner likes to sleep there. It's only been four days and the tamer needs to learn more about digimon and their world.

Allegiance: Neutral

Digivice: D3: Mostly red with black detailing. [Drake calls this 'the red pill']

Crest: Reliability [not yet found]

Digimon Partner: Morpheus

Attribute: Data

Digimon Type: Ancient judge: They are called judges as these digimon value fair and equal treatment and following ‘laws’ that viewed life should be spent maintaining balance and betterment of oneself. Not known why, but their population fell to smaller numbers. They tend to be feared, for they take forms symbolizing death. The reason believed they took that form as death is known as ‘the great equalizer’.

Digivolution Tree:
Bonemon: This form is a skull-sized and looking, 1 foot ball with has two, slender and white tentacles, each about 1 and a half feet.

Skelemon: His form changes to that of a black skeleton. The head is triangular, like a lizard's skull. His height is 2'4". Also he's wearing brown boots.

Zombimon: 3'6", he resembles a human child, if it had rotting black skin. Though human looking, his head is squarish, with patches of black hair. Along with the boots, it wears a torn and faded green shirt.

[The tree splits:]

Virus Champion: Rippermon: Perhaps his creepiest form of all, he exactly looks like a 5'4" adult human. The body is wearing a blue suit, red tie, white undershirt, that can be barely seen; and brown dress shoes. It even has blond, clean and styled hair. It's unknown what it's true face is, as it's wearing a blood-splattered. The face on it it only two dots and an arch, to suggest he's happy. In each of its white-gloved hands, are three rusted knives. As well as changing attributes, this digimon doesn't take control of its actions. It's job is to come across other digimon and delete them.

Data Champion: Reapmon: 5'6", the cloaked figure wears a blank, golden face mask. The only part of his face that anyone can see are his red eyes. On each of his hands are silver, clawed, each blade 6"; gloves. It has black skin, which thinly covers over its skeletal frame. Unlike Rippermon, Morpheus is able to retain his sanity. Currently, he is too afraid to try, believing the other form is the only Champion level.

[the tree continues from his data form]

Judgmon: The body stands at a staggering 8"4', with everything, but the head, covered by a black robe. It's head is that of a giant owl's skull, with it's eyes covered by a blindfold, to symbolize justice and wisdom. It carries another large symbol, a 5" mallet, made out of the same dark bones of its body.

Thantomon: The skeletal figure seems to be a 11'11" humanoid. It's bones are white, with the upper body in silver armor, with gold crosses embroidered into the shoulder pads. The lower half the body is covered in robes and brown boots. It carries a 10"6', silver-bladed scythe, with a gold hilt and detailing.

Permanent State: Zombimon

Personality: Morpheus may be described as weird, though most of his personality has changed than he originally was. The timid digimon will hide, behind Drake, around new things that aren’t a threat to them. When there’s an obvious threat present, he doesn’t need to be told what to do, actually being too vicious in fights. He doesn’t know the term mercy, making sure that he sends them to deletion like he was taught by his first tamer. After the fight, he loses that edge, often depressed over how he has become, especially if he had to digivolve into his evil stage. Resentful over his Rippermon form, he’s currently against changing to any higher form, which is partly why he was abandoned.

Abandonment did more damage than the abuse, causing most of his weird tendencies. Afraid of losing Drake, he acts extremely submissive. Also he wants to follow Drake around, no matter how much Drake rejects and explains in the human world. A reason he fears being alone is he hates himself. He's esaily described as oblivious, as he tends to forget anything that isn't associated with his tamer. Another fear is hurting innocent beings, by if he did he knew they wouldn't stay around or may fight back.

Age: 4 months. About three were spent with his first owner. He was left alone for a month, until Drake came. Drake has seen him 4 days out of the first week, so far, getting more comfortable with him.

History: He was hatch by a tamer, went by only 'Master'. Master wasn't kind, pushing the digimon to become stronger through anyways necessary. Though he didn't like the treatment, he prefer having Master than no one. Training has been a long two months, nearly pushing Morpheus to his limit. Then the day came becoming the champion level, as a monster known as Rippermon. Master was happy about having such a blood thirsty being; however the digimon was not. Since then, he tried to ignore Master's order to digivolve, which was a success most of the time. But after one too many ignored orders, Master thought it was time to incorporate corporal punishment. Master's face met the business end of a fish, as Morpheus was taught not to let something beat on him. Master's last words to him was a whole bunch of obscenities and "I didn't want a weak freak like you!"

From that day on, he was alone. He didn't rely on other digimon, for the fear he would end up fighting them in his evolved form. This time was an eternity of misery, half of him hoping that he would find something to delete him. Then out of nowhere, Drake shows up. He was afraid of him at first, mostly due that Drake was acting insane about the world. Drake ran away from him, only to run into two wild, territorial digimon. Morpheus goes to save Drake, becoming successful. He doesn't know why he did save Drake, though became happy that the human promised to come back. Because he likes Drake to stay, he's willing to do anything to make sure that happens.

Special Markings: As most of his species has red eyes, he has yellow.
