†---HOME SWEET HOME~

Hansel smiled at both men's comments as he reached into his pocket for the key. "Tuesday doesn't often answer the door." he explained. He could understand why... The poor thing had learned not to trust anyone, even if she knew them, after what her father had done to her. Yet for some reason she had no fear around Hansel. He always thought that to be a curious thing...

He slowly unlocked the door and turned the handle, opening it inward. "Tuesday, I'm home. I've brought guests!" Hansel removed his coat as he spoke, hanging it on the coat rack near the door and motioning for Thomas and Vincent to come in.

♪---WELCOME HOME ...ↄ

Tuesday, seated on the sofa with a large book in her lap, quickly pushed her reading aside and leapt up when she heard the doorknob turning. Who could it be? but then, only Hansel had the key, and she was confident he could not have lost it so easily. When the door opened and she could see his face, she smiled with relief.

"Welcome back~! It looks like you had good fortune." She bowed at his guests somewhat timidly. Both older men, but then she wondered if she was in fact older than both of them. "Nice to meet you, my name is Tuesday." She tugged at one of the sleeves of her large overcoat - a nervous habit she practiced around strangers. But any friend of Hansel's was a friend of hers, so she supposed she'd warm up to them in time.

↙↙∴ this has turned out to be quite the interesting evening, indeed.

Though they had been warned, Eden worried for a moment that he hadn't been able to hide his surprise when the small girl came into sight. Still, he nodded his head politely to her, smiling silently. Though a partner in all of this, he was still Vincent's servant, and opted to let him have the first words in this situation.

Despite her appearance, he could hardly doubt her... Even if she were nothing but a mere child, children could often be more formidable and fearsome than any adult...

Still, even with his decision for silence made, he couldn't go about allowing himself to be misconstrued as rude in the young womans presence, and didn't want her thinking he to be making little of her.

"Pleased to meet you, Miss Tuesday," he said simply, as he nodded to her.

≈◥◥ A lady is a lady, after all. ◤◤≈

Vincent had realized there was a blurry, fine line between coming off as a gentleman and condescending in this case. As soon as Hansel had mentioned the girls appearance his mind had run rampant with just all that such a fate must have entailed... Or at least could have. The emotional troubles, the physical woes of being stuck in a never-more-aging body and yet an ever-maturing mind... A lady should be treated as a lady, after all, not a child, and yet that was probably most all of what she ever received, or so he could imagine.

With him, though, it was all too easy to dismiss appearance; she was lovely and utterly compelling to him. Though not a playboy he loved to know the mind of a woman, and though the very thought itself was something shameful, she, in particular, was all too intriguing. With his usual smile, he bowed his head a bit deeper than Eden had.

"Mister Eden here is too short with words, I dare say this is the most enchanting encounter we've had today, and Mister Blood, here was quite the charmer," his smile was calm and polite as he stood straight again, holding his hand to her. "I am Vincent Lysander, the pleasure is all mine, I assure you."
