History

The Legion of Olympus is probably one of the oldest and most powerful groups belonging to one of the big five digimon of the digital world. Merukimon formed the legion in order to try and preserve most of the territories of the digital world from being taken over by other digimon. Merukimon is a powerful and wise digimon who is known for his great speed and this is what made him elected general of this army.

Though not overly aggressive to other digimon Merukimon is not afraid to step into battle and defend his borders when threatened and this has caused him to be feared among others for his wisdom and smart attitude that he keeps about him. His members are all loyal to him and have never had to be coerced in any way shape or form. However Merukimon’s one greatest flaw is his arrogance when dealing with others. He is known to interfere in fights with Apollomon and other digidestined or tamers simply because Apollomon does not like them and then offer them a place in his army.

It is for this reason that his army is one of the largest and that he has one of the biggest followings. The Legion currently resides in the Sky Palace, which was once a base for the celestial digimon. While not having most of the magic it once did it affords Merukimon certain advantages. He has also managed to expand his territory into the icy region and Vikemon has offered his full loyalty.

Members

Merukimon is not known for his favoritism in digimon as most other generals are. He is known to take on any kind of digimon as long as they are loyal to him and their army. He is also known to take on digidestined and tamers as well as their digimon. Which only adds to his formdibility.
